Jayce: *ignores Viktor's voice/promise in helping Zaun/not harming or destroying lives by not ONLY creating weapons for Caitlyn, but also recruits Zaunites to Piltover to die later even after he called them dangerous in S1 (but Piltover is in trouble...oh no! How will we go on and survive), kills Viktor for no fucking reason despite finding out it was Viktor, the mage from his childhood...and wasnt some monster, only wanted to help their timeline, and NEVER questions why the Gray is worse in his husband's home, knowing how much that affected his beloved husband Viktor...but dw he found out his bf was always in every universe doomed/predestined to be the undercity villain and never to have the ability to create postive change but destroy it because of his selfish wants to cure his illness or save his home caused by *cough other city cough*...and his future self could never save the world despite his powers if it wasnt for....he, the piltovan golden boy was always the one to save him in the end, and convince him to help him save his home and not be evil despite classism/the contrary.*
Dw It's fine tho bc Jayce told him he was perfect and all is forgiven including Zaun still being completely fucked and all the deaths that happened too bc none of it would've happen if Viktor is finally accepted for who he is as a person and couldn't have done anything else without Jayce's validation or acceptance. What matters is that they saved the world and....they lived happily ever after in some other part of runeterra living their best lives as they should.
This is why I love arcane ya'll. I need more lesbian, gay, disabled, and lgbtq representation and relationships done EXACTLY like this from now on. If they end up having both a respectful and healthy resolution of their problems then I don't want it. This is perfection and peak at it's finest. Screw anyone who has a sensible opinion.
