Y'know what I feel like the BRC community lacks? Solace appreciatation!!! Can I pls have all your hcs on this pathetic wet cat of a man pls?

Okay! This is gonna be hopefully shorter than some of my other headcanon posts, but I guess only because it's just one character this time, lol

Nevertheless! Gonna put a Read More here since it probably still counts as a long post.

Tryce is still weirded out by Solace to a degree (especially, y'know, because of the claustrophobic masochist thing) but after a while he just accepts that that's how Solace is. "He's a weirdo, yeah, but he's our weirdo now I guess." Kinda like a cat that chooses to adopt you, instead of the other way around, so it's like "Welp, I guess I have a cat now!" lol

Solace mostly learned how to skate in order to run from the cops Basically they would hassle him whenever he was hanging out in tight places, even if it was far from the public eye. Later on, he decided to try out being a writer, but he doesn't really do graffiti art that often. Even after joining BRC, that hasn't changed much!

Solace really likes sweaters! Mostly during the colder months of course, even wearing them in layers to help stay warm. He tends to get colder more easily than other people.

Heck, in general he seems to have sensitivity to temperature in both directions. Gets cold very easily and thus has to wear more layers than other people would. But also gets hot very easily in the warmer months, and even goes shirtless most of the time during summer. Hence his appearance during the game imo!

I like to think the dummy markings on his face is just face paint, while the ones on his chest/torso are actually tattoos. The idea being if the cops are after him, he can hide somewhere, wipe off his face paint, then just throw on a shirt and (hopefully) the cops won't recognize him. Unfortunately with his luck, it's kind of a coin toss if it works or not, lol

On that note, in general I think Solace tends to have bad luck. He's joked in the past about possibly being cursed, but the rest of BRC wonder if it might actually be true... at the least, Eclipse has confirmed that Solace has some pretty damn unlucky star signs going on, so that's something.

Solace sleeps with a weighted blanket! Not as part of his claustrophobic masochist kink (though a lot of people assume it is anyways, which he finds irritating). It just genuinely helps him sleep better.

Also in general he has problems with getting enough sleep! Besides the weight blanket, he also sleeps with a white noise machine. It helps "block" outside noises, and given he lives in a big city like New Amsterdam, there's probably a ton of city noises he has to block out before he can get any sleep!

He likes to feed stray cats near his apartment, though he also carries treats with him to feed any cats he meets while he's out and about!

He also does the same with birds, with food that's safe/healthy for them to eat (mostly just seeds instead of stuff like bread or chips). There's a couple of crows who are actively friendly with him too!

Meanwhile dogs don't seem to like him very much. They tend to at least growl at him, even if they're normally friendly otherwise.

I imagine a guy as pale as him is careful to put on sunscreen when he goes out, especially during the times of the year where he's out shirtless. Stuff like skin cancer is no joke! Though even besides that he probably tends to get sunburnt easily without the sunscreen.

He's a bit of a doormat, but he's gaining confidence now that he's with BRC! It's still a work in progress though, sometimes also a "one step forward, two steps back" kind of thing.

And finally, separating this out from the list, since it's going to take a couple of paragraphs:

He has the respect of Devil Theory! This might seem out of left field, but basically they ended up really respecting Solace after he was willing to step between them and frickin' Faux in a walking tank. Most other people would have let Devil Theory get thrashed in that situation, which would have been seen as deserved because of all the snitching, nevermind them making a deal with Faux against other writers.

So now because of Solace's bravery, Devil Theory consider him an honorary member! They also sometimes act as his bodyguards, even though he insists they don't have to. But now anyone has to think twice if they try to bully Solace, lmao

Also, Devil Theory have been trying to teach him how to be more confident and stand up for himself! But again, it's a work in progress.

Example, at one point he manages to actually stand up to Tryce on calling him a degenerate… but then almost immediately apologizes for being "rude" to Tryce.

Meanwhile the DT guys are in the background going, "NO! Dude, you almost fuckin' had it!!" lol

basically I have a cute little scene lined up where John goes and does something where he gets hurt in the line of action or while they're investigating, something entirely preventable and stupid but so John "Bucky" Egan that Gale can't help the affection that swells in his heart

of course he worries like a mother hen, John's not even hurt that bad but Gale just worries and worries, tells John to take a couple of days off before he can get back to working on the case. This culminates in him visiting the firehouse and a bunch of sexual tension happening when John corners him, asks him why he cares so much about it John gets better or not 😵‍💫😵‍💫

She’ll let you get her hand down to the table just barely touching and plan on finally putting an end to it by beating you. She will be your biggest supporter in the gym. Your own personal trainer. A little harsh, but she rewards you with a kiss or a slap on the ass after each set and makes sure you don’t overdo it. Forces you to do a warmup up/ cooldown workout when you try to be lazy 

If you’re shorter than her, she’ll set the pull up bar at her height so you can give her a kiss at the top. You two are that obnoxious gym couple

When you’re about to give up, she’s there pushing you, supporting the weight of whatever you’re lifting or squatting to help you. After you finish, if you’re a little upset with yourself she’ll lie and say she was barely lifting it

She does not allow you to beat yourself up if you have an off day or didn’t meet your goal. “No tears in the gym” is her motto (besides those that she spars with) and she’ll hold your face and wipe them away while giving you words of encouragement

I don’t think she’d let you work out with her (while she does). You’re both horn dogs, but you initiate sex/ rile her up on purpose. When she spars with you, you always have that dumb, slutty look on your face when she pins or manhandles you. Sevika’s a sore loser and when you manage to pin her, the buzzkill doesn’t play into your fantasy and instead becomes more motivated to knock you on your ass

She’s not entirely immune, and the sight of your legs shaking with overexertion makes her want to pin your sweaty body to the floor, tired and whining against her and not being able to push her off

You try to compete against her and end up injuring yourself. Sevika is more mature in that regard and does her own thing. She will chew you out for not being careful with your body, really lays into you and threatens to not take you with her anymore

Trying to out-flex each other and you fail. Miserably. But she’ll always show pride for your progress if you’re in the process of bulking up. She’ll caress her way up your arm to your biceps, sensually knead the muscle there with a smirk and compliment you

She’ll randomly put you in headlocks, or wrestle you and laugh while you struggle. It only motivates you to continue your training so you can actually fight back and stand a chance. Sevika is so subtle with her attacks, too. You’ll be just waking up in the morning and feel her arms slide around you in a hug. At the last second you realize what she’s doing and by then you’re already in some kind of hold she just taught you yesterday and she’s ordering you to get out of it

She’s so irritating oml. You say you’re gonna be better than her after a few months at the gym? Then your apartment you share will be a war zone. Nothing is sacred. And she knows that sometimes you have no desire to get out of her hold so she’ll do some gross shit to encourage you, like licking your eyeball or smth

In the bedroom, she’ll notice and comment on your increase in stamina

Some of her training will extend to the bedroom and she’ll be pushing your limits. I.e. Laying back with her arms behind her head, smirking and ordering you to keep riding her strap

Sevika laughing the first time you try to top her. She acts like she’s just humoring you the whole time, but the one time you jokingly called her ‘babygirl’ she blushed. She snarled and insulted you, but she still blushed.

Cassandra:

Tries (and fails) to hide her excitement. Mortality is one of the bigger things that has made her keep her distance to others, at least in the past. Every Maiden she’s ever been the slightest bit smitten with, up until this point, has been incredibly fragile. Seeing as she’s not exactly the softest person, one can easily imagine why that would be a turn off for her. But now that’s no longer a problem!

On the other had… having an immortal partner gives Cassandra pause. Why? Because what if they breakup? Normally, she can just, ahem, “dispose” of any exes (regardless of how much it hurts) so she doesn’t have to see them/deal with them anymore. If that’s not an option, she’ll definitely take longer than usual to do anything about her feelings. She wants to be sure, 100%, before she gets in over her head. Chances are she won’t hold back for as long as she wants though.

Likely to have a loud, messy confession. She’ll have been avoiding you for a few days, always ducking out of whatever rooms you enter, leaving you both hurt and confused. After enlisting the help of her sisters, you’ll be able to corner her outside. She’ll tell you, under no uncertain circumstances, to leave her alone. But you’ll refuse, demanding an explanation.

“I thought we had something. I thought you cared,” you’ll snap, eyes watering. “If that’s changed… if I was wrong, just tell me. I’ll leave and I’ll never come back.” Cue thunder and raining (because tropes) and Cassandra dramatically pulling you into a kiss, holding you so tightly you think you might bruise. Then she’s demanding that you stay, refusing to apologize but making it clear just how much she does care.

Being immortal, you’re not as defenseless as some of Cassandra’s past interests. Naturally, she doesn’t get quite as protective as she normally would. She’ll still have your back no matter what, ready to fight by your side against any foe, and will probably consider doing so a “fun bonding activity”. Oh, some lycans are encroaching on Dimitrescu territory? Time to go destroy them, as a power couple!

Despite having all the time in the world, Cassandra won’t change much of her actual courting behavior, nor the rate at which things advance. She’s still gonna get handsy fairly early on, still gonna “rah!” at you in the hallways, and still going to struggle with her jealousy.

Immortality Compatibility: I can see Cassandra going for another vampire (or vampire adjacent) creature, or someone demonic. She likes her lovers a bit rough, with some nice bite to their personalities. If you’ve got sharp teeth, or claws, or glowing eyes? Oh boy, she’s gonna be making heart eyes at you all the time.

Bela:

If your immortality isn’t immediately obvious, Bela is over the moon with joy when she finds out. Her eyes will go wide for a moment, before she tries to seem calm (so as to not freak you out), but her heart is pounding. This is what she’s been hoping for. As much as Mother Miranda has done for her family, there’s no guarantee that she’d be willing to give more. Even if Miranda granted Bela’s lover her “gift”, there was no telling what the results would be, or if the lover would survive. Now that there’s no need for such a transformation, it’s far easier for Bela to imagine herself in love (and eventually be in love).

Slow-burn romance over a decade or longer, oops. Doesn’t even necessarily mean to take things so slowly, just doesn’t feel a need to rush things, preferring that they develop organically. With both of you having unlimited time, you’re both used to working on a very large timescale. Maidens watching the two of you probably place bets on how long it’ll take you to hold hands for the first time. Everyone knows it’s coming, but no matter how much Cassandra and Daniela complain, Bela refuses to jump into things. By the time the two of you are officially together, you’re probably madly in love with each other.

More protective than Cassandra, if only because she knows just how rare you are. Immortal or not, you likely still have a weakness, and Bela will do everything in her power to make sure no one else knows what it is. If applicable, she will also ensure she has a countermeasure readily available. For example: If you were weak to fire, she’d make sure that the castle keeps extinguishers handy, just in case. Though they should probably already do that. Not that the Dimitrescu family cares much for OSHA compliance.

Somehow grows more in love with you with every passing year, and makes sure that you know this. Whether you’ve been together for one year or one century (because in this house we ignore canon), she’s always performing little acts of love, giving constant reminders of how strongly she feels. Gifts, special dates, book recommendations, etc.

Immortality Compatibility: Bela seems like the type to go for someone with a calming presence, and perhaps somewhat of a contrast to herself. I can picture her with someone somewhat angelic, or druidic, someone very in tune with nature. She’d love to feed deer with you and relax in the forest! Or lay against a tree by your side, listening to you talk about various microorganisms for hours at a time.

Daniela:

Practically tackles you when she finds out/connects the dots. This is just like one of her romance novels, where a lonely (attractive as fuck) immortal spends years in isolation before finally meeting the love of their life, who they get to spend the rest of eternity with. Absolutely ecstatic about the whole situation. Won’t stop kissing you and pulling you close, rambling about how great it’s gonna be to spend your lives together. Honestly? Kind of overwhelming. You might have to remind her a few times that you don’t have to rush into things, considering you have all the time in the world.

Introduces you to people as her “super cool/rad immortal life partner”. Genuinely cannot bring herself to not brag about you. If her sisters haven’t found someone like you yet, you can bet that Daniela will tease them about it all the time (much to their annoyance). If Momma Alcina doesn’t, though? Dani will keep her thoughts to herself, thank you very much (being grounded at her age does not impress the s/o).

Tries not to show it, but she’s actually very nervous. You’re immortal! You’ve probably seen a lot of shit (she certainly has)! Worries about keeping you interested in her, though she would never admit it. This tends to lead to her performing ridiculous acts to showcase her affection, regardless of the cost or, like, whether or not you’d even enjoy whatever she has planned. In order to counter her anxiety, you’ll want to reassure her whenever you can, and give her plenty of “I love you”s.

Strikes a decent balance between Cassandra’s nonchalant attitude and Bela’s protectiveness. Will defend you if you need it, playing up the romantic aspect, but also entirely willing to hide behind you in a scary situation.

Immortality Compatibility: Having probably read Twilight… Dani would date a werewolf, as long as they weren’t the smelly kind. Also interested in a sort of “magical”/elemental type, especially if their powers are influenced by emotions. In other words, if someone flirts with her in front of you, and your response is to subconsciously light your hands/the other person on fire? She thinks that’s hot, pun intended.

Alcina:

“Oh? Interesting,” she’d say, smiling softly (and trying to ignore the heat rushing to her face). Similarly to Cassandra, she’d try to play it off, not wanting to seem too excited. And, well, she’s not as excited as any of her daughters are. After all, she’s had more time than them to “get used” to the idea of outliving any potential romantic interests. So, she’s not exactly desperate for a relationship, even with someone she could spend an eternity with.

That being said, if she is romantically interested in them, she’s very relieved. Outliving a loved one can be incredibly traumatizing (fuck you c*pcom, you know what you did), and knowing that you’re safe (or at least safer than most) brings her no small amount of comfort.

Also, just glad to have another person close to her age around. Her daughters are somewhat stuck as young adults, and I imagine Alcina would want someone who gained immortality a little later in life, such as herself, as opposed to, ya know, reminding her of her children. That probably goes without saying. Hopefully.

More so than her daughters, Alcina would change her level of protectiveness depending on her s/o’s power level. If you’re a shapeshifter who can also turn into a big ass dragon? Then she’s not going to coddle you. If you’re immortal but still vulnerable, then she’s going to do her best to keep you safe, even going so far as to enlist the assistance of her daughters. “If you see a single Maiden growing mistletoe, or bringing some in from the village, let me know immediately,” or something like that, depending on your weakness.

Immortality Compatibility: Definitely would want someone in a situation similar to herself, having once been truly human, only to be “elevated” by something. Bonus points if you’re another disciple of Miranda, double bonus points if Miranda specifically “made” you to be Alcina’s boo/honey/darling/dear.

Bonus! Mother Miranda:

Oh god finally someone who won’t leave her (can’t leave her). No one can take you away from her, and that’s a relief that she’s been craving for over a century. Even if romance isn’t high on her priority list, she welcomes it with open arms, glad to have someone by her side through all of life’s chaos.

Admittedly slow to trust at first, probably just using you as a tool at first. But prove yourself enough, show that your devotion is more than just misdirected self-interest, and she’ll start to warm up to you. Forming a real relationship would likely take a couple decades, similar to with Bela. Once you are together, however, the two of you are inseparable in all matters.

You’d be her #1 follower, most trusted adviser, and the only person allowed to understand 100% of her thoughts and motives. While Miranda wouldn’t allow you to be seen as the same level as her (sorry), you’d still be a legend among the villagers. To them, you’re Mother Miranda’s champion, the epitome of a devoted follower that they all aspire to emulate. Not that they know the two of you are a couple, though.

Immortality Compatibility: No gimmicks, no cheap tricks, she wants (and respects) a fellow scientist, someone who clawed their way through adversity and forged themselves into something indestructible. Double the interest if you did so for a similar cause to her own, as she would appreciate your ability to relate to her suffering.

Bonus! Donna:

Someone to play with! FOREVER! No more losing people she cares about, no more accidentally breaking people, no more people scrambling to leave. Now that she has you, she can finally spend some quality time with another (living?) person. Honestly her dolls (or at least Angie) are just as excited as she is. Regardless of her relations with the other three Lords, Donna much prefers the company of a lover.

For real though she’s shy as hell and you might not even realize who’s pulling the strings until you’ve been in her house for over a year. She’d probably use her powers to trap you inside, at least at first, though they’d be nice hallucinations. You’d have to treat the dolls nicely, especially Angie, before she’d let you interact with her.

Eventually you’d be allowed to leave, and you’d be given a key to return whenever you wanted to. Assuming that you do, in fact, come back, the two of you would have a very, very slow romance, if only because of Donna’s anxiety. Hand holding makes both of your faces turn beet red, seriously.

Immortality Compatibility: *chanting* GHOST GIRLFRIEND GHOST GIRLFRIEND POLTERGEIST PARTNER POLTERGEIST PARTNER WOOHOO! Something with a flexible, only-sometimes-tangible form, who absolutely could have left at any time but didn’t because they wanted to stay.

Hylian Ears

Remember that post I made about Hylian evolution? Well, I'm back to talk more about ears.

In the original post, I said that perhaps ears have less to do survival needs, and a little more to do with aesthetics. I still think this is true, but there's more to it

The rest under the cut because I've thought about this for a long time, so this is gonna be a longer post

General Ear Headcanons: A Hylian's ears never truly stop growing, much like a rodents teeth. The older someone is, the longer their ears get, this generally means that means ear length is equated with wisdom and respect. However, this still has limits. An elder from Four's era, for example, where the ears are genrally smaller, would still have shorter ears than a young person from Wild's era, where the ears are stupidly long.

I think Hylian ears are mobile. They can move voluntarily and involuntarily. It’s used to express emotions as well as to be able to hear things better. Hylian children have trouble controlling their ear's movements until they hit puberty. (I think I might have seen this hc in a fic somewhere and just adopted it, but can't for the life of me remember) Not for any specific reason. They twitch in the direction of any interesting noise they hear. It's easy to tell when a kid is eavesdropping because their ears point in any direction they are listening too. Because of this, involuntarily movement of the ears is seen as childish.

Anyways, on to specifics

Sky - I have no idea how this would work exactly, but I think Hylians in Sky’s time have an inner ear flap that they can close while they fly. It help keep the noise from the wind down.

Four - Ears in Four's era are small, and small ears are considered beautiful here. This does not help when he's trying to be perceived as an adult in other eras. He walks up to a weapon vendor in Warrior's era, and the vendor takes one look at his ears and goes "Who's sassy lost child is this?" It pisses Four (Read: Blue) off the first couple times, but it just happens so often that at this point Four kind of gives up and goes to get one of the others. This isn't to say that in his time his ears are considered to look like a child's. His ears are proportionate to his body, which looks like a sixteen year old's body except for the fact he is so short. So in his era people can usually use that to tell that he is indeed as old as he says he is. So in his Hyrule, his ears get him treated like an adult, in the other Links' Hyrules, they get him treated as a child.

Four's ears in particular are a little strange. They look suspiciously Minish-like. Also, he reason Four only wears one earring is because the other piercing got ripped out at some point, and he never bothered to get it healed correctly, so he has a split lobe.

Time - Sorry, I honestly have no thoughts about this one ajshgsfjhgs 😅

Wild - Hylian’s ears have evolved to be long as heck by the time Wild’s era rolls around. However, ears as long as that will cause problems- namely the tips of the ears get cold and freeze way too quickly. So I propose that the tips of Hylian’s ears in Wild’s era are fluffy. They’ve got fur. Not big tuffs, just a thin layer to keep them from getting frostbitten. Ear fur comes in at the same time as hair on their head, not during puberty, since you don’t want a kid's ears to freeze off either. Some people who live in warmer environments find it fashionable to shave their ears. Also, because their ears are so long, it's pretty easy to get them accidentally caught on something, meaning that a lot of people walk around with the tips of their ears cut off. Wild is like this. One of his ears was blown off by a guardian shot and the other was cut off in a training accident before the calamity, so he's missing the tips of both his ears.

Twilight - Twilight also has tufts of fur on his ears, which make the rest of the chain think that he's closer to Wild's time than he actually is. However, he doesn't have his ear fur because that's what is standard for Hylians of his time. He has ear fur because of his little wolfie problem.

Warriors - He also has very long ears, as well as them being slightly fuzzy. However, unlike Twilight, this actually is because he is close to Wild's era. I like to think that he was the hero before the hero who was 10,000 years before Wild. (I have no idea if that’s popular fanon or not, but that's where I place him)

Wind - Much like in Sky's time, Hylians in Wind's time also have an ear flap, but this time, it's for swimming, not flying. It helps keep sounds clear underwater, as their ear canals are not clogged with water, and it keeps them from getting anything like a Swimmer's Ear infection.

Wind's ears are still recognizably short in his era, marking him as a kid. It's not noticed so much by the other members of the chain, as their ear lengths vary so much. But put him next to someone from the Great Sea, and you can tell easily. He also has a hard time controlling his ears’ involuntarily movement still.

Legend and Hyrule - I think they are the closest together on the timeline (disregarding Time and Twilight, because that's a whole other can of worms), like a hundred, maybe two hundred years between them, max. So their ears are very similar. In such a difficult environment, I think that Hylains adapted the way they wear wedding rings- to make it easier to do hard manual labor and such. They wear wedding earrings now, basically small matching hoops on one ear, traditionally left for women and right for men (or visa versa, doesn't matter.) Hyrule is the only one who knows Legend is married to Ravio, because he’s the only one who understands what their matching earrings mean.

Oops aaaand once again (no surprise, I know): it’s long. I just wanna preface this one with a couple things:

1. There are quite a few Certified Saeran Simps on this site who truly know him much better than I do. Take whatever I say with a grain of salt—I’m no expert!

2. I’m also not an expert on DID! Which isn’t the focus of these HCs, but is obviously relevant. I read lots of books! About brains n stuff! But please never hesitate to tell me if I describe something poorly.

Saeran’s body headcanons

A child who grows up the way Saeran did—kept indoors, often physically restrained, and sometimes starved—is not going to develop in a healthy way. There’s a reason why, even as an adult, Saeran is a full 2 cm shorter than his identical twin: he never gets the nutrition and exercise that kids need in order to grow.

We know that his mother uses his sickliness as an excuse to keep him indoors: but was he born sickly, or is he sick and weak because he’s been malnourished and kept from running or playing or interacting with other children? He breathes stale, dry air all day; he’s living on mostly white bread, and not always at regular intervals (plus whatever sweets his brother can steal for him from the outside world). He is not well.

Child Saeran never learns any sports or games. He doesn’t learn how to play with other children, or tie his shoes, or make himself a snack. Adult Saeran doesn’t know how to skip—you’ll have to teach him.

If the twins didn’t have each other, neither one of them would have survived.

And as we know, the neglect that Saeran endures worsens tenfold after Saeyoung leaves. Any glimpses he was getting of the outside world—sneaking out when their mother was unconscious, getting whatever snacks and books Saeyoung could gather for him at church—are cut off.

I’m not gonna tell you when the alters appear, because I am by no means an expert on DID. From studies I’ve read, I can say that typically alters become manifest after a “traumatic turning point” (which is not necessarily the “worst” trauma endured, but simply a particularly salient traumatic experience). It’s definitely possible that the alters emerge in late childhood, while he is still in the house with his mother.

When Saeran is taken from his mother’s home by Rika and V, he is (needless to say) not in good shape. He is painfully skinny, extremely malnourished, and very weak. He still has his red hair and golden eyes, but already he is looking less and less like his brother: his cheeks are hollow and his eyes are dull. 

There is a brief period of time, before his “cleansing” (Oh god. We’ll get there), where he is reasonably well cared for. For the first time in his life, he is eating meals—and he is getting to bathe regularly, and he is getting his hair cut and combed. He still believes, at this time, that he’ll be reunited with his brother. And he is going outside! He is learning how the grass feels between his toes and how the sky looks through clear eyes.

As we know: this doesn’t last.

The elixir is a truly horrifying combination of hallucinogenic substances. No human could consume this cocktail of drugs repeatedly and feel well: and Saeran is already physically weak, and severely underweight. The fact that he survives as long as he does under these conditions is a miracle.

We know that he is being tortured at this time, too: physically as well as emotionally. Saeran has scars, like his brother; while Saeyoung has lots and lots of tiny scars all over his body, Saeran has larger, more distinct scars: perhaps on his wrists, and his throat, and his ankles.

It is around this time that his eyes and hair change. The means by which this happens is incredibly vague in-game, and everyone’s individual HCs are valid. My personal belief is this: he dyes his own hair—first, in a frenzied, desperate attempt to stop seeing his brother looking back at him from the mirror. He keeps dying it because Rika approves: and he never does a good job, and it’s rough and fried, and that “pink” at the bottom? Just the red showing through his patchy dye job.

As for his eyes: I personally believe they change as a result of the elixir. If they were contacts, I don’t think that GE Saeran would necessarily still wear them—and in every timeline, he has those startling blue-green eyes.

The alters take care of the body in different ways.

Ray does not feed himself. He lives on caffeine pills and sweets (and, of course, the concoction of drugs that he’s being fed in increasingly large amounts). The body becomes even skinner when Ray is fronting. And he bites his nails and fingers—brutally, so they are chapped and cut and scarred. But Ray goes outside, and he works in the garden under the sun: his body is getting some form of exercise: and this is good for his lungs, and invigorates his weak, tired muscles.

Ray also takes care of his appearance—something Saeran never did before. He brushes and styles his hair; he dresses himself carefully in the clothes Rika has picked for him; he covers himself in beautiful scents so that he is more appealing to you.

When Suit is fronting, he wants to strip his body of anything that reminds him of Ray. So he styles his hair differently (but still: he is styling it), and he tries desperately to wash the scent of Ray off his skin. He doesn’t feed himself, either—but, if any of the alters are trying to become physically strong, it is Suit (of course). I’m certain that the Believers have a workout regime they’re supposed to be following; maybe Suit even does it (on his own, of course, in secret). He knows he needs to be able to protect himself—and he needs to feel powerful.

When you meet Ray, you don’t notice right away just how poorly he is doing. Rika has intentionally dressed him in a way that hides just how bony he is—and he wears those little gloves, of course, so you don’t see his ravaged fingers. But it doesn’t take long to catch on: he is so skinny you could almost blow him away, and there are dark shadows under his eyes, and he doesn’t sound like he’s taken a deep breath in years.

By the time you meet Suit, you already know the state their body is in: malnourished and weak. Ray cooked for you, but you wish you could cook for all of them; and even when Suit is starving you (in other words: reenacting the very abuse that was dealt to him in childhood), you wish you could wrap him in a big blanket and feed him a bowl of soup.

The Saeran that escapes Magenta with you—GE Saeran: the fusion of Ray and Suit (or a new alter, depending on what you believe)—has never made a single choice for himself in his whole life, until this moment. He never got to pick his own clothes, or what he would eat (if he ate at all), or how he would speak, or what he would do. Running away with you is the first real choice he has ever made—and no wonder this is pivotal and transformative for him.

The AE doesn’t portray the timeline of healing in a realistic way. After two weeks, we see GE Saeran so much healthier, both physically and mentally. And yes: two weeks of eating real food and sleeping in a bed make a difference: we see him with fuller cheeks and brighter eyes.

But what the game doesn’t address is the withdrawal he likely endures when he stops taking the elixir, which is full of substances that are both dangerous and addictive. It doesn’t address the time it takes to build up muscle mass, and get accustomed to healthy sleeping and eating habits, and to begin to heal from years and years of repeated trauma.

GE Saeran doesn’t heal right away, because healing doesn’t work that way. It’s not linear, or straightforward, or simple, or beautiful. It’s slow, and sometimes it’s painful.

But he does heal.

A Saeran who is in love with you is soft, and patient, and willing to put in the months and years (a lifetime!) of hard work to heal his body and his heart. You’ll get to watch as the dark circles under his eyes disappear, and his cheeks become less hollow, and his body grows stronger as he cooks (with you, and for you) and eats real meals and learns to run in the grass the way he never did before. He’ll make a garden, and you’ll get to see how he looks with sun on his face, his eyes clear as the sky as he gazes up at you—smiling.

You can show him how to moisturize his dry lips and cracked hands; you can help him pick out clothes he likes to wear; and you will learn how to support him when his memories haunt him.

And you can hold him: this beautiful, small, soft man, with his thin shoulders and scarred fingers. He’ll close his eyes and you’ll taste the sun on his skin as you kiss his eyelashes. He smells of earth and sky; he loves you with all the power of the universe.

- I stand by my earlier headcanons that Abbacchio is a blushy mess in the bedroom when he’s having sex with someone who really means something to him. Smug, but blushing

- Abbacchio is pretty good with oral foreplay. No one is as good as Bruno but just look at his lips, this man knows his lips are good

- I know they only showed him flirting in his backstory, but I’m really convinced Mista was kinda a playboy and has had an above-average amount of sex before he joined Passione. So the two of them will probably have their first time together rather early in the relationship

- Mista is a big fan of a woman’s curves. A lot of grabbing her hips, butt, thighs, etc

- He’s got kind of a high sex drive, but by no means would he pressure her into sex. When it happens he’s making sure she is comfortable the entire time.

- Probably not the best at foreplay but he is absolutely gonna try his best so that she can enjoy herself just as much as he will - will absolutely go down on her. He’s at least good with his tongue

- He likes slow, passionate, almost lazy sex. That being said if she starts teasing him or if she really wants to get rough he’ll pick up the pace

- And dare I say extremely aroused by it?

- The fact that his s/o can outrun even the Savanaclaw students means they're capable and not someone he has to look after 24/7 (although he wouldn't mind if he had to)

- With their athletic skill, it also benefits Octavinelle, so Jade sees this as an important asset

- He tends to ask for their help in catching any wayward deal breakers who thought running was a good option and of course his S/O gladly lends a hand

- He finds it impressive but also troublesome

- "With naturally coded genes like that and their stubborn attitude,trouble is all they'll be stirring up..."

- He'll teach them a few tricks about running around small places or how to get rid of people in large spaces, since he grew up in a neighborhood where being nimble and agile were key points to survive, he makes sure his s/o has the upper hand too.

- "I'm fine with you being thick headed and all, but at least your body won't get in the way of that talent"

- He has a slight competitive attitude to it as well but it's nothing so serious, he just wished he was born as naturally fit as that since in his case he had to build his body into the same state out of pure survival instinct.

- When he overhears people compliment them for their physique, Ruggie feels a sense of joy and pride, though don't expect him to say so aloud of course.

- "If compliments is all I give you, I'll be unleashing hell on everyone.... especially on myself"

- He gets them to help him with Leona obviously, things like tracking down the second Prince and cleaning or getting the other Dorm students into one place. It helps a lot when he doesn't have to run around all by himself

- Whenever a semester ends and he goes back home and they wanna tag along, Ruggie loves it when he sees them playing around with the other kids and never fails to tease them about always losing to kids when it comes to running through the narrow alleys.

- "Heh,I guess even with your skills you still can't catch up to a bunch of street kids, huh? You keep glaring at me like that and you're gonna end up losing to me too,dummy!"

Jack Howl

- He admires it and doesn't shy away from pointing it out in public

- Especially when they're always working hard to maintain their stamina and endurance.

- With a s/o like this, Jack has them join him in his training regimen and sees it as quality bonding time because physical interaction is better than any other kind isn't it?

- When he says that he doesn't really get why they laugh at him, not really realising how most people would interpret it.

- Surprisingly enough, he isn't as agile as his s/o and whenever he sees them twisting their body and doing all sorts of risky Parkour stunts, he just has this fluttering sensation in his stomach

- Ace teases him about it and says that it's like seeing a small kid admiring some kind of epic hero, and Jack just goes, "Well, they're pretty amazing, aren't they?"

- Cue the blushing wolf boy when Ace tells Cater and Trey about it and the Heartslyabul boys taking advantage to make fun of the usually stiff Jack Howl

- Jack's reaction to this kind of s/o is similar to how he feels towards Leona, admiration minus the frustration of course

- They motivate him to always give it his best and to take care of his health along with theirs as well and whenever he feels like something is impossible his s/o becomes his focus point

- A bit cliché but with a s/o like this the relationship would probably start off with them being close friends with Jack before both confessing their feelings and becoming a couple

waiting all day for your "dad" to come home wasnt fun, especially considering the fact that he only had random books on crime rates and how its impacted different cities. however, eventually it became the only thing you were able to read.

not being able to watch tv, not being able to talk to anyone else started to get on your nerves. you were usually just fine without any human contact, so you dont know what the difference is, but maybe it's just that you actually had something to do.

and although they were boring, the non fiction books were more entertaining then the doorstopper on Eddie's door, so what was the harm in reading them?

each day, when venom and eddie left for their "work", you would pick out a new book to read. the ones that were shorter you usually got through in a day, but there were some where it took you a couple of days. however, since you really didn't have much to do, eventually when the days went around, there were no more books you had yet to read.

all of them, had been read through in, what, a month? how long had you been there? you didnt know. you just decided to reread the first one you picked out.

however, you eventually finished that one as well.

so you picked out the second book you had chosen. and you got through that one too.

you were starting to go crazy from the boredom. venom and eddie kept on promising that they would back sooner, and that you wouldnt have to be re-reading the books they had for a while.

but that didnt happen. sure, they had days off. but somehow that was even worse, since they coddled you and treated you like you were 5. which you werent.

one day, they picked up a new book. this one was also non fiction, and it was about how most criminals work, from gangs to serial killers, it had everything.

but eddie had to read it first. he had to read it for his job. the job that he cared oh so much about.

you weren't getting jealous, no. this guy had taken you right off the streets, had taken you from your home, while not perfect, was still your home. you havent seen your parents, you havent seen your friends, and it was starting to become insane for you to handle.

so one day, eddie had told you that something was up in the city. he didnt specify what, he just said that he might be a little later then usual. you're late every day, you wanted to say but you bit your tongue so he wouldnt stay with you.

you needed him to be gone, especially for your plan. you had managed to sneak a peak at eddies computer, only to see that only 2 months had passed since you've last seen anyone who you recognized.

there still might be people looking for you. there still might be people who are trying to find you.

you might as well make their search easier by walking down the street.

jumping from a broken window and onto a fire escape was part of the plan, you had told yourself. climbing down the fire escape and running in a random direction hoping for anyone to recognize you was part of the plan. almost running into a strange ginger haired man who seemed to be confused by your presence was part of the- no, no it wasn't.

you fell right on your ass, and tried to hide a short hiss when you braced yourself with your palms. you brought up one hand and saw that it was scraped.

you looked up to the man in question, who was just staring at you. he didnt seem angry, he didnt seem to recognize you, but it was just this face of confusion.

you were the first to break the silence, saying "I'm sorry, I wasnt looking where I was-"

"do you happen to know eddie brock?"

you stared up at him, wide eyed, as his face started to form into a more understanding face. like he was putting pieces into a puzzle.

"you know, that symbiote of his always leaves their damn scent everywhere, doesnt he?"

you said nothing as he offered his hand with a weird smile on his face.

"oh dont worry, I know what he did. he took you, didnt he? took you right of the street. I was wondering who that was, and I'm so glad I get to meet you."

hesitantly you took his hand and he pulled you up- up over his shoulder.

hanging down, and feeling the blood rush to your head, you saw his feet- no, his body start to morph into something else. something red, with black lines over it. it seemed to incase his entire body.

"I know you dont know me very well, but I'm sure I'm gonna be a good father!"

and as he jumped off the ground and started to swing wherever he was taking you, you started to wonder what wouldve happened if you had just decided to reread the books on eddies shelf.

so tweek is a chunky boy. let me tell yall, c h u n k i. like, not like chubby but like yea, he’s got a masculine body ig. craig has a slimmer body, he’s a little bit taller, like....tweek (18) is 5′ 9″, so average, while craig is 6 ft, a bit on the taller side. he’s very toned, and he’s got very nice shoulders for a reason.

when they were small, like 10 or 11, tweek was always a bit shorter, and craig was taller, but in highschool they kinda middled out. 

tweek has fair skin, but......he has a farmer’s tan sometimes......but dont tell anyone he’s insecure about it. craig has like, medium? colured skin, just a tiny bit darker than tweek’s, and he’s got some little moles on his shoulders and his back, which are honestly super cute.

tweek has baby blue eyes, craig has dark brown/brown eyes, neither of them has particularly pretty eyes, but craig has a slight esotropia, so it always kind of looks like he’s looking at a butterfly that’s landed on his nose, and tweek finds this endearing.

kind of like this but milder.

none of them have freckles, but tweek gets a blush on his cheeks and neck when he’s embarassed or experiencing a strong emotion.

they dont strike me like the gay™ couple, more like The two guys in the background who hold hands kind of couple, ya knowww

craig is logical, tweek is more emotional, but they’re both very smart, tweek loves english and history while craig science and math

tweek hates art with a passion, he thinks it’s f r u s t r a t i n g, grr

the aren’t a very touchy couple, like at all, i mean they hold hands and whatnot but nothing more. jkjkjk,,,partially..tweek doesnt fucking know waht he wants and he always kinda feels uncomfortable, so he’s always so confused on what he wants, but ill talk about this later, craig on the other hand LOVES affection, he’s suuuuper cuddly, its just that at first he was too shy to admit it to tweek. 

craig is a momma’s boy and nobody can tell me otherwise. do you wanna try? bam, i just killed you bitch fck you. i mean, your’re just gonna tell me that he doesnt bitch about everything that happened at school with his mom? and that he doesnt love getting tucked itn by his momma every night? and that he doesnt lift his cheek so his mom remembers to kiss his cheek and then cuddles in his pillows with his space money peluche every night? fuck you.

i think that tweek already knew that he liked boys and craig too, but he was so scared that he always denied his feelings, to the point that he almost convinced himself of not being gay.

neither of them strikes me like a feminine boy, but craig fur sure loved playing dressup with his sister. when they were very young, 7 and 5, they would do little skits or like fashion shows in front of their parents and they wouldnt mind.

craig has a button nose, tweek has a greek nose, craig’s face is softer, tweek’s is more....idk like he’s got high cheekbones and a defined jay, but still pretty soft.

craig’s parents are amazing, he’s very open to them. 

tweek on the other hand.....has a complicated relationship with them. i’m still not sure if they put meth in his coffee, but they are in general very distant with him, so this caused long term problems to arise in the future, especially for the lack of motherly figure. e. g. he’s never had affection so he always feels uncomfortable when people try to touch him etc. this is one of the biggest problems that tweek and craig have to work on. another example is the extreme lack of trust in people. 

if they actually did put meth in his coffee, i guess he would have had a stroke very young and experienced a lot of traumatic things that could scar him for a long time. damn that’s really... harsh...it’s too long, i’ll make another post where ill talk about it better.

they do cuddle, but never in public, they jsut dont feel comfortable.

Hii again! I've managed to fix the problem with the posts somehow 🎉 I'm writing you here because this is gonna be a long-ass reply and I'm gonna include screenshots. So please bear with me 😅

First you should check if you accidentally turned off your visibility in account settings. If you didn't, the next thing you should check is if your posts violate any of the tumblr guidelines on post searchability (here's the link: https://tumblr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/223857628-Appearing-in-search-results). If everything is fine here too, then you should contact tumblr help, as did I. (Oh, and they said it can also happen if you're a relatively new blog, because they need to comfirm that you're a real human.)

Not gonna lie, they were pretty much useless. They kept sending the same copy-paste answer over and over again. I will send you the e-mails we exchanged so you can read them to make this a bit shorter.

I think the key here was to be as persistent and as annoying as possible (while still being polite of course).

I also asked a girl who had this problem a couple of years ago, and she was kind enough to try to help out too. (Her reply is the first picture)

One more thing to note. Between the last two e-mails I posted some random text with a unique tag (told my followers to ignore it) and screenshotted it, so I could see when the post would disappear. I also did it 'cause I was planning to send it in the next e-mail to tumblr help to complain some more. But the post never disappeared, and a couple of hours later my posts were visible again. (I had to scroll down because they reappeared where they would have originaly been)

I have no idea what happened. I have two theories. The first one is that the tumblr help actually helped. The second one is that there was some sorth of a glitch which resolved on its own because I posted something with completely different tags and broke the pattern. (Both of the invisible posts had the same tags 'cause they were on the same subject)
