#considering how many risk factors i have for having a psychotic break--oh wait i kinda did have a psychotic episode in 2020.#*another* psychotic episode i guess.#its pretty lucky that i can usually brush off the occasional Oh Shit My Roommate Is Hiding Cameras In The House#jesus fuck why did i take ambien every night for months in early covid times. i mean ik why.#but given that i had vivid visual/auditory hallucinations every single time (while awake) on a low dose#eep#when i first started smoking i had kinda complex auditory hallucinations pretty regularly while stoned#not so much anymore#also the trauma from [redacted] thats a big risk factor#and the fact that ocd runs in my family#haha side note im never going back in a psych ward again#i was only there for 3.5 days and i committed myself but it was one of the worst experiences in my life. surrounding circumstances aside#newt needs a text post tag
