so vandersloot finally admitted what we all 'knew' that he did in fact kill natalee holloway in 2005.

i just wanted to hear it be admitted, her poor family got no closure or 100 percent confirmation until today. i'm thinking of them today and how horrible that was for them to deal with the loss and disappearance of their daughter. to have the guy finally be brought to judge and plea guilty was and is great, but i wish he had done so sooner for the sake of her family. that is a long time to keep something like that inside of him, he probably has a lot of demons. i thought he was in jail for something else (fact check?) and i guess this came out after the fact? either way. a bittersweet thing for her family, but he'll be getting justice for what he had done to a girl he met in aruba and it's probably going to be a long awful time for him. i mean idk where he'll be serving time if he'll be serving time bc statutes for this? but given what i know about international prisons are nightmare fuel. so he might rot or die, but like idk if that's an eye for an eye he waited so long. its one thing to kill her but to destroy her family by silently avoiding it?
