In the end of third season, Klipse was gone alongside Six, and Hargrave was left with two other clones, Drezz and Dom. Yes, Tallis here as Drezz's dad, but Hargrave kinda Drezz's creator. So there is good family of villians, with two good dads and two wild babies in adult bodies. If Six was left with them, and only Klipse was taken in jail, it maybe would be better for him, cause instead they both in jail and with Jeredy nearby.
So, butler was left with two Klipse's clones, but did he recognised Four? Maybe, or maybe Tallis told him or probably Drezz himself. Since it seems like Hargrave one who at least somehow shown to care about clones, maybe Drezz didn't wanted to tell about himself even to him being scared Klipse would know, but since there is no Klipse anymore around, he did that.
Or Hargrave knew about Drezz and only now could directly talk to him. Drezz, I think, would accept him and be happy to have other caring parent.
Dom probably didn't knew about Drezz cause himself was busy hunting and living in wild mostly. But when he realised that Drezz is his bro, he would be happy as he was about Six.
Since Hargrave and Dom both feminine like, I imagine they could have kinda pijama party with talking, making each other's hair and have snacks. I know it's sounds stereotype like, but I think it would be cute for them.
Also, maybe Hargrave try to make Drezz and Dom more like him, proper gentlemen, but I think he'll fail, haha.
I don’t think they let Six get out of custody probably until Chase and Team Core said he’s not going to break Klipse out of jail. Which isn’t ideal for him since he’s near Klipse and Jeredy, and they’re most likely going to cause his already crumbling mental health to spiral. I wish Six was with Hargrave, Dom and Drezz and not with Klipse since he’d be in a better place, but Droog ruined Six’s chances.
I think Hargrave had some assumptions about Drezz being Four. I think while Klipse might have forgotten what his clones look, Hargrave remembers all of them and what they might’ve look by the time of season 2. He might have tried to ask Drezz, but Drezz might have been too scared of Klipse finding out that he might’ve avoided Hargrave. I do think when Klipse was arrested, Drezz and Hargrave finally had the time to talk about Drezz’s past and how he survived. Hargrave might have cried knowing another clone did survive Klipse, and did what he can to fix the mistakes he and Klipse committed on Drezz’s life.
Dom would probably be happy that he’s still a big brother and hug Drezz to show how happy he is about being a brother to him. Dom and Drezz would then bond over their renewed brotherhood, but also be saddened that Six isn’t with them.
As for Hargrave caring for Dom and Drezz after Klipse’s arrest, he’d be so happy that Dom won’t have to deal with Klipse anymore, and would accept the fact he’s now Drezz’s other parental guardian. Tallis might start a fight with Hargrave on the fact that he’s the one who saved Drezz from a worse life than he had, but then back down since Drezz has been wanting to have a better relationship with Dom and Hargrave. They’d make a calm, but dysfunctional family out of the needs for the clones. Though, both Hargrave and Tallis are saddened that Six can’t be part of it since they like the youngest clone and pray that Six will be fine despite his circumstances.
Dom and Hargrave aren’t the only people who’ll have a sleepover, Drezz has Ratchet and Throttle to drag him to Dom and Hargrave’s sleepovers and make him relax over the fact that everyone is finally free of Klipse. They’re eating like royals with Hargrave’s desserts while smack talking about Klipse and praying for Six’s release.
I don’t think Hargrave is going to get anywhere with training Dom and Drezz to be gentlemen. They’re already mostly independent, why would they need to be prim and proper like Hargrave? Hargrave 100% misses Six for this reason, Six can play the role of a gentleman and be prim and proper.

Trace 7:23 PM
[pvt @ Kankri @♠ Leo ♠ (CA/AD/KV/PSI/ARQ) ] 03: I may need some advice. Are you free?
Kankri 7:26 PM
KV: As a matter of fact yes. Although if you want emotional advice there are far better superior people in this house with the capabilities you need, however I can help. What is it you need Trace?
Trace 7:30 PM
03: Not so much emotional. But rather professional, preferably discreet and urgent. 03: Where are you at?
Kankri 7:33 PM
KV: I'm eating at the kitchen right now, if you want something professional and urgent meet me in the library in 3 minutes. I'll wrap this up.
Trace 8:23 PM
03: Sounds good. > You head into the library right away, because you're aware none of this should wait any longer than possible. The time until Kankri arrives you spend making sure no one is nearby to listen in, then sit down and try not to let anxiety overcome you.
Kankri 8:31 PM
> You enter the library, annoyed that he so much dared to interrupt your food hours but it's Trace and you like Trace. You won't even let him know you are irritated. > You spot him and sit down in front of him. "I'm here. So... Illustrate me, what is it? How can I help you."
Trace 8:33 PM
> Take a deep breath. "So. You may or may not have seen some news about a fire. And Snowman asking me to investigate. Thing is, I don't need to go investigate, because I, uh, have been involved." > Not with the fire, to be fair.. But it's not hard for you to put 2 and 2 together.
Kankri 8:43 PM
"Arson is too small for that sort of thing. Can't be traced back if you are smart you could cover yourself and say you found nothing so .How bad is it the real thing that you don't want to tell her directly? What did you do?" > Pause. "Why would you need my advice." > The question comes out curious rather than aggressive, you take no time on pulling out a notepad and a pencil. But you don't write anything yet, you just have it on the table.
Trace 9:05 PM
> Shake your head. "Not the arson. That must've been Droog himself. After I, well, killed his baby girl." > You purse your lips for a moment to let that sink in. "I'm less worried about the cops, all things considered. There should be no evidence. But the crew won't need irrefutable evidence to draw their conclusions. I'm aware that may, well, cause issues. Not just for me. If the crew decide to go after Felt, the others should be warned, I suppose." > Sigh. "And the bosses too." > The risk was calculated and, well, you know.
Kankri 9:35 PM
> It takes you by surprise and you stare at him blank for a moment. "Trace..." > He killed Megido. Your brain starts thinking of all issues, litigations. Legal and not legal. And then he thinks of what Scratch is going to fucking do once he figured out. Snowman alone could rip him a new one. "Trace pardon my language but 'what the fuck'. This makes all of us targets. It doesn't matter who did it, everyone but Snowman has their head on the platter now." >  Deep breath. Okay, advice. "You want advice? Lie to Snowman and tell everyone individually. She is safe for obvious reasons. Or just do the correct thing and confess. But I don't expect to remain secret for long regardless of what happens. You are in borrowed time, Trace.  I think we all might be."
Trace 9:49 PM
"Honestly? My only regret is that I couldn't see Droog's face." > That and. Well. Nepeta, admittedly.. > You lean back and think for a bit. What the fuck sure is fitting. You've been aware that there may be grave consequences, you've just gladly ignored all of them. "If I confess, what do you think will await me?"
Kankri 10:02 PM
> You shake your head. "Whatever Crowbar or Snowman can't do isn't too bad. It's terrible but I wouldn't think it would be as bad as..." > Dammit. This is a legit question. One that even you is scared of. "How many strikes do you have?"
Trace 10:38 PM
"I mean, if they don't do anything, it's only because they leave the choice up to Scratch, right?" > You flash a wry smirk. Oh yeah. You're aware of the shit you're in. "Two, if I remember correctly."
Kankri 10:57 PM
"That would be the worst case scenario." > You look at Trace and you wish you could hold him. "The thing about broken bones or even a broken mind is that it can be healed, and with our little help even faster. It will never be the same but it would have healed to a certain degree. Pain can be forgotten, things can be mended. But what my father does... Those are the things that never heal. Much like the other cases it can't be forgotten, but when he does something he makes sure there isn't even an inch for recovery. No wiggle room for better. We've both have seen it and I don't want to see that on you." > You try to slowly take his hand because that is as good as a hug as he is going to get. "Well if you are going to tell the truth you have two options. Tell everyone under your own rules or tell the bosses first and let them dictate how it's going to be perceived, I figure you would want to talk to the others first in private. I don't know how they are going to react but it's better than an angry mob." > Pause "I'll help you as I can because right now nothing has happened. I'm not entirely certain what can be done yet. Professionally speaking I can try and speak with you when the news drop but I'm afraid how unpredictable the scenarios might get."
January 3, 2019
Trace 1:00 AM
> You nod quietly and direct your eyes to the ground. Your nerves got more frayed by the minute and you can feel tears welling up, but your pride doesn't allow them to roll. Hope for the best, expect the worst or so, right? It's kind of hard to not think about the worst though, considering Stitch and all that. > You don't feel like you deserve any comfort, all things considered, but honestly, the gesture felt nice. "This is quite a round to make."
Kankri 1:57 AM
> You cut contact short after. > You could use for lots of coffee right now. "What else is there to do? I don't think of you as someone who will hide away until everything comes to light by other people. Either you take it in your hands or it will find you anyway. If it becomes all too overwhelming and you need a place to calm down or suffer you can use my room since I'm localized in Cronus' now. " > You  already start thinking what legal action to follow just in case the law does come in knocking. You can pretend deniability until the last second but prepare the file anyway. You didn't hear of it, you had no idea, it was on the news but who could have done it. > You get up. "All I can say now professional and as a friend is, good luck.I'm a message away if you want me to act as a muffler for the bigger fishes."
Trace 10:53 AM
> Oh same. "Yeah, I'm.. aware this isn't something I can just sweep under a rug. And I certainly don't want the situation to get any worse than it needs to be.. for myself and others." > Sigh. "Thank you, Kankri. I appreciate it. Really." > Not getting up yet. This seems like a nice and quiet place to think about the next steps some more. You give Kankri another appreciating nod though.
Kankri 2:26 PM
"I'll try to get us ahead." > Smile  with a corner of your mouth "Don't die now. Trace. Your living privileges aren't to be taken away  yet." >Exit. You got a few calls to make.
Trace 2:27 PM
> Cackle drily. "Yet." > Then Kankri leaves and you're left with no one but yourself. Only the best company.

Okay so, hear me out. I am HOPEFULLY back to stay, PERMANENTLY. No more disappearing for me. I have so many asks that have been sitting for way too long in my ask box, and I feel really bad for making everyone wait so long.
HOWEVER.
This initial coming back post is not a Classpect post, but actually just a normal ass Homestuck themed one. Specifically, I was bored, and I decided to try to rank the members of the Felt in order of who the strongest is out of them, in my opinion.
I honestly rather enjoy the Felt, so I hope this is interesting to SOMEBODY out there. Anyways, this list was made in a rather short amount of time with probably not as much thought going into it than it should have, but whatever, I gotta come back with something!
So without further ado, here’s my list along with some basic explanations for why I have someone above or below someone else. I’m also putting it under a read more for how long it might be, just look how long this intro is even taking!
So yeah, happy to be back, hope this interests at least one of you, and you can expect Classpect to return in at least another day!
Okay, so, to start us off, some rules about this. I am not including Snowman, Doc Scratch or LE himself in this list. I am merely talking about the other 14 main, fuzzy ass members of this gang. But with that cleared up, onto the list!
Starting off at the bottom of this list I have put Doze. Poor Doze. His power is to slow down time but only for himself. Yeah, not that great on paper unlike his odd numbered counterpart. This ability can be helpful for him taking damage since it takes a while for him to even feel the pain, but that doesn’t stop it from being a thing either. Like, yeah, he probably won’t FEEL being decapitated, but then he’s already dead by that point. Doze’s double barrel shotgun could be capable of doing some good damage, but unfortunately, he’s way too easy to see coming to avoid him, and if you do give him the chance to attack you, you really have no one to blame but yourself. And I doubt his 2x4 would be of much use either.
Moving on from Doze, I have decided to put Die here on the list. Now, why is that? Well, for starters, the dude is kind of a coward. He doesn’t really take too well to conflict, more likely to submit or flee away to an alternate timeline where whatever member of the Felt has grieved him is dead. On his own he doesn’t have any powers, seemingly, but his doll is certainly an interesting item. He sticks a pin in, and he is teleported to a timeline where that person has died, with some seeming variance on how soon the death had happened. Though in the comic it does seem to steer more towards a recent death. As well, if that pin is removed, you then go to a timeline where that person is still alive. Now that’s all well and cool, but this ability doesn’t really have any combat prowess. Hell, it’s what gets him killed in the Intermission, jumping to a timeline where Itchy had just died and he gets beat to death by Spades. While his doll COULD have the potential to aid him in a fight, in someones hands like Die, or nearly any member of the Felt, it doesn’t do him any real favors unless you were smart about it. And though his melee weapon may not be the best, he still has his gun which I think is enough to put him above Doze with a well aimed bullet.
Next I decided to go with Eggs and Biscuits as both the 12th and 11th place here. They’re pretty jokey characters with on a surface level useful time travel ability, if it weren’t for the fact they’re probably as slow as Doze is upstairs. They’re very haphazard use of time travel to make a large group of the duo appear and mob on an enemy is seemingly useful. However, it’s only really been shown to be an annoyance more than anything, even with them flailing their weapons about. Despite all this, I think they can make for a good disrupter. Hearts Boxcars was basically just trapped in the middle of their thing until he was later rescued. Hell, they were technically responsible for Jake dying in Collide with him being tossed around and discombobulated enough for Crowbar to pump him full of lead. They may not be good for much outside of those examples (and I doubt they happened to put Jake in that position on purpose) they can still do well enough together.
Next I have Stitch, the sort of healer of the group. Yeah, think about it, he kind of heals the others through the use of his effigies, allowing him to repair battle damage if he is able to before the person dies. After being forced to make one for Spades he was able to sew up his eye after Snowman stuck her cigarette holder in it. While a pretty useful ability, keep in mind, he’s still just a tailor. A tailor with a tommygun! Despite the fact that the Felt weren’t technically “born” until Caliborn claimed them, I just get a sort of old man vibe looking at his face. Like, I feel like Stitch would feel too old for this shit to keep up with all these shenanigans on top of the Midnight Crew. As such, I also see him as one of the few Felt members with an actual brain in his head. However, despite all that, he was rather handedly beaten by the Midnight Crew. Also, him swinging around a blank effigy as a melee weapon doesn’t strike me a particularly strong item, but he was able to knock around some of his Felt brothers, likely thanks to their fabric bodies. So yeah, that’s why I think he can be placed here.
Next on the list is Trace. Now, Trace’s ability to see where someone has been can be useful for fucking with the Crew in the Intermission, but not for much else outside of tracking someone. He honestly seems like just a real average kind of member of this rabble, there’s not a whole lot outside of his ability to set him apart from the rest, outside of Fin which we’ll get to very shortly. His triple barrel shotgun is sure to be an effective weapon, even when he turns that bitch around and thwacks a motherfucker across the head with it. Oh, and I guess Trace can fuck with people from the past by interacting with their trail, but whatever.
...Well, that was short! Yeah, sorry, but I don’t have a ton to say about Trace, much like this next guy, his counterpart, Fin. I decided to put Fin about Trace for a few reasons. One, his ability to see where someone is going to be, and even when their timeline ends CAN be of actual use in a battle if smartly used. You could seemingly use it to predict their movements and dodge their strikes. Fin is also able to be interacted with in a similar way. Like how Diamonds Droog was able to shoot him cuz Fin is kind of an idiot and leaves hints to where his location is, so, Droog then shot him up from the future Fin was viewing from that room. Man was that a mouthful. Speaking of mouths, Fin has sharp shark teeth cuz lol his name is Fin like a shark. He’s apparently not above biting someone with them as well, and they are sharp. This may also just be me, but the dude survived for a longer while than he probably should have with how much he got shot and was bleeding out EVERYWHERE before finally collapsing. It’s possible Trace is the same, but since he died instantly from a bomb, we can’t really be sure. Armed with his revolver and fish bat, Fin is ready to take on the competition! So long as it isn’t against anyone above him, which speaking of, moving on.
Next is Matchsticks. God damn is there not much to him. You know, I think I’d go on to say he and Quarters get the least really seen or told about them and what they may be like. And his power isn’t much better or obvious. Alright, get this, the guy can travel through time using FIRE as a portal, which he then puts out with his extinguisher so more of him don’t start popping up like Eggs and Biscuits. Yeah, real useful that one is. I suppose if a fight breaks out and things catch on fire though he can be of use using a similar strategy like Eggs and Biscuits, but that’s also kind of situational. Kinda. But he seems like a tough guy who can take a hit, and that extinguisher is sure to leave a mark. Also his tiny baby gun is kind of hilarious. Oh, and it probably hurts to be shot by it, so don’t. If I were to seriously put time into thinking about it, Fin MAY be better than Matchsticks, but I made this post, and damnit, I’m gonna sleep in it! As soon as I find a way to do so...
Next up is the not-so-fun-sized Sawsbuck. You may be confused why he’s so far up, but thinking about it, he’s KIND of the teams tank. His ability even ties into him taking damage causing him and whoever inflicted it to jump around the timeline all the way until he finally dies. He and his portly figure are good for absorbing damage as we saw in both the Intermission and Collide. The guy can take stabbings, lacerations, multiple bullet wounds, and keep on trucking for a bit. He and is trusty riding crop are sure to leave a sting, as well as almost as many cheeks red as Snowman’s whip. Plus his Mossburg 590 is sure to leave a mark. A few, actually. At which point you’ll probably bleed out if didn’t kill you already with a blast to the chest.
I think it’s at this point we actually start getting to heavy hitters. Yeah, at the 5th ranking spot, it’s about time, right? So who scurried their way up the list to start us off? Why, none other than Itchy, of course! Yeah, seems kinda sad Doze is placed last, but Itchy gets to be this much higher than him. Such is fate. Life isn’t fair with the powers you’re given. Speaking of, Itchy is fast. He’s fast as fuck, boy. Specifically, he’s slowing down time relative to himself to move the way he does. The classic hit and runner. While the ability gives him great mobility and utility in combat, it’s also been shown that Itchy’s reaction speed sometimes isn’t good enough to keep up. Hence why he was rather easily dealt with by Spades just holding his leg out for Itchy to trip over. This does come in handy in places like in Collide where, despite having a single shot pistol, he seemingly rapid fires it, probably thanks to his speed in being able to reload in the blink of an eye. That on top of his baseball bat, and he’s a regular Scout, minus the shotguns. But he’s below the people coming up just because I can see them pulling something trip him up like Spades did all the same. Not to mention his whole deal is about not getting hit PERIOD. He seems to go down rather easily from most standard attacks, but with speed and the power backing it up, he’s not to be counted out of a fight.
Next is a kind of weird or maybe controversial choice with Quarters. Why do I put him up here? Well, kind of due to his size and seeming strength that, while it may not compare to Cans, he’s still a big dude. I won’t get into what his deal is, since he doesn’t have a power, but an item like Die, and because it’s rather complicated to write out here. Have you SEEN how long this post is getting? Ain’t nobody got time for me to rabble on even more than I do. So, Quarters is a tough guy. So what? Well, that’s where his mini gun comes into play. It’s a damn powerful weapon as we saw him absolutely demolish Spades with in an alternate timeline. He also interestingly wields a monkey wrench, which we see him try to use against Jane and Jake as they fought him together. Which I could believe Jake would need a little bit of help fighting him, hence Jane coming in with the support. There’s not much else to say besides he just seems like a really strong member of their gang!
Okay, no more messing around now. The top 3, and this was a very hard thing to decide on, even in my quick list here. I am once again putting 2 members on the same spot, though one of them could easily be number 1 if I thought about it enough, but this is how it stands right now. Coming in at 3rd and 2nd I have Crowbar and Cans. Yeah yeah, number 1 is kind of odd, but we’ll get there. Let’s talk these monsters. Crowbar is seemingly the leader of the Felt outside of Doc Scratch and possibly Snowman, though she may just be doing her own thing away from the Felt most times, and that's justly deserved. He’s actually smart, and his weapon is damn important for the later end of the story. His crowbar is not only powerful, but its juju breaking abilities can well make him shut off a few of the other members with a single swing. We see Caliborn and Jack English make the most use of this weapon in a combat sense, and it does them both nicely. Especially for Caliborn who manages to beat his Denizen to death with that, and maybe his gun since we see it tossed off to the side. It’s even able to stand up to LE’s golden cuestaff when wielded by Jack English. His gun of choice is also a sub machine gun, which he was shown using to shoot up Jake. Moving on to Cans, he’s obviously the main muscle of the group. His lone weapons are his gorilla sized arms and fists, with his power being able to knock someone or even a group of people through time. He has great strength and endurance, allowing him to shrug off most blows and keep on coming back swinging. He did seem to get rather tripped up from Dad’s cake business, though, allowing Dad to land some more punches of maximum mangrit! Not only can his fists send someone through time, he can even go a bit meta and punch someone between panels to get around, even fighting by using the panels as a platform. And he can do this seemingly without causing any passage of time between when he punched them and when they arrive at their location. Now, all that being said, the person I’d put on top depends on how effective Crowbar’s weapons would be on Cans, and if he can come up with a plan to stop him from knocking him around and beating him senseless. Is Crowbar intelligent enough to come up with that sort of plan? Kinda like being the Batman of the group, coming up with ideas to counter and take down any of the Justice League if they turn rogue. Heh, Rogue. Homestuck reference. I would personally say he probably could play Cans, but I think can just as easily see Cans making up the damage being dealt to him in potentially smaller amounts. I think this is gonna stay as a toss up for the time being.
And with that, here we are. The number 1 placement. You know who it is. That lucky and flirty little bastard, Clover. Now, I know this may sound odd, and I am with you on that, saying Clover is the strongest is kind of an odd statement. But hear me out. His unbelievable luck makes him nigh impervious to damage, let alone the threat of death. Now, this ability has been worked around before. Like when Jack opened the vault in the manor, which seemingly killed every member of the Felt and the Midnight Crew other than Spades and Snowman. And I would chock that up to the huge amount of energy given off by the safe in tandem with the crowbars juju breaking ability allowing Clover top actually be caught in whatever goes down. We then again later see Karkat is able to at least catch and hog tie Clover, possibly thanks to his curse given to him by the ATH~ code he ran back in Hivebent. So unless you use VERY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES, the best you can do is idly drub the guy, like Droog did with a newspaper in the Intermission. And even though he may not be able to to dish out the most damage, he can still swing his 4x2, a cute parallel to Doze’s 2x4, and fire his glock to attack people. So, with a guy you can’t even really damage unless through very particular means, on top of being able to seemingly take down every other member of the Felt with enough time and bullets, I think it’s safe to say Clover’s OP ability earns himself the thrown at the top of this ladder. Don’t ask me who put that chair up there. Seems rather dangerous if you ask me.
WHEW! That was a fucking mouthful that took forever to write up. I may revisit this at some point when I feel like going seriously into the research to maybe make better placement decisions. Hell, feel free to argue for or against this list all you want! I’d love to hear if you had a differing opinion, or had anything that would support my thoughts that I maybe just forgot about. Anyways, have a great day everyone, and once again, it feels good to be back!

⇒ Crowbar: Confront Quarters
Your name is Crowbar, and you’ll be damned. You knew that things would have gone to shit to some degree while you were away, but letting children into the manor? Really? Admittedly, you should have expected this from Quarters and taken measures to prevent it. Not to mention this issue he’s got going with Fin. The bird’s got some explaining to do.
You stride down the hall steadily, making your way to Quarters’ room and knocking on the door, standing stiffly and squaring your shoulders. You’re back, and you mean business. Quarters is in for one hell of a surprise.
Quarters opens the door, and he tenses further than he normally is. He’s not sure what to think, you’re sure. You’re guessing he wasn’t expecting to see you home again, but you make no comment on it. There’ll be plenty of time for talking. You’ve got all night now that you’ve already talked with Stitch, and the conversation with Fin won’t take long at all, even if Trace goes sticking his underbite where it doesn’t belong and tries to interrupt.
“Good evening, Quarters. May I come in? That’s rhetorical. I need to talk to you.” You say, giving Quarters no chance to interject and planting your hand on the door to push it open. Flabbergasted, Quarters steps aside and lets you pass by. You can tell from the ruffled feathers on the back of his neck, he knows he’s in trouble. That’s just fine with you.
You turn to face Quarters, gesturing for him to close the door and waiting patiently for him to do so, taking a deep but silent breath as you wait. Quarters closes the door, and in turn opens his beak to say something. You lift a hand to signal for him to be quiet, and he shuts his beak again.
“I’m not going to sweeten this, Quarters. I’ve been informed on the majority of what’s happened in my absence. Now, it’s a given you’re not the sole perpetrator of it all, but from what I’ve heard, there’s been a couple problems that seem to involve you. Let’s start with the easier task to handle, yes? I’ve been told about your little disagreement with Fin. That needs to end.” You start, your tone cold and business-like. You hate to be so cut-and-dry about it to Quarters, but you’ve barely been home for a couple hours and already you’re exasperated. You want to get this conversation over with.
“I’m not saying you have to be nice- I get it, he hurt someone else in the gang that you happen to care about, undoubtedly- but you’re not going to bully him either, am I understood? He’s at fault as well, but I know you can handle this situation better than you have been. Fin may be a dangerous idiot with no impulse control of his own, but he is a part of this gang for a reason, just like the rest of us. A slap on the snout’s all that’s needed to deter him, you’ve gone overboard. While it doesn’t make Fin’s actions okay, he doesn’t know better. All I’m saying is.. Don’t be such a god damn ass.”
“It’s not just that he attacked Die,” Quarters replies, and you quirk a brow. This should be good. “Fin nearly killed Die, twice. Once because Die was hurt, and again because he was convinced that Die was sending him graphic anonymous messages- which turned out to be the doing of another universe’s Diamonds Droog. He nearly killed Trace- and at this rate I’ve got a feeling he may have succeeded- and I still have no clue why. He attacked me as well, for the sole purpose of picking a fight. Dangerous idiot, indeed, but nobody’s been bothering to keep him in-check except me. He can’t be allowed to just hurt everyone, and I wasn’t going to stand by while he nearly killed others.”
“I know, Quarters. The bottom line is that beating the daylights out of Fin isn’t the way to handle his outbursts. I don’t want to hear about another scuffle between the two of you again. No more treating Fin the way you have been, and that’s an order.”
“Fine.”
“Good. Remember, Quarters, Fin has the mental capacity of a two-year-old... which brings me to my next point.” You sigh, shaking your head and lifting a hand to tip back your hat a little.
“Don’t-” Quarters starts, and you motion for him to shut up again. This isn’t easy for you, but it has to be done.
“Quarters, what the hell are you thinking, bringing kids into the manor? I know you’re no idiot, you’re one of the smartest ones here, so what makes you think living with a gang is a safe environment for two children? I know it’s sad that two kids need a home, and I know you want to help, but Felt Manor can’t be that home for them. What would we do with two kids? What if the Midnight Crew raids the manor again? I don’t know how low they’d stoop, but I can’t be certain that they’d particularly care if two kids get caught in a firefight. We can’t have them here. You can’t have them here.”
“I’d never let anyone lay a hand on them, you know that,” Quarters interjects, his feathers fluffing up further and his hands clenching into fists. But he doesn’t sound angry. He sounds scared. You hate it as much as he does, but the manor isn’t a family-friendly environment. The kids aren’t as safe here as Quarters wants to believe.
“Quarters. Listen to me. The manor isn’t safe for them. I hate to be the one to tell you, but the kids need to go. You can find them somewhere better to stay, but we’re a gang, not babysitters. The kiddos need to leave-” You continue, but Quarters interrupts you, which has you slightly taken aback. Slightly.
“They’re not going anywhere, Crowbar. I’m not going to kick them out, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to let you kick those children out, either. It’s Midnight City, there isn’t anywhere else for them to go. I’m not about to send them off to a stranger, and I’m sure as hell not going to send them back to a planet that’s bound to be destroyed.” He retorts, staring at you while he waits for a response, his tone laced with a variety of negative emotions.
“You don’t mean-” You start, beginning to dread the turn this conversation’s taking. Your throat tightens and you stiffen, hoping that this doesn’t mean what you think it does. Unfortunately, you know better than that.
“I do mean.” Quarters huffs.”Those kids are leprechauns like you and me. They really don’t have anywhere else to go, Crowbar. I refuse to kick them out. I won’t send them out into a city where the majority of the population hates the amphibian the leprechaun race as a whole happens to resemble, and I won’t send them to a planet that’s going to die. If it were just Crow, I might- but that’s an insanely slim chance- but I can’t send them both. I can’t send them knowing Crow’s Felt would pick him up and not Wes. We didn’t pick up any of Sawbuck’s brothers, we didn’t pick up my husband and children, we didn’t pick up Clover’s grandfather, we took who we needed for our gang and nobody else. I had to come home to a dead family because no matter what happened I wouldn’t have been allowed to- I couldn’t have saved them,” he continues, his voice starting to crack and tears beginning to well up. “I can’t put these kids through that.”
And there it is, you feel guilty. You’ve never seen Quarters get like this before, you’re not entirely sure how to handle it. You really don’t like upsetting him like this, but what else are you supposed to do? Kids don’t belong in the manor. It isn’t and never will be safe for them. It doesn’t help your case at all that one of these kids is but isn’t you. “I know, and I hate it as much as you do. But these kids don’t belong here. They have their own timeline to go back to, and I- and Crowbar has a Felt that’s going to need him one day. I don’t want to send anyone to their ends, but there are some things we can’t change, Quarters. You know these kids can’t repl-”
Just like that, Quarters goes from being on the verge of crying, to full-out anger. He picks you up by the suit coat and gives you a shake, hissing. “Don’t you EVER imply- Don’t even THINK that I’m trying to replace my children!!!” Quarters snaps, tightening his grip on your clothes. “I know I can’t get them back! I know I can’t see my husband or my babies again and I know they’re dead! I know there’s nothing I can or could do about it! I would never- NEVER try to replace them! But if I can make a difference in the lives of these two kids, if I can make things even a little better for them, by Godhead, I’m going to! I have had to give up so damn much for this gang, and I’m done! I lost my love, my children, my friends, my home, my planet, my goddamn sense of purpose- all of it’s gone because of this fucking gang! I finally- I finally have something that makes me happy, I finally have a purpose, and that’s to help give these kids the best life I can manage to. I’m not about to let you take what I have away from me, not now. They’re only kids, they deserve better than what they’ll have to go through if I don’t do something- they deserve a good life! I won’t stand by and let you make me take away an opportunity both for them and myself. I don’t give a shit if you’re third in command, or in charge of me, if you make Crow and Wes leave, I won’t stick around either.”
“Quarters, you know the consequence for leaving a gang-” You try to argue, but once again, Quarters talks over you.
“Fine, then. If I have to put up with the rest of you trying to get rid of me because I’d rather die than ship two kids off to somewhere I know they’d only go through suffering, then that’s the way it is. You will not make me send them away.” He seethes, his voice dropping from shouting to a menacing rumble. And with that, he drops you onto the floor, flat on your ass. You give a quiet hiss, and start to stand as Quarters speaks up again. “Get out of my room. I don’t want to talk to you about this any further. They’re not leaving, and that’s that.”
“Quarters..”
“OUT!” Quarters squawks, picking you up again and dragging you to the door. He opens the door, shoves you out into the hall, and then closes the door again. You hear the lock click into place, and give a defeated sigh. Well, that conversation was basically entirely pointless.
Exhausted and already fed up with tonight’s events, you turn and start to mosey down the hall. As you start away from Quarters’ room you think you hear a choked-up sob, but there’s nothing you can do about it. You’ve already done enough tonight. You’ll finish talking to everyone else in the morning. You close your eyes for a moment while you walk, shaking your head slightly before you continue onwards. You might as well go start on paperwork in your office until you inevitably can’t stay awake any longer and fall asleep at your desk.
Your name is Crowbar, and tonight’s been nothing but a shit storm.

It's my headcanon that Chad actually *chose* to be the nasty sadistic Cobra. We know that in the script Dutch was supposed to throw his black belt at Kreese's feet along with the others but nope, that wasn't Chad's take on the character. He enjoyed the beatings like a true Clockwork Orange droog, he wasn't horrified by Kreese's orders at the tournament and he even turned his back on Johnny being almost choked to death when everyone else was trying to help him or snivelling like a cry baby on the ground. Bad boy Dutch is Chad's creation alright.
As for Andrew Shue, we decided that he IS Ali's brother lol, and maybe he had something to do with Ali and Johnny breaking up, right @gia-is-online ?
Well, that answers that question
How did Dutch feel about Kreese telling Bobby to take Daniel out?
Every other Cobra who heard him say it - Bobby, Johnny, nameless-totally-not-Ali’s-brother - was shocked and horrified, and it showed on their faces.
But Dutch? Nah. Dutch did this.

Custom Bikes Of The Week: 25 November, 2018
A new Kawasaki Zed from the Japanese restomod kings AC Sanctuary, a retro-futuristic BMW R80 from Holland, and a $30,000 Yamaha WR450F supermoto from Slovenia.
BMW R80 by Moto Adonis The concept of the ‘cafe racer’ is being stretched in so many directions at the moment, the term has almost become meaningless. We’ve seen more styling developments in the last five years than the previous half century, but if this R80 RT from Holland is a precursor of things to come, we’re all for it.
The BMW was commissioned by the owner of a building restoration company, a keen rider who wanted a bike that reflected the aesthetic of his construction work—a blend of old and new.
Daan Borsje of Moto Adonis has absolutely nailed the vibe, veering away from the cookie-cutter style of most airhead customs. He’s infused this build with a retro-futuristic style, using a modified Honda CB500 tank, Suzuki GSX-R forks, a new rear frame and a full complement of electronics and switchgear from Motogadget and Motone.
The matte black aluminum wheel discs are a neat touch—and seriously attention-grabbing too. More of this style, please. [Via]
Kawasaki Z1000 Z1-R by AC Sanctuary If you’ve been following EXIF over the years, you’ll know that we’re absolute suckers for AC Sanctuary. They’re mostly associated with curvy Zeds from the first half of the 70s, but occasionally dip their toes into the murkier waters of the late 70s and the squared-off Z1-R.
The styling was a shock to buyers, but the ‘coffin’ tank and angular side panels swooping into the tail unit proved to be a hit in the US—and everyone loved the icy, pastel blue metallic paint.
In contemporary road tests, the Z1-R trailed the Honda CBX, Suzuki GS1000S and Yamaha XS1100, but this restomod tips the balance back big time. The Japanese workshop has gone to town on the blueprinted engine, installing Wossner pistons and Mikuni TMR carbs. They’ve also strengthened the frame, fitted Öhlins suspension and OZ Racing wheels, and a Brembo/Sunstar brake system. If you can read Japanese, the spec sheet is mouthwatering.
Kawasaki Z1000 scrambler by Droog Moto Fast-forward 30 years, and Kawasaki had adopted the streetfighter style for its inline-four literbikes. These machines have yet to develop the cachet of their predecessors, and they’re plentiful on the secondhand market—which means a freer hand for custom shops to rework them.
Arizona-based Droog Moto specializes in a hardcore industrial style, stripping the plastics off donor bikes and giving them an aggressive, ‘urban fighter’ look. It’s probably not to everyone’s taste, but the rough-and-ready apocalyptic look is also a refreshing antidote to the norm.
This Z1000 is Droog’s 14th build, with all-new metal bodywork, a new rear frame, upgraded suspension, a hand-built exhaust system and LED lighting all round. If the subtlety and expense of an AC Sanctuary Kawasaki is not for you, you can get something like Droog’s Z1000 for around half the price. And it’ll probably draw even more onlookers when parked up, too. [Via]
Ducati 400SS cafe racer by Pip Davidson We all love looking at the mega-budget builds, but it’s often the low budget bikes that show the most creativity. Brit Pip Davidson is a man who knows how to eke out the pennies, and never spends more than £5,000 on his bikes.
Ducafe Crème is a most excellent example of making a little go a long way. It started out as a 400SS, a baby version of the 750SS created to circumnavigate Japan’s crippling licensing laws.
Pip has slotted in a 900SS motor, a Kawasaki ZXR400 front end, Suzuki Hayabusa brakes, and a Leo Vince muffler originally designed for the 916. The dinky 400SS frame has been powdercoated in a creamy, caffè latte shade, and there’s a new tail section that better matches the tank than the stock item. Ingenious. [Via]
Yamaha WR450F supermoto by Rotobox Companies that specialize in eking out the last drop of performance from motorcycle parts tend to build rather interesting customs. Like this absolute weapon from the Slovenian firm Rotobox, which makes featherweight carbon fiber wheels.
It’s called ‘Splice,’ and it’s probably one of the fastest ways to get from A to B on a bumpy, twisting country road. It’s based on Yamaha’s WR450F offroader, upgraded with a dizzying array of go-fast parts and a slick new paint job. (Which, dare we say it, looks a damn sight better than the usual plasticky blue WR color scheme.)
Aside from the obvious new 17-inch wheels, this WR is now sporting FG 461 forks and a TTX shock from Öhlins, a modified YZF-R6 swingarm, Rotobox’s own supermoto triple clamps, and a top-of-the-line Brembo brake system.
Custom parts include a new ceramic-coated exhaust system, seat, front fender and fairing, and instrument holder. And best of all, it weighs just 119 kilos (262 pounds) with a full tank of fuel.
It’s a special kind of crazy, but there’s probably a market out there. Rotobox will deliver one of these to you for 29,830 euros, which is about US$33,800. Sounds like a lot for a supermoto, but on the other hand, there aren’t many bikes that will keep up with this WR around a tight track or along a switchback road. [More]
