Everytime I watch Swan Song I cry like a bitch. Because I KNOW it was supposed to be the end of the show. Not “dum dum duuum Sam is back!” more like, Sam is freaking dead forever tortured by Lucifer and you have to live with it and Dean went to live his dumb apple pie life with a character you met once and you’re supposed to be okay with it. As a Sam!Girl, I would have NEVER been able to handle this ending. My baby deserves better than this, they BOTH deserve better than this (don’t get me wrong, Swan Song is an amazing episode). Idc if it’s optimistic or doesn’t suit most of the fandom, I want the show to end with Sam and Dean, BOTH alive, TOGETHER (”against the world” as said in Fanfiction). Seems simple enough, tbh!
