I know Kallamar only controls diseases, but I started thinking- would parasites technically count ? (If that’s an obvious answer note that this is my 3 am brain working)

Astaroth was tasked to murder the newly crowned God of Pestilence so AnchorDeep can remain untouched. And Astaroth nearly had him, yet what they failed to realize was that Kallamar already had a good grip on their powers.

Since he rather stay away from fighting, Kallamar often acts like a Siren. (lulling their victims to kill) When he gets an opportunity, he’ll infect their victim with whatever illness seems appropriate. For Astaroth- he thinks Tapeworms were a pretty good punishment.
