you'll think you've gotten better at dealing with the way women are written in anime or that maybe anime have gotten better at writing women and then you'll realise the only thing that got better is your ability to pick shoujo over shounen

#watching the new mappa anime is a struggle I'm putting in only bc the protag reminds me of ninja therion #my good will is about to run dry tho #jjk and black clover got me nearly convinced shounen got better at women and then i realised everything else im following is #either romance or slice of life #i genuinely don't get people who'll complain about odas way of writing women either #ive been following op actively for thirteen years and not once have i felt the rejection reaction the girls in the mappa anime gave me #there's also ways and ways of making sexy women too like fujiko's never given me any problems at all?#but that ninja girl last ep made me willing to punch my laptop any time #is it last ep? whatever #the point is this season turned out more disappointing than i imagined #but at least if no one got my back I know mashle and stl got my back #amen
