i always forget how much i absolutely suck at traditional painting and then am surprised when the experience of traditional painting is like. suicide inducing

#IM JOKING BTW #mostly lmao #i am like ready to cry over this fucking painting though #give me charcoal or pencils? i’m all set #and i can paint pretty okay digitally #but as soon as it’s traditional painting a rage and hopelessness like no other rises out of me #tell me why it makes me actually so angry #it is like comical how bad i am at it #it’s supposed to be a gift for someone but at this point i’m almost ready to just give up #and go to the mall for the third time this week to just buy a gift #stupid #mine #personal
