This may be slightly controversial but I genuinely think that if you aren't filling a minimum of half the passenger capacity of a car, you shouldn't be allowed to drive it at that time.

#obviously there's nuances and grey areas such as if someone is heading somewhere to pick up more passengers #or if you are hauling a lot of cargo and that's using most of the space #but as a general rule of thumb i think if you're simply commuting somewhere on your own and you're in a 6 passenger SUV you shouldn't be #allowed to be driving that car because its wasting so much gas for no valid reason #babbles
