Experienced a massive crash out like two days ago when I started the green pills in my birth control packet (the rest are pink) and since then I’ve been genuinely crazy and angry 24/7 and so so so so upset and literally like twenty minutes ago I started my period and got hit with clarity that I am 1.) an idiot and 2.) extremely unobservant

Like you dumb bitch the green pills are the sugar pill week and you’re no longer taking the hormone your body needs to regulate itself jfc of course you went crazy for a bit. In fairness I’ve never successfully completed a packet of birth control (the last time I tried the pills made me go off the literal rails) and so I just wasn’t thinking when they changed colors because I am stupid and also unobservant I DID read the instructions I just forgor anyway I’m suddenly not angry or crazy anymore :)

#my body produces too much testosterone and not enough estrogen and it causes me to have like. evil crazy periods and bad acne and crazy #thoughts and also ovarian cysts that BURST AND HURT SO BAD so my doctor put me on a bc that’s just estrogen and progestin and #it’s been helping a lot with the crazies and the cysts and stuff so far I think!! but my period didn’t start for two days once I started the #sugar pill week so I think my brain just didn’t connect it because the last time I was on bc five years ago if I even forgot my pill by 15 #minutes I was bleeding BAD and assumed they must all be like that #I’ve also had a lot going on in my life lately so I just wasn’t thinking. and I can’t stress this enough. I am stupid.#but anyway I started my period during fucking wicked so thank you Ariana grande
