#theyre right!! theyre right its a problem its an addiction properly and yes i also lmao what are u even saying when people call it that but#ive been struggling rly bad w attention span AND w youtube shorts lately. and its BAD#they were saying they cope by shutting off their router during the day but thats not possible for me ❤#so ig ill just Succumb to the elements (needing constant entertainment or ill die)#and honestly. as someone that aligns w adhd symptoms listed online and May have undiagnosed adhd#i wouldn't be surprised if its not more *common* so much as ohhh its becoming More Noticeable. because of technology and internet culture#but amyway im off topic and im dying squirtle#going 2 try to be aware of how much tech i use but thats hard when . i have nearly nothing Not Technology to do.#anyways blows up
