Boo, who's been procrastinating writing all weekend? Me. Who's not gonna get another kinktober fic I promised this week? You 😞

Oh boy oh boy. I'm still working on a backlog for Flame's Desire chapters and the stuff on that is scenes that I have been just DYING to write out since chapter 1. So color me excited there. But then I'm also writing up Practice Makes Perfect and it's.. uh.. to put it bluntly, probably the dirtiest thing I've ever written. And then for funsies, a small little one shot I've been on and off working on has been slightly revamped at the beginning and I can hopefully work on it again soon. It's an idea I thought was super cute so I'm hoping everyone else thinks so too. (Though natsu gets called cute/tiny in it far too often for his own liking... :P )

... and as I have one too many wips.... I'll leave it there. For now. lol. Because I try and write too damn much at once, I swear.

Oh boy, you asked for it now Scum.

I could ramble about a lot of characters but Mozart I feel is one that needs a "defense force" since I feel he is often misunderstood to the point where many just skip his route. That makes me very sad because his route is probably one of the best written with the most organic character growth.

He is a complex character that is much more than just the "cold tsundere" archetype that people clock him as. He is a man plagued with the weight of genius and being born a prodigy that was made to perform his whole life, and that has really messed him up. He is so broken by the fact that he has lost the one thing he thinks gives him meaning (his music) that when the MC meets him, he is completely done with life.

He is so used to wearing a mask of perfection in public that at the mansion he has zero ability to even pretend to be nice. I really identify with the curse of perfectionism paralyzing your creativity, and the fatigue that masking your anxieties or having a public or "professional" persona causes.

Once you finally get past that hard shell and find the gooey dere center that is the real Mozart he is made of 100% boyfriend material. He is still learning how to express his emotions during his route but he is romantic, loyal, sweetly teasing, easy to fluster, a cute drunk, and probably the horniest ikemen once he gets going (no seriously, there is an event where he won't hold MCs hand in public or let her touch his hair because it will get him too worked up!), likes to spoil the MC and is almost as big of a sugar daddy as Comte. Will write an entire symphony for you. His pet is a freaking owl. Magic fingers. Thinks he's a dom but he is definitely a switch. He is a brat and I can tame him. Secret cat boy?

He shares a lot of the traits with my other tsun love, Isaac. Isaac has a prickly exterior but it is mostly just masking his anxieties and a deep seated distrust of people. Has no idea what to do with a woman, but is a quick study. Can ramble about his special interests all-day but then get embarrassed because no one knows what the hell he is talking about (which mood). He is curious, sweet, kind, and good with children, and he owns a hedgehog! 80-year-old virgin but that just means he has decades of horny on backlog. Another cute drunk. I want to tease him so bad. Big switch energy, get in there MC!

Other notable faves and wallet drainers I don't have space to ramble for are Comte, Arthur, Sebastian and Faust.

For Ikerev my faves are Seth, Luka and Jonah and Edgar. Sirius and Lancelot are also big faves but I feel like I'm third wheeling between the two sometimes.

Luka is another sweet, awkward anxiety golem with an inferiority complex (am I sensing a pattern here?) who thinks he has to push himself to breaking to earn a place to belong. Also has no idea how to handle women. Another late bloomer who has been storing the horny. An amazing cook, loyal, and dedicated. Incredibly dense when it comes to feelings. The way Alice is drooling over him his entire route from moment one is so funny to me. Contender for prettiest ikemen.

Sage covered most of the reasons I like Jonah but I could still probably wax poetic about this disaster of a man all day. Another haughty tsundere with a "secret" inferiority complex. The type that makes you go, "Oh I definitely won't fall for this asshole!" but then you fall for this asshole anyway. A bit of a project. You have to fight for his affection between Lancelot and Luka but once you get him he is your ultimate hype man.

Seth is another guy who needs a defense force, but I'd definitely need a whole post if I wanted to psychoanalyze this man. A shady guy that lays out a mystery between all the routes that I was dying to solve. Handsome, seductive, wearer of many masks. Willing to sacrifice himself for the ones he loves. The jealous type but in a "sexy" way. Will definitely stab someone for you.

His ideal date is going out for dessert and then shopping. Will buy you dresses and lingerie and probably come home with some for himself too. Voted most likely to get you kicked out of the dressing rooms for inappropriate behavior (silver medal goes to Comte). A rare long-haired ikemen. Basically like dating your best girlfriend who will also take you to pound town. Gender and sexuality are just a concept. Comes with a free little spoiler.

Edgar is Edgar. What a angst and drama filled wreck his route is, but it is one of my faves. Oh no, is he a bad guy?? Adorable "friendship" with Luka that always makes me laugh. A "gentleman" who will tease you to death, but always deliver. His MC is so dense she would sink in the Dead Sea. Your ultimate junkfood hookup.

Ikepri faves are still a little up in the air, but Clavis, Chevalier and Sariel will get me to break the bank every time. Yves and Licht are close behind.

Clavis needs a whole book to even start to grasp him. Another "gentleman", a tease, a prankster, a consummate fucking disaster and bias wrecker. I can't get enough of him. He makes me laugh so much. Love him so much I'd eat his weird breakfasts every day. His route was double sized and so action packed because this man can fit so much trauma, and who would have thought, an inferiority complex! Definitely a cunning linguist but that man is guarding his chastity like Fort Knox. Idiots to lovers 150k slowburn. Equipped with endless belts for bondage fun on the go. Ultimate chaos switch.

Chev is another disaster. I can't fix him. Probably a literal sociopath but he is doing his best! Huge library to borrow from. Scarousal out the wazoo. So many predator/prey metaphors I'm a little worried he may actually gobble me up. He is just plain hot. The fact that he reads romance novels and tries to comfort so clumsily he might as well be wearing oven mitts is adorable. Dramatic cloak fluttering. 100% dom but I'll allow it. Nom me please.

Sariel is a hot megane who wears all black and carries around an actual whip. Strict teacher type who is definitely putting the MC over his desk at some point in his route. You just know he has a tragic back story. Basically tailor-made for the former Snape fangirls. Keep the gloves on.

I won't fall for any of the new guys. I wont, I wont! Grrr why is Gilbert so hot tho? Why is Keith is so mysterious and TALL, and why is Silvio such a cute little brat?! Haha I definitely won't fall for that asshole though!

Ikesen I play less these days, but my faves the Mitsu's, Yoshimoto, and Sasuke are still dear to my heart. Special mention to other faves Ieyasu, Kanetsugu, Kicho and cutie-patootie Ranmaru, will he ever get a route??

Mitsunari, my sweet, brilliant but also incredibly dense angel. He bumped into a pillar and then apologized to it and I was in love. Hard coded to be on the spectrum. Man baby who you need to feed like a baby bird sometimes, mistakes you for a kitty and pets you in like chapter 3. Hnngh my kokoro.

Sasuke, meme lord, megane, always gets your weird humor. Literal genius astrophysicist and moderately awesome ninja, what isn't to love?! His dry humor absolutely kills me. Surprisingly passionate once he falls in love, and goes down on the MC in both premiums! Guy I would actually marry in real life. Please Cybird give him more content!

Yoshimoto is the cool airy pacifist who doesn't want anything to do with war. Appreciates art and beauty in all it's forms, and has this lonely wistful air of a deposed prince about him. Has a tiny ponytail and a beauty mark. So gorgeous he stops traffic wherever he goes. Funds the arts, and that is pretty sexy. How unexpected, he has an inferiority complex! Can't wait for his route.

Finally my first ikemen love, the one the only Mitsuhide. The tortuer who nearly tortured us all to death waiting for his route. Oh no, can I trust him?? (No, you cannot). Prankster, big tease, passionate, brilliant schemer who is already 10 steps ahead. Might have a threesome with Hideyoshi?? Everyone thought we were going to have bondage fun but he turned out to be really romantic instead 😭We'll always have all those shibari fanfics though.

Holy crap, sorry I popped off here. It was a slow day with way too much caffeine and I really had fun thinkin' bout my faves and why I love them.
