(since i have a short attention span and get distracted easily)#but what does he mean by this?#or is it a weird translation? i dont know Japanese but i recognize some words (by sound if that makes sense) and sometimes#it doesnt match up with the text#but again i dont know Japanese and translations are tricky so maybe im the one misunderstanding#by translations are tricky i mean trying to translate something and still make it make sense to the reader#like the 'urashima taro' reference being changed to 'rip van winkle' (which im not too sure people are familiar with)#but yea i hope that makes sense? anyway does mayoi have a secret lover/crush? or am i misunderstanding?#feel free to give spoilers since ive read some spoilers already but not everything (ive read obbligato for example)#for reference its from chapter 4 episode 80 'Endeavor'
