Mildly addressing someone's tags in a reblog for a minute, this is not a "depends on the time" thing, this is ESSENTIAL to bring a Jedi no matter what era, if you can't do this you cannot make it as a Jedi, because when you don't recognize your darkness you don't control it, don't reject its temptation, thus it is that those who do not do this stop being Jedi
