terrible day at work so far ✌️😭
#worst day of work ever at this job fr#i cant handle criticism at all first of all im a big huge baby about it#but a lady from the office didnt like the way i handled an altercation between two kids today#(literally just moved thenvictim away from the hitter and told the hitter no and consoled the victim bc they both cried)#if i had consoled the one that hit the other he wouldn't have understood me saying no then hugging and consoling first of all#and i could only pick one so i picked the one who got hurt? not the one who hurt him?#anyway the hitter who i love with all my heart got sad and laid down on the floor and cried which looked bad#i think she thought i pulled him down but he just went noodle legs and laid down when i pulled him away from the other kid he was on top of#anyway :(#she asked my supervisor to ~speak to me about it >:(~ but my supervisor was on my side#but she told me that she was on my side i dint think she stood up for me w office lady#and then a teacher from another classroom was saying i was picking kids up by one arm which is not tru#i dont lift them into the air that way and i know it could be ungentle but im always careful when i do it#im just helping them stand up with one hand bc my other hand is occupied w a door or another kid and im always super slow and careful#and gentle and wait until they get their feet under them to lift at all#literally just cried abt it in the lunch room ✌️😙#bc im an oversensitive baby and so so scared of getting fired bc my last job fired me illegally for asking to go part time lol
