Sometimes I think "this job isn't so bad maybe I shouldn't quit" and then not five minutes later am like "this is exactly why I'm quitting wtf"
#they should really be more open about what positions are open in the other departments#or at least put up a job bid#even if its not a union position#like i get the idea of 'picking them out of the chorus' or w/e#but OH MY GOD THE EVERLOVING DRAMA b/c so and so got promoted and its not fair i should have gotten it and IM DONE#IM NOT EVEN IN THOSE MEETINGS WHY ARE YOU DRAGGING ME INTO IT#and now i learn that my direct supervisor isnt even kept in the loop about this shit and im ?????#like he is partially responsible for this department#even if hes not in charge of the hiring and firing he should at least know whos coming and going#like an email or announcement like 'hey guys so and so is coming in theyll be training x days make them feel welcome' or something#but no#fucking hell i found out about the last two promotions in this department from an operator#bUt wHy iS tHe rUmOR miLL sO bAd
