I know my shits fucked up because I can run 12 miles after work and just be like. chillin. it takes like 2 hours sure but it’s no longer strenuous. At this point anything under a half marathon is fair game when it comes to post-work runs
#my perception of distance is so skewed I love when that happens#14 miles to me now is like a short long run#I normally don’t do my strength routine after a long run bc my ass is tired but I almost did it anyway bc I WASNT#this is so fucked up#and it was on trails too which I was not planning#got 1200ft of Vert 📈#which was an accident#but I ran a lot of the uphills! which is litty bc I normally don’t do that but I’m STRONG now#i knew running that marathon was gonna fuck me up in the best way possible and it really did#running#I also know my shits jacked bc my arms look more ripped than normal#which just means I’ve been OXIDIZING my FAT efficiently#I’m gonna DESTROY at the 100k#we r 6 months out
