I need someone who knows Greek history/lit on a professional level to listen to the Wrath Goddess Sing audiobook and tell me if these pronunciations are correct, ‘cuz I suspect I’m learning something new—but I genuinely can’t tell.

#I cannot imagine they’d let this person mispronounce 90% of the names so it must be right? right?#but I literally have never heard Odysseus pronounced this way in my life #and I can’t tell if it’s because I’m an idiot or not #the Achilles pronunciation is also different but I have to assume that’s because it’s a retelling with a trans woman Achilles #but yeah. mad curious. if anyone knows feel free to reach out
