my one idea for a pjo fic centers around a child of apollo. the muses have been kidnapped. child of apollo teams up with child of aphrodite (?) and child of ares and rescues them; they find out it's all part of a big plan to end the age of heroes. by kidnapping the muses, there's no one to tell the stories of the heroes. so the plot of the saga is basically fighting to preserve heroes and their legacies, and deconstructing what stories of the gods deserve to be told
