Something I love about making 13 fanart is that while 13 is largely unpopular in the fandom, all the reblogs I do get on an art piece with her are from people who are REALLY passionate about the 13th Doctor. And the notes are filled with nice comments about 13 and certain episodes!
It's really so refreshing to see among all the hate she's been bombarded with over the years!
#and don't get me wrong. i have my issues with the way things are written in 13's run too#but I LOVEEEE how Jodie plays the doctor#i love 13's personality and i love the mannerisms Jodie gave her. she's really grown on me#and in a way her doctor being outcasted in the fandom makes me love and identity with 13 more#it's so sad to see all her potential wasted with bad writing and for the fandom to blame all of it on 13 as a character#talkies#13th doctor#thirteenth doctor#jodie whittaker#doctor who#the doctor
