-Archivist! Logan! im biased he's my favorite. yknow how jarchivist has a neon green eye motif? logan has neon blue eye motifs. Very studious, logical, and not easily freaked out as usual- although he has a MASSIVE phobia of being alone due to an encounter with The Lonely at a young age that really just fucked with his mind. Married to Patton and adoptive father of Virgil Robinson

-Corruption! Patton! mainly due to the connection between love and the Corruption. Not in a creepy-crawly bug way like Jane Prentis but instead. fungus. He's got lil mushrooms growing out of his head and mycelium along his arms and legs. Despite the entities' horror and bad vibes, Patton manages to maintain his un-spooky appearance. He works at a botany lab that is used to the powers' shenaniganery and so they dont mind patton

-Virgil is not an avatar- he's a bit more like a benevolent Jurgen Leitner mixed with Mary Keay. He harnesses the powers of the entities through artifacts and books for his own gain- or in this case, the gain of the gang. He's Gertrude Robinson's son but due to her getting so wrapped up in her work he was informally adopted by logicality and later formally adopted by them. Despite his work with them he's most targeted by The End and The Lonely, having major fears of death and abandonment

-Thomas is a situation like Georgie Barker where he can't feel fear. But mainly because he uses reasoning to get himself through their influence. The one he can't get past is The Stranger but that one doesn't seem to like to target him that much

-Roman is a Desolation Avatar. Honestly no good reason other than I love arson. He was born into the Cult of Lightless Flame but left it as a teenager. As a result, he has desolation powers and is an avatar- but he doesn't serve it. It's complicated.

-Remus also was a part of the cult but instead of just leaving he tore apart his branch of it with the help of The Stranger. Afterwards he joined the stranger- so his desolation powers were stripped in exchange for the stranger's

-Janus (my beloved) is a web avatar!! He keeps his snakey aesthetic but pulls in some spider stuff. Essentially he's Annabelle Cane but like. less of a bastard about it. He's less about outright lies here and more... half-truths. More manipulative. That doesn't mean he's evil- he's working to help the gang after all- but he is a Magnificent Bastard about it

name change!!

hi everyone!! I’ve realized that my name, anna, is quite popular on tumblr so i made the decision to change it!! this is also partially because quite a few friends who have 2+ mutuals who share my name and it makes for a complicated tag system! (and also because I would like to be a lil more Unique)

The family next door..

A day as bittersweet as it was inevitable finally arrived; Rosa and Lillith were moving out. They’d finally saved enough money to purchase the yellow house next door so at least they’d always be close. With many hugs and tears they gathered their things and headed over to their own new domain. Eliza and Caleb helped pack and arrange furniture while the twins ran around and bugged their aunts about the future. 

“You guys gonna have kids?” Bastion asked repeatedly. “Like lots and lots of kids? I want cousins!” 

Beatrice rolled her eyes. “Stupid, Aunty Rosa and Aunty Lillith are both GIRLS they can’t have babies together!” 

Rosa chuckled. “Actually many people can have babies even with partners of the same sex.” She corrected. “Aliens for one can impregnate both male and female sims. Of course there are amazing advances in science that allow it to happen as well...”

Lillith interrupted with a chuckle. “What she means to say is it’s not impossible at all. When you’re older you can study all that boring stuff but for now, just know that if we decide to have kids it can happen.”

Rosa continued with the scientific vein, her lips pursed. “I’m a plantsim so technically I  can breed with anyone also...of course if we decide to go that route we’ll have to grow the baby in soil...” 

There was laughter again and Lillith just sighed and hugged Bastion absently. “Either way, that’s something for us to talk about! You guys just need to focus on school. 

“Are we gonna see you less?” There was a rare tremble of emotion in Bea’s voice. 

Rosa’s thoughtful expression softened and she smiled warmly. “Of course not sweetness. We won’t be sleeping under the same roof anymore but we’ve only moved a few yards. You guys can come over whenever you want!” 

“Without knocking?” The mischief was back in Bea’s voice and she gave a fanged grin. 

“Without Knocking.” Lillith assured. “As long as your parents say it’s okay of course!”

Eliza stepped out from the downstairs bath with an empty box in her arms after having put the toiletries away. “Of course we say it’s okay. PLEASE take them whenever you want. Every afternoon if you want, 23/6 if you want!” 

“Momma!” There was momentary horror in Bastion’s eyes. “You only want us one day outta the week!?” 

The adults laughed kindly and the young boy grinned sheepishly. Of course his parents didn’t want them gone all the time. They loved him! 

An hour later they were finally almost alone and Rosa considered heading out to fill those temptingly empty planter boxes. Instead she settled for helping Lillith finish up their bedroom while the guy from the internet company finished setting the router up next to her computer. “Thank you.” She whispered, nuzzling her wife’s cheek. 

“For what?” The vampiress asked cheerfully as she hung the last potted plant above the bed. 

Rosa gestured around their room with its mossy live flooring and ivy adorning the walls. “For letting me have this amazing room. It feels like being in a forest clearing..like home....And Lil, there’s no one I’d rather share it with.”

A smile brightened Lillith’s pale face and she hugged her green partner. “I love it. I spent years not being able to go outdoors and see this kind of greenery. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I think it’s the perfect sanctuary for us.” 

There was a pause and Lillith looked down. “But...Ro...” She sighed. “You know that my brother and Eli...that they’re kind of a miracle...right?”

Rosa’s brows furrowed. “What do you mean?”

“Well...vampires having kids...it’s...complicated. Most of us, uh...can’t. We’re dead you know and biology doesn’t...mix...with dead very well. I want to have babies with you, lots of babies, all the babies you want, enough babies to populate five or six towns...but I don’t know if we can.” She finished her ramble and looked down sadly. 

Surprisingly Rosa just smiled and hugged her wife again. “Lil, I don’t care if we make babies or adopt babies. Hell, I don’t care if we never have babies and raise cowplants instead. As long as my life is with you it’s all good.” 

“Cowplants might not look good in baby bonnets and....wait...adoption...Why didn’t I think of adoption!?” Lillith’s eyes were huge in discovery and Rosa anticipated her next thought like only she could. 

“Let’s do it.”

“Really?”

“Yeah!”

“Now?!”

“Woman, let’s get to the computer and find us a baby!” The poor IT guy was hurried out of the way as he babbled assurances that the internet was working and tried not to be awkward after hearing far more about these people’s lives than he’d wanted to. 

It felt like it took only moments but in truth it was hours before the two women had finished the paperwork needed for online adoption. Then days before they heard back from the agency with their approval. Even so it was much faster than they’d expected and they happily looked through child profiles until they found...her. 

Annabelle was perfect for them. They reread her profile over and over after they requested her. First they met her on Skype, a quick video chat. Then a playdate at the park. Finally they knew it was right and Annabelle came home with them. 

She decorated her room with bright colours and adventurous art. She loved the outdoors and loved being active. Most importantly, she felt wanted and loved by her new moms. 

Sorry for the long entry today. I wanted to get Lillith and Rosa wrapped up appropriately since they’re no longer in the main family unit. Of course they’ll still be around along with their new girl who will probably be great friends with the twins! I know their house is weird, I was lazy and just wanted bright things...ALL THE BRIGHT THINGS.
