It’s not that I’m not grateful, but it in hindsight there was no reason for Pietro to get naked like that.

It was kind of ridiculous and hilarious the extent they went to get him naked when there didn't need to be (seriously he spends more page time near naked than clothed)- not that I'm complaining 😂 mostly it made me laugh. It's nice to see Pietro being presented as someone beautiful and desirable and I never felt it got particularly gratuitous or vulger - one for the female gaze as they say!

I do more that it coincides with him being embraced as a visible man of colour and as someone who is brown and with brown men it's sometimes a mixed bag cause brown men can be either presented as sleezy and too pathetic to date (think your Raj from big bang theory despite Kumal Najal being objectively better looking than his male costars) or are fetishied. Again I don't feel that's what happening here but I think some concerns in that regard would be understandable!- I personally definitely feel it's harmless fanservicey fun and it's nice for a brown man to be presented as desirable and attractive without reaching into fetish territory. it's certainly a change of pace where Pietro is the sexualised twin rather than Wanda. He's still very much Pietro - getting some of the most fun moments in the comic including landing a crucial blow on the Griver while shading Hawkeye and blowing her a cheeky kiss before kneeing her in the gut. It's all very much fun and I liked the little moment later on where Wanda magics him a shirt because it's just so gentle and maternal and he's so soft with his sisters.

As for him going commando- I'm surprised they got away with it 😂

I've been watching to much YouTube shorts lately, maybe it's the black girlfriend effect 😂 he was definitely looking forward to whatever Monet had planned for them in the shower later 😂
