How to Get Collateral-Free Loans for Your New Business
Funding plays a pivotal role in the success and growth of new businesses. It serves as the lifeblood that allows entrepreneurs to turn their innovative ideas into reality. Adequate funding enables startups to invest in essential resources, hire talented personnel, develop products, and expand their market reach. However, traditional loans often present significant challenges, especially for new and small businesses. One major obstacle is the requirement for collateral, which many startups may not have. This becomes a barrier, as entrepreneurs may not possess valuable assets to pledge as security. Additionally, the lengthy approval process and stringent eligibility criteria of traditional loans can deter potential borrowers, delaying their business plans and hindering growth opportunities. As a solution to these challenges, collateral-free loan options have emerged as a much-needed financial avenue for new businesses. These loans provide a ray of hope, offering funding without the burden of collateral, making it accessible to a wider range of aspiring entrepreneurs. By facilitating easier access to capital, collateral-free options empower startups to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys with confidence and foster innovation in the business landscape.
Understanding Collateral-Free Loans
Collateral-free loans, also known as unsecured loans, are a type of financing that does not require borrowers to provide any collateral as security for the loan amount. Unlike traditional loans, where borrowers are typically required to pledge assets such as property, vehicles, or equipment to secure the loan, collateral-free loans solely rely on the borrower's creditworthiness and financial stability for approval.
Benefits of Collateral-free Loans
No Asset Risk: One of the primary advantages of collateral-free loans is that borrowers are not at risk of losing their assets if they face difficulty in repaying the loan. This is particularly beneficial for entrepreneurs and startups who may not possess substantial assets to pledge as collateral.
Quick Approval: Collateral-free loans often have a streamlined application and approval process. Without the need for asset valuation and verification, lenders can make faster lending decisions, providing borrowers with quicker access to funds.
Accessible to More Borrowers: By eliminating the requirement for collateral, these loans become more accessible to a broader range of individuals, including those without significant assets or who are hesitant to risk their possession.
Flexibility in Fund Usage: Collateral-free loans typically offer more flexibility in how the borrowed funds can be used. Borrowers can allocate the funds as they see fit, whether it's for business expansion, working capital, equipment purchase, or any other financial need.
Build Credit History: Successfully repaying a collateral-free loan can positively impact the borrower's credit history. This can lead to improved creditworthiness, making it easier to obtain larger loans or better terms in the future. The Quest for a Reliable Financer
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that the financer operates within the legal framework and complies with all relevant financial regulations. Working with a reputable and compliant financer safeguards your interests.
Flexibility and Customization:Seek financers who offer flexible loan structures that can be customized to suit your unique business needs. Avoid rigid financing options that may not align with your growth plans.
Interest Rates and Terms: Compare the interest rates, fees, and repayment terms offered by different financers. Ensure that the terms are favorable and align with your business's financial capabilities.
Transparency and Communication: Choose a financer that values transparency and clear communication. A trustworthy financer will be upfront about all costs, terms, and conditions, and will be readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Specialized Industry Expertise: Look for financers who have experience in financing businesses in your industry. They will have a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to your field and can offer tailored financial solutions.
Exploring Zero-Interest Loan Options
Unraveling zero-interest loan schemes for businesses unveils an enticing avenue for entrepreneurs seeking interest-free funding to fuel their ventures. These unique financial solutions offer a significant advantage, allowing businesses to secure capital without incurring the burden of interest payments. Eligibility criteria for such loans are crucial factors that determine the qualification of applicants. Lenders typically assess the creditworthiness of businesses, their financial history, revenue generation, and growth potential. Additionally, a strong business plan and clear objectives play a vital role in the approval process. The application process involves thorough research to identify reputable lenders offering zero-interest loans. Applicants must submit necessary documents and information, providing insights into their business's financial stability and purpose of the loan. Navigating the application process with precision and adhering to specified timelines increases the likelihood of securing this highly sought-after interest-free funding. By understanding these essential aspects, businesses can unlock the potential benefits of zero-interest loans, facilitating growth and prosperity in their entrepreneurial journeys.

Crafting a Convincing Loan Application
Preparing a compelling business plan is a crucial step when seeking a loan for your business. A well-crafted business plan not only serves as a roadmap for your company's growth but also instills confidence in lenders about the viability and potential of your venture. The business plan should start with a clear and concise executive summary that highlights your business's mission, vision, and objectives. It should provide a comprehensive overview of your industry, target market, and competitors, demonstrating a deep understanding of your business's environment. Including a detailed description of your products or services, pricing strategy, and marketing plan showcases your strategic approach to capturing market share. Additionally, financial projections, cash flow analysis, and break-even points showcase your business's financial health and potential profitability. A compelling business plan acts as a persuasive tool, showcasing your vision and determination, while also providing lenders with the necessary information to make informed lending decisions. When applying for a loan, incorporating key elements in your loan application can significantly increase your chances of approval. Firstly, provide a comprehensive overview of your business, detailing its history, legal structure, and ownership. Include a clear and concise loan request, specifying the amount you need, the purpose of the loan, and the desired repayment terms. Demonstrating your creditworthiness and financial stability is vital, so be sure to include your personal and business credit scores, along with any collateral you may offer as security. To showcase your business's performance, include financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Providing relevant supporting documents, such as tax returns, bank statements, and legal documents, further strengthens your application. Lastly, presenting a well-organized and professional loan application shows lenders that you are serious and prepared, increasing the likelihood of obtaining the funding you need for your business's success.

I’m pissed. I am so pissed right now. (Super long, very personal rant below)
I’m an attorney. A lawyer. My job is to advise my clients to the best of my ability of what legal options they have and which acts may be in their best interest. That’s why one of the other names for my job is counselor.
It is not to get more clients. It is not to file more bankruptcies. My job, my ethical obligation, is to provide my professional expertise to clients in relation to pursuing a bankruptcy.
Which means sometimes my ethical duty is to advise clients that filing a bankruptcy is the worse option for their situation and other steps would serve them better to reach their goals.
So when a client who makes less than the median income (which is fairly low, especially with inflation) comes in owning their house in full (meaning lots of value in the house to pay off debts), it is my job, my ethical obligation, to warn her that filing bankruptcy will mean she has to pay every single cent of her debts back. That she will be handing over almost half of her pay every month to the bankruptcy court to pay back her creditors. Or else the bankruptcy trustee has the right to sell her house.
And after discussing her situation with the senior attorney, turns out that it’s actually a better option for her to take out a small home equity loan and negotiate for lower debt payoffs for her credit cards and personal loans. It’s a lower interest rate, she gets a lot more leeway before her house is at risk, it’s quicker, and it will preserve her credit score. In every conceivable way it’s a better option for her.
So I call her to discuss that there are other options for her before I sink hours into preparing her case.
This woman freaks the fuck out. She’s convinced the loan will lead to her losing her house. She demands to know why I would even suggest it. She implies I have no clue what I’m doing and am just trying to take advantage (which is… no? I’m telling you that you’d be better off not using our services). I try to calm her down and ask for a few days to put together the numbers to show her what her options will look like. She agrees to a phone call in two days.
Two days later, she sends me a basic email saying she no longer wants to go forward with the bankruptcy. Silly me thinks that means she’s given thought and realized that a 3.5-5% small loan and negotiating payoffs is better than 5 years at 8-18% interest plus attorney fees.
Wrong! She also emails one of the partners and writes a nasty message about me and how “incompetent” I am! Because I suggested a home equity loan! Because I did my ethical duty! And I found this out because I went to add a note to her file about giving her a refund and found a note from the partner about her complaints about me.
And I do not trust the partners to take my side. I did the right thing. I took the right actions. I know I did. And the Senior attorney will back me up! We literally just had a discussion that legal ethics requires that at times we have to advise clients not to file bankruptcy, even if that means we lose their business.
But I cannot believe that the partners will stand behind my actions. I can’t. Not after the last year. Too many times have they assured me that they have my back only to throw me under the bus the moment they actually have to prove it.
A client is rude and combative to me and my paralegal? Makes me deeply uncomfortable and keeps on insisting on coming into the office so he can attempt to railroad me by physical intimidation into doing what he wants instead of the actual correct legal actions? Partners says he understands and that he’s okay if we turn this client away. Then he calls the client, tells them I’m also on the line, and immediately rolls over because the asshole isn’t rude to him. And I have another month of near constant harassment and arguments and passive aggressive insults.
A client gives off creepy vibes? Again insists on coming into the office for every little thing? Has a criminal record for domestic issues and an active criminal case open against him for pedophilia? Oh well. He paid a lot up front so guess I have no choice but to keep representing him. For the next 5 years.
Client starts being threatening and aggressive to our paralegal before we even meet with him? Demands to be seen and threatens to come into our office even though we are booked all afternoon? Gives the former criminal prosecutor senior attorney bad vibes before she’s even seen him? Meet with him anyway! Oh he just lost his job because he threatened his HR? Has been arrested for domestic violence? Just attempted to physically intimidate his now former boss and had the cops called him? That’s fine! We have security concerns? Oh well, they’ll think about it during the partners meeting next month.
I’d like to take the time to learn how to do post filing work or how to file bankruptcies in the neighboring district that I actually live in? Tough. More front end work for a court that’s literally on the other side of the state! And if that doesn’t keep me occupied, they’ll send me front end stuff from the other side of the country!
So I really don’t trust that when I tell them I was doing my ethical obligation and making my client aware that there are better options that they will take my word over hers. I can’t. They’ve shown me that’s not how they think. It’s being a business first, with being a law practice a distant second, and mentoring new attorneys a far away third. Caring for our staff is barely a blip on the horizon for them.
But I know I did the right thing. And if that client wants to go to another firm and pay most of her paycheck to the trustee every month, fine by me. And if they try to lecture me about how I “handled it poorly” and should have just filed it without saying anything, I can’t guarantee I won’t just walk out.
I’ve got contract work. I’ve been approached by headhunters. One literally emailed me this morning. I like this work, but for once I’m not scared to walk away.

Three Part Harmony (14/?)
“Not here,” Rhonda swallowed, still trying to catch her breath. “I don’t think they know you’re here . But the FBI,” she panted, closing the door behind her. “They were at the diner when I got in this morning. They had pictures of you. They knew you were there last Friday.”
Mulder could feel his panic face settle onto his face, and Scully reached out to grip his hand tightly.
“How?” he asked.
“Nobody said anything,” Rhonda clarified. “I don’t know how they knew.”
There was a choking whisper from next to him, and Rhonda’s eyes slid over to his partner.
“What?” he said, looking down at Scully.
“The chip,” she said, trying to find her voice. “They knew because of the chip. It was the last place we were before we took it out.”
Mulder swung his eyes back to the waitress.
“Were you followed?” he asked.
“No,” Rhonda shook her head. “I came the back way. Took me damn near forever. I’m certain. You’re still safe.”
“Do we need to leave?” Scully asked, pulling on his hand to get his attention. “Do we need to move?”
“I-” Mulder began. He could feel sweat break out on his upper lip, and he reached up to wipe it away. Should they leave? The answer was probably yes. But in the last few days Scully was finally turning back into herself, the safety the cabin offered them the most welcome respite. And how could they run anyway, with a baby? “I don’t think so,” he finally said, and watched Scully exhale a relieved breath. “Not yet.”
“Good,” Rhonda said, moving further into the cabin. “Good.” She reached into her pocket and slid a small scrap of paper over the countertop in their direction. Mulder reached forward and took it. It was a business card.
“Skinner,” he said, relieved. “Was he the only one there asking about us?”
Rhonda shook her head. “I think they called in the cavalry.”
“This man,” Mulder said, holding up the card between two fingers. “Were you able to talk to him? To just him?”
Again, Rhonda shook her head. “Turn it over,” she said.
Mulder flipped it so that he could see the back. In Skinner’s scrawling chicken scratch, he saw two words:
“Say nothing,” he read.
XxXxXxXxXxX
Walter Skinner swirled the cold dregs of coffee around the thin paper cup once before knocking the rest of it back and sucking the bitter liquid through his front teeth. He was bone tired, jangly from caffeine, and too big for the creaking conference table chair he sat in. His team was in the back office of a shabby Sheriff’s department on the outskirts of the Teton mountains.
“The way I see it,” Agent Kent was saying, pulling to loosen the tie around his neck, “they’ve moved on. Probably kept heading north.”
“Heading for the border,” said Kolinsky. “They’ve got money now from Scully’s mother. It’s what I’d do.”
Several of the other agents around the table muttered their agreement. The small room they’d taken over was hardly big enough for the six of them, was too hot, and had a repellently warm fug redolent of stale coffee and B.O.
“Is that the consensus?” Skinner asked, reaching up to pull off his glasses so he could rub at his eyes. It would be a relief to get the team out of this town. Something about the way the waitress Rhonda had called out the ‘mug shots’ of Mulder and Scully made him think she knew more than she was letting on. If he could get the task force moved north, away from this town, it might give his friends time to get away.
He heard a few muttered yeses before one firm “No.”
All eyes turned to the man who had said it: a new agent none of them knew, assigned to this task force by the Section Chief himself, on loan apparently, from the Seattle Field office.
“You disagree, Agent Bryson?” Skinner asked, feeling his shoulders tense. The providence of the agent’s assignment was murky, and Skinner had been having enough trouble leading the rest of the team in the search for Mulder and Scully. And all of them were good, earnest people whom he’d vetted himself. When the child from the Van De Kamp farm had been taken and dots had been connected, stern orders came from on high and so had Agent Bryson, who had met the team at the small airport in Jackson Hole the day before.
Skinner’s ability to contain the situation was on the precipice of being untenable. He feared for Mulder, Scully and their child. He’d known that other, darker forces were at work – it’s why he’d sent a warning about the boy to his two erstwhile agents in the first place – but now those forces were knocking on his door. On all their doors.
“I do disagree,” Bryson said, his face blank and hard to read. “They’re still here. They’re in the area.” He spoke with a surety that made something clench behind Skinner’s sternum.
Just then, a knock on the door to the conference room pulled everyone’s attention.
“Come,” Skinner barked.
A local deputy stuck his head through the doorway.
“Sir?” the deputy said.
Skinner was about to ask the young man what he wanted when he noticed that the deputy wasn’t looking at him, but at Agent Bryson.
“Yes?” Bryson said, like he was the one in charge.
“We found an abandoned truck off of a scenic turnout off highway 56. We ran the prints. They belong to your suspects.”
“Any idea how long the truck has been there?” Bryson asked.
“The county emptied the trash can there on Thursday and it wasn’t there then. So it was within the last few days.”
“Thank you, Deputy,” Bryson said, dismissing the man.
Bryson then turned somewhat smugly toward Skinner. “As I said,” the agent went on. “I believe they’re still in the area.”
XxXxXxXxXxX
“So here’s what I think the plan should be,” Rhonda said.
William had just woken up from his nap, groggy and a little crabby, so Scully was walking him around the cabin, pointing things out. The baby was having none of it, and was clingy and morose. Mulder sat on the couch following his partner with his eyes as Rhonda spoke.
“We’re about out of food here. And pretty soon you’ll need more diapers and other supplies. I’ll take a trip into town and get stocked up. This evening. I’ve got shifts all the rest of the week and a damn date with Jerry on Saturday. If they have an eye on the diner, it’s better if I don’t come back here after that. If I go on like my life is normal. I only come out here about once a month, if that. So I’ll resupply you tonight, go back to work tomorrow, and we all lay low for a while. I’ll give you my number if you need anything.”
“If they suspect we’re in touch, they might be bugging your phone.”
“Damn,” Rhonda said, without a solution.
“We’ll have to figure it out,” Mulder went on. “But it’s as good a plan as any.”
Rhonda nodded and turned her eyes to follow his gaze; at William, who was still fretting in Scully’s arms. Rhonda made her way over to the piano and sat, and the baby perked up, following her progress. When the woman lifted the lid off of the keys, William leaned back dramatically and Scully sat him down, watching as he scooted quickly across the floor to pull himself up on the piano bench.
He and Rhonda considered each other quite seriously.
“Chopin, do you think?” Rhonda asked the baby.
William grunted.
“No, you’re right,” she said. “Something new, then. Like you.”
And then she started playing a song Mulder remembered hearing recently on the radio. The baby was instantly delighted.
XxXxXxXxXxXx
Rhonda moved through the aisles of the small grocery store dropping anything she could think the little family might need into the already overflowing cart she pushed in front of her. She had reluctantly taken $500 in cash that Mulder insisted she have, and so help her, she was going to make sure the former agents and their son would want for nothing in the coming weeks.
Produce, canned goods, batteries, ice cream, anything and everything, if she thought it might be useful to them or get them through, she was going to buy it.
When she turned into the aisle that housed the baby and feminine care supplies, she paused, considering briefly whether or not she might need an extra cart. There was still a bit of room in the shelf on the undercarriage of the cart that might be able to take a few large boxes, and so she started loading it up with small packages of tampons and pads in various sizes – she had no idea what Scully might need or use, and wanted her bases covered. When she got to the diapers, she paused. There was no way she could fit anything else in the cart, even if she heaped it precariously on top.
The aisle, housing some of the more expensive items in the market, had a large rounded mirror attached to the ceiling that gave the cashier working the front a view into the aisle – no doubt so that some poor mother couldn’t shove a few canisters of pricey baby formula into her purse or shirt (horrific, thought Rhonda) – and if she hadn’t been scanning her eyes over some of the items on a top shelf, she likely wouldn’t have seen it: Movement, in the mirror. Fairly surreptitious movement at that, as she had thought she was the only one – other than a single cashier and a young kid stocking shelves – in the store.
She turned from where she was standing in front of the diapers toward the end of the aisle. Her heart began to pound, but she was determined to overcome her fear.
“I can see you,” she called out. “There’s no need for the cloak and dagger routine.”
A moment later a man stepped forward, somewhat blocking the aisle’s exit. “Good evening,” he said, a small, cold smile playing about his mouth.
“Special Agent Bryson, was it?” she said, pulling herself up to her full, if inconsequential, height.
“You have a good memory,” the FBI agent said, moving forward to stand in front of her cart. “I find it interesting that you didn’t remember seeing particular patrons that I know were in your diner on Friday.”
Rhonda swallowed, but didn’t dignify his remark with a reply. Unfazed, Agent Bryson slowly ran his eyes over all the items in her cart.
“Lot of groceries for a single woman of fifty-five, don’t you think, Miss Fitzsimmons?”
Rhonda clocked that he knew her age and last name. She shrugged nonchalantly. “I’m throwing a party. Maybe I’ll invite you.”
“I do like parties,” the man said, and Rhonda was so put off by the way his dark eyes bored into hers, that she decided she’d had enough of his games.
“Are you following me?” she asked blatantly, and the agent raised his eyebrows in surprise.
“Is there a reason I should be?”
“No,” Rhonda stated, and pulled her cart back so as to move around him.
He casually stepped in to block her path again, this time turning to look at the display of diapers before them, and then down at her cart.
“My apologies,” he said, taking a step back so that she could pass.
Rhonda wasted no time and pushed past him, maneuvering the now unwieldy cart with difficulty.
“Didn’t you need some of these?” he called out to her as she turned toward the cashier.
She didn’t respond, and started loading the items onto the conveyor belt quickly, her heart pounding, a nervous sweat beading on her face.
Later, as she was loading the bags into her small car, she watched as the FBI agent left the store and got into a dark sedan parked several rows over and several cars up. She watched him as he sat in darkness, not starting the car, not leaving the lot. When she finally returned her cart to the front of the market and made her way back to her Datsun, she saw the bright flare of a lighter flick on in the interior of the car, and then the dull orange glow of a lit cigarette within its murky shadows.

god i hate when the moral nuance podcast has moral nuance, smh
Anyway! Happy magiversary, first of all, I'm drawing some stuff for it :3, and secondly welcome to my ramble for episode 155. There were some words that were good, and some that was rambles. Enjoy.
@a-mag-a-day
BASIRA Hmm. London’s what, 600 square miles? ARCHIVIST 607. BASIRA (Sighs) Whatever.
I like to think that he just knew that without the Ceaseless Watcher. Know it all prick <3.
ARCHIVIST So I guess we’ll want to look out for a pair of homeless serial killers now. I’ll add it to the list.
I love him your honour <3. Like at a certain point you're going to start not taking All Of The Attempted Murders so seriously, and Jon Jarchivist Sims has hit that point about seven times already. He is going through it.
BASIRA I’m trying to convince her to go after them. To, uh… Hunt them. ARCHIVIST Why? BASIRA Because I’m not going to lose her. ARCHIVIST She goes hunting again, you might anyway. BASIRA And if she doesn’t, she might die. ARCHIVIST Something you’re fine with in certain other cases, and something she’s made peace with.
THANK YOU, JON. Bloody hypocrite. Murder's fine, but nightmares? Oh, that's not allowed. And yeah, Jon fucked up, and he hurt a lot of people, but Christ, so did Daisy, and they had the same bloody agency in it. Daisy killed people - people who didn't deserve to die, she's culpable in that, and Basira's not admitting it because it makes her culpable for enabling Daisy. Which she is, she knew Daisy killed people, only saved Jon because he was her friend, said that she should have let Daisy kill people.
ARCHIVIST (Sigh) Statement of Tova McHugh regarding their string of near-death experiences. Original statement given December 3rd, 2002. Audio recording by Jonathan Sims, the Archivist.
(deadpan) Diversity win. The person who killed a bunch of people to extend their life canonically uses they/them pronouns.
And that’s not money from some trust fund. I mean sure my parents loaned me the money to start, but I built my business up from the ground, and we now provide jobs for almost 700 people.
(stares directly into the camera)
I'm not even going to comment on that. "not money from some trust fund" "my parents loaned me the money to start"
Ok, Tova, ok.
Sorry, I’m just… aware of how this story makes me look and I don’t want you to think I’m some selfish monster grinding people up just to extend my own ghoulish life. I’m trying to do good.
I can see the parallels and I do not like it.
If we shove my feelings towards Jon to the side for one moment, I can see the similarities between him and Tova, and how he would see himself in Tova. No matter how I try to spin it, Jon has been hurting people. He's been forcing innocent people - and even if they weren't innocent, it's still fucked - to relieve the worst moments of their life, not only once, but every night, with a new and spooky observer. That's horrifying, that's horrible.
Sure, it's not killing people, and he recognised that what he was doing was wrong, so it's not really on the same level as Tova, I feel, but still, I can understand why he'd see himself in Tova, and I can understand what I think we're meant to see in this.
It's one thing to hear a statement from a victim - an important part in realising that Jon has fucked up, but it's quite another to hear one from someone like him, justifying their awful actions under the guise of doing good. Maybe they (sing.) are doing good, maybe he is, but that does not erase all the people they've (pl.) hurt to get there.
I had to live, I couldn’t die, not then. We were on the verge of closing a deal that would provide fresh water to impoverished communities in a dozen developing countries. Without me, it would fall through.
Mate, killing is not the bloody answer. Sure, they might be doing good in the world, but they don't deserve to live more than anyone, they're killing people - actual living people. That's wrong. Sure, you're allowed to kill to protect your own life, but... it's wrong. They're not doing anything to hurt them, it's wrong. I just think it's wrong.
An old woman, frail and shivering, staring out of the ducks over the water, empty bread bag by her side. If only I could have explained it to her, I’m sure she would have understood. She might even have agreed. But I couldn’t talk to her, and I needed to live.
She needed to live. She deserved to live, everyone deserves to live, and it's wrong to make that choice for someone who you don't even know. It's understandable, what Tova did, but it's their responsibility to not value their life above everyone else's so much that they actually kill someone. That's wrong.
"I needed to live." The old woman was just a person and by saying your ("useful") life is better than someone else's ("useless") life is... bad. It's really bad. Like, uh, yeah content warning for
I thought I’d solved it. If anything else like that happened, I knew what I needed to do.
So, she was going to do it again. Good lord.
This time I sought out a homeless man. Young and strong, though his life was clearly over as he tried to destroy himself through drinking. I followed him into an alley, and his liver gave out, just at the moment the EpiPen was pushed into my leg.
Ah, that homeless initiative, huh. But, of course, their (sing.) life is worth more. /s
God, they (sing.) suck as a person, like what the hell. That's awful, that's horrible.
I do find myself hating them, quite a bit. Good lord.
I made a decision. One I am deeply ashamed of, but I honestly thought it was for the best. I couldn’t keep living like that in the shadow of death, of what I had to do to keep going. One sacrifice, I thought. Just one, from someone with their entire life ahead of them. I took a newborn.
I don't even know what to say. How the fuck are they able to lie to themself so much as to think that killing - what is it now - four people - is good? Is going to "help the world as a whole," god damn them. God damn them.
Like, how do you even do that? Egotistical piece of shit. Believing their life is of so much more value than the people they kill to keep on living.
It was a baby born to poverty, one whose life I thought would bring it pain, and I believed it would be the last I would ever need to do.
Oh, right, classism.
Also like, their language. "One whose life I thought would bring it pain," that's eugenics. That is literally eugenics.
Eventually I realized it had nothing to do with age or health. It was about connection. About joy. The more friends, family, loved ones the person has, the further out the terror of sudden death spreads from me. The longer it keeps me alive.
Fear soup, the fear of death is mixed in with a lot of other things. The Dark, the fear of that oblivion, absence of light, or warmth, of life. The Desolation, in this case, the fear of losing someone to the cruel hands of death or whatever. This is also a desolation statement. Nice hill to die on.
I’m 40 now, and I have taken the life of beloved mothers, respected professionals, pillars of the community. But I have done so much good with my life, I’ve reached further helped more people than they ever could have.
FUCK THEM. I don't even know what to say to that.
I’m not saying how I live is right, or good, but it is the position I have been put in, and a decision I have to make. I never wanted to weigh up the value of a life, to set it on the scales against my own, but that’s a choice that I am forced into. And it is one I will continue to make.
They suck as a person and I want to throw them with a rock.
What is the value of a life? Is it something that can be quantified, put down as numbers, good deeds, bad? And when your life your existence is at the cost of doing harm, what then? I’ve - (laughs) I’ve saved the world, the whole world. Does that give me the right to take what I need to survive?
Great question! I don't know. I don't have an answer? Maybe? No? It's not a definitive yes, I mean... No. No. That's not an option. He's gonna have to die, that's... the only good option, that's not a good option, that's the only option that isn't hurting people that could have been relatively uninvolved.
I don't think anyone should make that decision for you, but you have a responsibility as a person to not kill people for your own gain, that's important.
The needs of the many is greater than the needs of the few only can really work when you're not saving yourself under the guise of helping more people.
If I'm going to be consistent, I'm going to say that no. Jon should stick to old statements, and let himself die when he dies, because he doesn't deserve the trauma of other people. But... I like him a lot, okay.
This relisten is really making me pull away from being a Jon apologist, hate it for that. /hj
I find myself hating her, her callous self-deception. But am I so different? Daisy’s chosen to resist in her own way, knowing full well it might take her life in the end, Melanie too. I respect them for it, but I - I don’t know if I can follow their path. I suppose I have a way out now. One that wouldn’t even kill me, at least, I hope not. And yet here I am still. Am I a coward? I just… what if they need me? What if.
I DONT KNOW STOP PUTTING THESE COMPLEX SITUTIONS WIHT COMPLEX ANSWERS ON ME IM JUST A SILLY LITTLE GUY WHO'S STILL TRYING TO UNLEARN BLACK AND WHITE MORALITY
What would I do? Hell if I know! Probably the same as what Jon did, I'd hurt people, hate myself, hurt people, hate myself in a cycle, and I'm not sure at this moment if I'd do it, if I'd blind myself and possibly die, or not and live as something I hate? I mean, like, it's not even an impossible situation. Maybe he is a coward, maybe I'd be too. But... I don't know. I don't know, I don't know, I just don't know.
This is a situation where for most of the time the way out was dying. This is a situation where there is a way out that'll leave Jon vulnerable, both cause I don't think being newly blind is great for general survivability when things are literally out to get you and because he won't be an avatar anymore, he won't have those abilities that while he hates make him less helpless. Of fucking course he told Gerry he liked that he could compel people, it's some of the only control he's had in this whole situation. This is a situation where the two ways out are death, and maybe death, definitely helpless against the many many things that want him dead.
That's a difficult decision.
MELANIE Thanks for telling me, by the way. It didn’t look like it was easy for you.
WHAT IF I WANTED A JON AND MELANIE FRIENDSHIP? WHAT IF?
MELANIE You won’t need to. I’ve - I’ve made a few arrangements, and… (shaky breath) it’s going to be okay. Honestly. I think it is. I - I can’t be a part of this anymore and if this is the price, then I think I’m okay to pay it.
I'm so happy for her <3
MELANIE (Inhale) It’s - it’s the rest of you I’m worried about. ARCHIVIST We’ll be fine. Always have been. MELANIE (Scoffs lightly) Not always.
THEY COULD HAVE BEEN FRIEND, IN ANOTHER LIFE, IN ANOTHER WORLD, BUT IT'S NOT THAT LIFE AND IT'S NOT THAT WORLD, READ "MAYBE THIS IS IT" BY MMMMPH PLEASE
alexa play sense, sensibility by ajj
what if i wanted them to be ok, what if i wanted it to be okay, what then?
jonny why
ARCHIVIST We’ll miss you. MELANIE (Wryly) Wish I could say the same. ARCHIVIST (Quietly) Yeah.
:(
MELANIE (Deep breath) No. I’ve got this. But if you, um… If you could… In five minutes, I would appreciate it if you could call me an ambulance.
LIKE ITS SO COOL LIKE OK LIKE SHE'S ACTUALLY DOING IT, SHE'S GETTING OUT. she's getting out.
I'm happy for her. I just wish she could get out forever, you know? Live all happy like with her girlfriend, not live through the apocolypse.
Well done Melanie, well done.
Well, um, yeah. That's it really. Shambles.

OMG I WAS THINKING! Ghost sims would make really good holograms …that sound creepy… but anyways especially the blue one. Also what do you think cyberpunk school would look like… sorry I’ve been searching on Pinterest and can’t find anything. Im at a tie with college like sermon with holograms, some where they’re hooked into vr headsets or computers, and just… there is no school. Idk what your thoughts?
(Sending Love … 98% Complete)
I love when people come to my inbox and posit things like this! I have a lot to say, lol.
As a baseline definition, cyberpunk as a genre is a near-future dystopia, defined by the domination of megacorporations, technology and the escalation of class stratification and its ramifications. So, I think there definitely is school and higher education.
Everything below is based heavily on the workings of US school systems.
There is general education through the high school level provided by the district/city but, much like in our own world, the quality of this education is dependent on the wealth of the district. The schools in poorer districts have less funding, and thus less access to technology and different specialties and extracurriculars for study. I imagine that, if you're lucky, there might have been a wealthy benefactor that decided to be generous and fund the operation of the cyberpunk equivalent of a charter school in your district.
The best schools are going to be corporation-owned or private institutions. These are private schools with all of the best amenities and access to the latest technology. Even amongst these schools there's a hierarchy, with the tuition costs reflecting the level of prestige. In Cyberpunk 2077, corporate workers get access to the corporation's healthcare plan; I imagine that getting discounted tuition for your child to the corporation's school is also one of the benefits, thus incentivizing people to join the megacorp machine (like in the US, how a lot of people join the military because they promise to cover the cost of your schooling).
On to higher education. College/university is astronomically expensive (and that's saying a lot considering how expensive it already is *cries in American with student loan debt*). Only the ultra rich, or those with connections can afford it. If you're not in one of the aforementioned categories, the amount of debt you would incur trying to finance education is a life sentence. For reference, there's an ad in Cyberpunk 2077 offering a loan with a 31.1% interest rate (can you imagine!?) and obviously, poorer people with bad or no credit are going to be subjected to the higher rates.
Now, about your ideas on the different manifestations of school, my answer is 'all of the above'! Dictated by funding, a school/business probably employs a mix of all of those methods. Imagine a guest lecturer joining via holo (in-person/physical classes probably cost more), or a netrunning class where they get to experience the net without the risk via a VR simulation. This applies not only to traditional academia, but other skill classes as well (martial arts, pottery, aerial silks, you name it!); just like in our reality, you can take singular classes in whatever you want, for a price.
As a result of everything previously mentioned, I think the majority of people in a cyberpunk reality make it through basic schooling and then engage in nontraditional/nonstandard methods of education. I imagine that some people may find someone who can train them in their desired trade/skill, and a lot of the hackers/netrunners, techies etc. are self-taught. In this vein, just like currently in our world we have access to lots of tutorials via youtube and websites like skillshare etc., the popularity of this has probably only grown and I imagine that training braindances/simulations are commonplace, both in and out of the workplace.
The one time I did a hologram (of a person) I just used a regular sim and edited them in post to get that holo effect. I haven't messed around much with ghost sims; I'm curious about how the ghost sim form would interact with lighting and such. Maybe next time I do a hologram I'll try it and see if I like it. It might save some time if all I have to add are the scanlines, lol.

Grawl Shank'shaw (Helluva Boss OC)
1 - This guy is semi-powerful with his group and even by himself, but killable through plotting, progression, but generally is reserved to be permanently killed when your character wants their position or can simply demote them. As you can instead while answering to Stella can take him as your own minion as a reward.
2 - If replacing him in his position for his CEO's Enforcer? You can't shut things down or interfere with the efficiency of the debt collectors/lawyers, but you could make it ethically run for debtors, for example. If your character is intimate or close to Stella as family or otherwise? You can see fit to change things IC with interactions with Grawl Shank'shaw by throwing your weight around after discussing it with me. As Stella would allow aid since she's rather busy/her responsibilities stack rather high, and then the rest goes to her own alone time/recreational time. So things often have to be run by her minions and how they see fit, so long as they get the job done. Grawl is probably the 'nicest' of her minions and a family shark, but he's still a demon.
3 - YOU CAN become the CEO of his company and demote his CEO to a desk job if you want Grawl to retain his old job still. It'd involve Stella but that's kind of the point.
Tumblr media
Faceclaim: King Shark from the Show Harley Quinn with my lil green eye edit. Fairly works, but if you want the faceclaim, give me a DM and I'll link it if you want it for an OC or something. I can teach you how to do the eye effect if you want, it's pretty simple opacity settings and a layer or two depending how much is needed.
Do I want them to die: Sure, even if he has a family. Will I have/get icons: I have near 100. Tag: cold sharked - cold sharked 'insert rper's character last and first initials here then a single digit number. Age: A few centuries old, he's bit of a younger upstart Hellborn. Sex: Demonic. Gender: Any pronouns. Race: Greed and Gluttony Shark Demon, Sub-Facet Pride. Sexuality: If he likes you, but he IS married, though he might be more willing if his partner is involved. Personality traits: Kind for a demon. Civil. Calm, but can get rather angry to hype himself up. Polite. Tends to be helpful and kind of a yes-man to his superiors, but doesn't go out of his way to be this way. Isn't above betraying his clients if they start going against his interests, such as pleading insanity for them etc. Usually patient enough to not have it come to this though. I could see him in a settlement between Verosika and Blitz though, might be funny or something like that. Gives discounts to Sinner Demons and Hellborn that are 'fresh' on the block for legal counsel, advice, and to direct people to proper housing and jobs. Dislikes violence, but will use it without hesitation if need be. Loves food. Loves money. Likes art, watching movies and human culture things. Enjoys memes. He's a bit more on the humanized side being a younger demon at the moment, tends to enjoy human things and luxuries to indulge in even if he doesn't get it always. Follows and carries out his civil duties when going after a writ of debt for whatever outstanding is owed, tends to try to provide a way out if they can't pay. But if they refuse? He and his Shark Demon Debtors will no doubt teach them a lesson, whether or not if he threads the needle to have them sent to the cannery. Is solely based on how much debt someone is in. Will provide loans and legal counsel, payment plans to make them on time based on the person's income. Dependable, trustworthy. Caring for those closest to him. Likes baking and cooking. Is rather relaxed even under abusive work environments even if he isn't fond of it. Mental traits: A Hellborn, but a rather young one so he's more influenceable by human culture. Though nothing has manifested from humanity to him just yet in terms of accents or otherwise. Physical traits: He's around 12'0 and rather wide. Often wears a suit even when carrying out a writ. Powers: Gluttony: Extreme Durability: he could take some pretty heavy shots and keep fighting. Granted, a few shots of the force of a building being thrown at him and he'd be down for the count. Greater Strength: he could throw a car at someone. Eat Anything: he can eat literally anything that's not angelic and be fine. Acid Jaws: his spit can melt through most mineral materials. Greed: Gold/Currency Regeneration: he can regenerate moderately if eating currency of any kind. Innate Diplomacy: as a greed demon and lawyer, he's rather persuasive in an academic and logical sense. Cash in the Water: any debt that's owed to the contract he's given to fill out the writ? He can sniff out and track the person who signed it.
Pride: He's greatly resistant to mind-effects, whether by powers or traumatic. Weaponry: He often uses automatic guns and grenades if need be. Then a net gun and other non-lethal weaponry if sending someone to the cannery. Squad: He never fights alone, he usually has a group of debt collector loan sharks with him when he collects on a debt, or even out and about. Demonic Shark Traits: Can breathe and swim rapidly underwater. Has some amount of blood sense, albeit only to that of an animal rather than supernatural. Motivations: To provide for his family. To meet his own ambitions in Hell and rise up in the ranks. Backstory:
Grawl Shank'shaw started like many other Shark demons within the Greed Ring, he rose to the challenge and his innate strength, however, also academically unexpectedly from his parents. And was often not only a fighter, but a scholar in terms of law in Hell later in his schooling. Often noted for his determination and resilience under pressure, but also due to the fact that he had already started a family, his partner and children being one of his main drives other than his own passion now in what pushed him forward to succeed. His capability earned him a place not only as raw muscle, but someone who can lead in the stead of someone else, then his subservience to his supervisor and so on when first starting out as a Loan Shark? Earned him a place in life after getting combat trained, eventually rising above even him, working his way up the ranks to answer to a bigshot CEO directly, then the Goetia she served.
So while it did help him in life immensely? The cost of safety could backfire on him and his family, should he fail too often.

Dreality-Best value real estate Service Company in Noida
Reality
When it comes to determining the "best value" in real estate services and home loan providers, it can vary depending on individual needs and preferences. However, I can provide you with some general information on finding the best options in these areas.
Best Value Real Estate Services:
Research and compare: Take the time to research different real estate agencies or agents in your area. Look for their track record, customer reviews, and the range of services they offer. Compare their fees and commission rates to ensure they provide good value for their services.
Local expertise: Choose a real estate agent or agency with strong knowledge and experience in the specific area where you are looking to buy or sell a property. Local experts can provide valuable insights into market trends, pricing, and potential investment opportunities.
Transparent communication: Look for real estate professionals who communicate clearly and honestly. They should be responsive to your queries and provide regular updates on the progress of your transaction. Transparency in pricing and fees is also important.
Negotiation skills: A good real estate agent should have strong negotiation skills to help you secure the best possible deal. This includes not only negotiating the purchase or sale price but also other aspects like repairs, contingencies, and closing costs.
Best Home Loan Providers:
Interest rates and terms: Compare the interest rates, loan terms, and repayment options offered by different lenders. Look for lenders that provide competitive rates and flexible terms that suit your financial situation.
Loan options: Consider lenders that offer a variety of loan programs to meet your specific needs. This could include fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA loans, VA loans, or other specialized loan options.
Fees and closing costs: Evaluate the fees and closing costs associated with obtaining a loan from different providers. Some lenders may have lower origination fees, processing fees, or closing costs, which can save you money in the long run.
Customer service: Look for a lender that provides excellent customer service and is responsive to your needs throughout the loan application and approval process. A reliable lender should be available to answer your questions and guide you through the process.
Reputation and reviews: Check online reviews and ratings of different lenders to gauge their reputation and customer satisfaction levels. Look for lenders with positive feedback and a strong reputation in the industry.
Remember, these are general guidelines, and it's essential to conduct thorough research and consider your specific requirements when choosing the best value real estate services and home loan provider for your needs.

School Plot for Sale in Delhi NCR - An Investment Opportunity
A school plot for sale NCR may be a wise choice if you're seeking an educational investment opportunity. The Delhi NCR, or National Capital Region, comprises the capital city of Delhi and several adjacent districts in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana. This area is a center for business and industry, and because of its quick population growth, there is a great need for high-quality education. So, investing in a school site may be worthwhile in the long term.
Purchasing a school land in Delhi NCR might be a wise investment for the following reasons:
Increasing demand for education: As Delhi NCR's population grows, so does the need for high-quality education. The parents in this area are willing to spend a sizeable sum on their schools for sale near me. They favor institutions with cutting-edge facilities, experienced faculty, and comprehensive developmental plans. Investing in a school plot may meet this demand and give the pupils an excellent education.
High returns on investment: As property values in Delhi NCR continue to rise, purchasing a school land may be a wise long-term investment. More pupils may be drawn to a well-built school facility with contemporary amenities, which may boost earnings. Also, if you want to sell the property in the future, the increase in land value will likely result in a sizable profit.
Tax advantages: Investing in a school plot can give investors many tax advantages. The interest paid on loan obtained to buy the property and the depreciation of the structure and other assets is deductible expenses. Also, the tax liability might be decreased by taxing the rental income from the property at a lower rate than the ordinary income.
Social impact: Investment in education has a social impact and financial benefits. You may aid in advancing society and the nation by offering pupils a high-quality education. A school can also serve as a community hub, providing locals with employment possibilities and supporting social and cultural events.
The following suggestions will help you select a top-notch window installation service:
Location: The school plot's background is essential to its success. Look for a simple property for students and their parents to access, has adequate neighborhood connectivity and is situated in a secure region. Also, as it may impact the rules and permits needed for building, determine whether the plot is in a residential or commercial zone.
Size and shape: The type and size of the school building that can be built on the plot will depend on its size and shape. Verify that the property has enough space for playgrounds, parking, and other amenities. Check for any liens or legal challenges on the plot that prevent you from building on it or using it for other purposes.
Financial analysis: Create a thorough economic study of the venture, considering all associated costs, such as those related to staffing, infrastructure, and land purchase. Estimate the revenue and expenses, including depreciation, maintenance, and operational costs, to determine the break-even point and the return on investment.
Conclusion: If you do your homework, evaluate the market, and make wise financial choices, a school for lease near me can be a rewarding endeavor. A well-planned and well-managed school can provide enormous social and economic benefits to investors and the community because of the rising demand for high-quality education, supportive governmental policies, and high returns on investment.
