Digital B2B Platforms Are Revolutionising Construction Industry | Zarea Limited
Tumblr media
Introduction – Digital B2B Platforms:
The emergence of digital B2B platforms is causing a significant shift in Pakistan’s building sector. By filling important gaps in supplier communication, logistics, and procurement, these platforms are speeding up, improving transparency, and greatly increasing the efficiency of the building supply chain. The importance of technology in facilitating more intelligent building solutions is more important than ever as the need for housing, infrastructure, and urban growth increases.
The Rise of B2B Platforms in Pakistan:
The construction industry in Pakistan has always relied on manual procurement, disjointed supply networks, and erratic vendor communication. However, by providing centralised markets where suppliers and buyers can easily communicate, compare pricing, and make data-driven decisions, digital B2B platforms are upending this antiquated paradigm.
Prominent platforms such as Zarea, Tajir, and Bazaar are providing value-added services including credit facilities, real-time inventory management, and logistical assistance in addition to expediting the purchase process. Both big and small construction businesses are benefiting from this change in terms of cost optimisation and project delivery schedules.
Key Benefits of B2B Platforms in the Construction Sector:
Effective Procurement Process:
The ability to acquire building materials online with real-time pricing visibility is one of the most revolutionary aspects of B2B platforms. Contractors can now place orders digitally for anything from cement, steel, and bricks to chemicals and finishing supplies, cutting down on delays and doing away with middlemen.
Increased Price Transparency:
Construction companies can quickly compare costs, bargain for better terms, and select suppliers based on customer ratings, delivery time, and product quality when several vendors disclose their prices on a single platform.
Access to a Greater Supplier Network:
Thanks to digital platforms, buyers may now reach thousands of suppliers throughout Pakistan, reaching areas that were previously inaccessible because of logistical or geographic constraints.
Financing and Credit Solutions:
Deferred payment plans and trade credit facilities are now available on a large number of B2B platforms in Pakistan. Small and medium-sized contractors, who frequently have cash flow problems during project execution, can especially benefit from this.
Making Decisions Based on Data:
B2B users may evaluate their purchasing trends, budget performance, and supplier efficiency over time using integrated analytics and purchase monitoring tools, which can result in more intelligent business plans.
Effect on Important Stakeholders:
Providers
Without investing in a sizable sales team, B2B platforms provide material producers and distributors with a scalable means of expanding their customer base, streamlining processes, and increasing profits.
Builders and contractors
Centralised procurement, quicker delivery, and improved pricing negotiation help contractors and eventually lower construction costs and delays.
Project Owners
End-clients benefit from increased responsibility, faster turnaround times, and more transparency.
Zarea – Pakistan’s First B2B Marketplace:
Zarea, the biggest B2B commodities platform in Pakistan devoted to building materials, is one of the pioneers. We links hundreds of suppliers with builders, developers, and retailers throughout the country in an effort to modernise and digitise the building supply chain. On a single platform, it provides a comprehensive inventory of building necessities, clear pricing, dependable logistics, and strong backend support.
For those looking for dependable, high-performing solar energy solutions, Premier Energy solar panel price in Pakistan are an excellent option. These panels provide the efficiency, robustness, and environmental advantages required to power the future, whether for off-grid, commercial, industrial, or residential applications.
Zarea is spearheading a much-needed digital transformation in Pakistan’s construction industry by enabling trading between reliable partners.
Obstacles and the Path Forward:
Notwithstanding their advantages, B2B platforms in the construction sector continue to confront obstacles such as disparities in digital literacy, reluctance to adapt, and uneven quality standards. Nevertheless, these challenges are progressively being addressed as internet usage rises and digital trust grows. There are amazing opportunities ahead. The way construction companies function in Pakistan is anticipated to be substantially improved by integration with AI, blockchain for smart contracts, and IoT for supply chain monitoring.
Final Thoughts:
More than just a technical development, the rise of B2B platforms signifies a fundamental change in the way Pakistan’s construction sector does business. In addition to transforming operations, these platforms are laying the groundwork for long-term, technologically enabled development by facilitating quicker procurement, improved cost management, and expanded supplier access.
Adopting digital solutions is now necessary to remain competitive in a changing industry, as platforms like Zarea continue to spearhead this shift.

List of Best Artificial Intelligence Companies in Pakistan
In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a hot topic all around the globe. From smartphones to smart homes, AI is making life easier and faster. In Pakistan, many companies have stepped up to offer AI services that can truly change the game. If someone is looking for top-notch artificial intelligence companies in Pakistan, this blog is just the right place.
To make things simpler, we have listed the most reliable AI firms that are helping businesses grow with smart technology. First on our list is Glaxit, a leading name in the tech industry.
1. Glaxit: A Rising Star in AI Innovation
Glaxit is one of the fastest-growing artificial intelligence companies in Pakistan. It provides powerful AI solutions that help companies work better and smarter. If a business wants to automate its tasks or get deep insights from data, Glaxit could offer the perfect solution.
Glaxit’s expert team uses modern AI techniques like natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and predictive analytics. For example, one of their clients used their chatbot service to handle 24/7 customer support. As a result, customer complaints decreased by 45% in just three months. Glaxit also offers data-driven marketing tools. If companies had used these earlier, they might have improved their performance by up to 60%. That’s how strong their AI products can be!
2. Systems Limited: The Tech Giant
Systems Limited is a well-known name in the Pakistani tech world. It has been offering software solutions for over four decades. With the rise of AI, Systems Limited didn’t sit back. It stepped into the AI space with full force.
They provide services such as data mining, image recognition, and language translation tools. Their AI tools are helping banks, hospitals, and e-commerce platforms. For instance, their AI model helped a hospital reduce patient waiting time by 30%. Isn’t that impressive? Had they not invested in AI earlier, they might have fallen behind in the global tech race.
3. 10Pearls: Blending Innovation with Impact
10Pearls is another big player among artificial intelligence companies in Pakistan. Their work is not just limited to AI; they also deal with product development and digital transformation. Their AI tools are being used in industries like healthcare, finance, and education. One of their education-based AI systems helps students learn at their own pace. It tracks their performance and offers tips to improve.
If students use this tool regularly, they can become more confident in less time. It’s like having a virtual tutor who never gets tired!
4. Fxis.ai: Experts in AI & Data Science

They offer services such as data analytics, AI-powered automation, computer vision, and predictive modeling. 5. Ahex Technologies:
Ahex Technologies is another name that stands tall in the Pakistani AI landscape. They provide end-to-end AI solutions, including natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation engines.
Ahex is known for working closely with clients to build custom solutions. Suppose a logistics company wants to track vehicle performance and delivery timings. 7. UrApptech: Simplifying AI for Everyone
UrApptech is on a mission to make AI easy and accessible for all types of businesses. As one of the rising artificial intelligence companies in Pakistan, they offer AI and automation services tailored to startups and small businesses.
One great example: UrApptech developed an AI-based recommendation engine for a local e-commerce platform. The tool analyzed customer behavior and increased product views by 70% in just two months.

Why AI Companies in Pakistan Are Worth Watching
You might be thinking: “Is Pakistan really doing great in AI?” The answer is yes. Pakistan’s IT sector has grown by 47.44% over the past five years, according to the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). Moreover, the country has over 25,000 registered IT companies, and many of them now offer AI solutions. With young talent, affordable services, and a passion for growth, Pakistan is becoming a key player in the global AI race.
How to Choose the Right AI Company
Before choosing an AI company, you should ask yourself:
What kind of AI service do I need?
Is the company experienced in my industry?
Can they deliver the project on time?
If you keep these things in mind, you will likely find a company that suits your goals. Also, always check reviews, previous projects, and customer feedback. That will help you make a smart choice.
Final Thoughts
Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a futuristic idea, it’s a present-day reality. It’s already changing the way we live and work. From smart assistants in our phones to intelligent systems in hospitals, AI is everywhere. When it comes to artificial intelligence companies in Pakistan, you now have a clear list to consider. Companies like Glaxit, Systems Limited, and 10Pearls are offering smart solutions that can take your business to the next level. 🇷🇺 Moscow Fashion Week turns to Russia’s far-flung regions. The biannual showcase founded in 2022 by local firm Fashion Foundation took place this season from March 13 to 18 in the Russian capital. The runway featured a diverse group of designers hailing not only from Moscow (Rogov, Lurvin, Vereja) but also brands based in regional cities across the vast country such as Volgograd (Alena Musaeva), Yekaterinburg (Capparel), Ivanovo (Novikova Dsgn), Omsk (AP Design), and Ulan-Ude (Abzaeva). A wholesale and retail market showcased brands from Siberian locations like Tyumen and Primorsky Krai, as well as from ethnic minority republics including Dagestan, Buryatia, Komi, Sakha-Yakutia and Tatarstan. Largely isolated from their counterparts in Western Europe and North America since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Moscow industry events have found inventive ways to create new business opportunities for local designers despite major constraints including western sanctions. Last year, MFW organisers formed the BRICS International Fashion Federation after securing bilateral relationships with industry platforms in non-aligned countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Eurasian Economic Union countries. [BoF Inbox]🇮🇳 Indian designers’ fashion show during Ramadan sparks court case. A Srinagar court in the Kashmir region has issued a notice to the designers behind Shivan & Narresh and other parties linked to a show that caused outrage in some quarters, alleging that the defendants are guilty of obscenity, public alcohol consumption and disrespecting cultural and religious sentiment. The show at Gulmarg Ski Resort in Muslim-majority Kashmir, a contested region claimed by India and Pakistan (and in small part by China) but only partially controlled by each country, presented skiwear collections that included some revealing swimwear items during the Islamic holy month. Designers Shivan Bhatiya and Narresh Kukreja, who are Hindu, issued a public apology. A court hearing on April 8 will determine the next legal steps in the case. [BBC, Times of India]🇨🇳 Puma forecasts slow year of growth amid US-China trade tensions. The German sportswear brand expects currency-adjusted sales to grow in the low- to mid-single-digit range, it said in a statement last Tuesday. Revenue is expected to grow about 8 percent this year, according to the average estimate compiled by Bloomberg. “Puma’s weak 1Q and 2025 trails consensus and suggests spending and cost uncertainty due to economic and trade tensions in the US and China,” Bloomberg Intelligence analysts Poonam Goyal and Sydney Goodman wrote in a research note. [BoF]🇰🇷 Prada drops South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun amid dating scandal. A representative from the local office of the Italian luxury brand confirmed that the decision to terminate its advertising contract with the star was made at headquarters level due to the gravity of the issue. The actor who gained popularity in his home country and China over his role in hit Korean drama series like “My Love from the Star” has been accused of dating Kim Sae-ron (who was found dead in February at her home in an apparent suicide) when she was underage, according to a video expose, citing testimonies from the actress' relatives. French performance wear brand Eider and Korean cosmetic brand Dinto have also reportedly severed ties with the actor. [Korea Times, Reuters]🇨🇳 Chinese textile trade group appeals to US retailers for fair treatment. The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles (CCCT) has urged US retailers to address trade issues in what state news agency Xinhua calls a “fair and reasonable” manner. “We hope companies from both countries can resolve shared concerns through friendly consultations and mutually beneficial solutions…while avoiding using market dominance unilaterally to disrupt supply chain stability,” said the chamber. The move follows reports that US retailers were pressing Chinese suppliers to cut prices following Trump’s tariff hike on China. [Xinhua]🇮🇳 Indian fashion e-tailer Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop parent raises $40 million. Mumbai-based Purple Style Labs has secured the funding in a Series E round led by SageOne Flagship Growth OE Fund, Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund, Bajaj Holdings & Investment and Minerva Ventures Fund, with participation from S Four Capital, Sopariwala Exports and several family offices. “Post acquiring Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop in 2018, we have scaled it over a hundred times in less than seven years…This capital infusion will [further] fuel our aggressive expansion plans both domestically and internationally,” said Purple Style Labs founder Abhishek ‘Monty’ Agarwal. [Economic Times]🇨🇳 Mango is adapting to US tariffs on Chinese imports, CEO says. The Spanish fashion retailer does not plan to raise prices to offset the impact of tariffs, even though that could dent its margins, said company CEO Toni Ruiz, adding that Mango could also rethink the types of products it sells in the US, which is its fifth-largest market, by pivoting to higher-priced items with a greater profit margin to absorb extra costs. Around 30 percent of Mango’s products sold in the US are made in China, its biggest manufacturing hub globally (followed by Turkey and India in second and third place). [BoF]🇧🇷 Management clash at Brazilian group Azzas 2154 following merger. Less than a year after finalising the merger between Arezzo and Grupo Soma, the executives behind the companies that formed the new conglomerate, Alexandre Birman and Roberto Jatahy, are reportedly negotiating a separation of operations due to protracted tensions between the two men, according to sources at Valor. Both parties are said to have engaged financial and legal advisors to explore possible solutions to the impasse. [Valor International]🇨🇳 Walmart faces heat from Beijing after demand for price cuts. Chinese authorities summoned executives of the American retail giant last Tuesday over reports Walmart asked suppliers to bear rising costs incurred by increased US tariffs. China’s ministry of commerce has met with the US retailer, according to a post by Yuyuantantian, a Weibo account affiliated with state-run China Central Television. The post said such demands risk fracturing global supply chains and hurting the interests of both US and Chinese companies and of American consumers. KARL MAYER: Innovations for warp preparation at the cutting edge
Tumblr media
https://textilesouthasia.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/ezgif.com-webp-to-jpg-converter.jpg
The Vice President Sales & Marketing at KARL MAYER’s Warp Preparation Business Unit and his team negotiated numerous projects and discussed upcoming investments in the course of the trade fair. Many manufacturers want to expand or modernise and are gathering information, but are waiting for a recovery in global demand, according to Dieter Gager’s assessment. When the market picks up, they will benefit from their knowledge of the innovations presented at the trade fair.
One of the highlights was the WARPDIRECT, a latest-generation warping machine with an excellent price-performance ratio. The possible warping speed is an unbeatable 1,200 m/min. The quality of the beams produced is also unrivalled. Thanks to the high level of quality, yarn waste can be saved during the sizing process and the efficiency of the downstream weaving process can be maximised. Other advantages include high operational reliability and less maintenance work. With this performance, the WARPDIRECT attracted the attention of trade fair visitors from Pakistan, Bangladesh and other countries neighbouring China. Visitors were also interested in two innovative solutions for sizing with advantages when using the PROSIZE.
The brand new CASCADE system reduces steam consumption by up to 7% thanks to intelligent steam recycling within the machine. This enables significant savings in energy costs and CO2 equivalents over the entire utilisation cycle of the machine and not as a one-off effect.
The second innovation in the group of novelties relating to sizing is the Smart Size Box. This sophisticated technology uses sensors and digital solutions to monitor the condition of wear components, making a valuable contribution to predictive maintenance. The customer can plan interruptions due to maintenance work in advance, avoid uncalculated downtimes and fully utilise the performance potential of the PROSIZE.
The highly efficient sizing machine operates at a speed of 160 m/min, with 200 m/min possible as an option. With a yarn cover factor of up to 100 % – 20 % more than conventional systems – a high sizing quality is achieved and the range of applications is extended.
The feedback at the trade fair on the Size Box with the big plus in customer benefits was encouraging. “By focusing our development activities on maximum machine availability and digital solutions, we have hit the nerve of the times,” says Dieter Gager.
To ensure high machine availability, a combined Care X-Tend and Connectivity package was also presented at the trade fair. Among other things, the package provides easy access to fast remote assistance. Unlike conventional teleservice support, images and large amounts of data can now be exchanged easily and securely, minimizing interruptions to operations.
