A Mortician's Tale
by Laundry Bear Games
Big ol' Content Warning: Death, Suicide, Bodies, Funerals
Genre: Visual Novel
Pitch: Step into the shoes of a mortician in a story-driven, "death positive" job simulator about preparing the deceased for funerals.
My expectations: I've played a good chunk of this, and I did not care for it. That was only a few months ago, and I'd be surprised if my opinion changes this time, but you never know. I'm going in with a fresh save and an open mind.
Review:
Charlie, fresh out of school, has taken a job at a mom ‘n’ pop funeral home. What does a mortician do all day? Read e-mail, mostly.
There’s e-mail from friends, e-mail from family, e-mail from co-workers, e-mail from families of the deceased, and e-mail from a funeral etiquette mailing list. It’s a fine way to present a scattershot of perspectives on death, bodies, and business. It’s also about as engaging as reading e-mail.
In the rare moments Charlie can steal away from the computer, she prepares bodies. Cremation is quick and easy—remove jewelry and pacemakers, slide the body in the machine, grind down any stubborn bones, and pop a lid on the urn.
Preserving a body is a repetitive series of Trauma Center minigames. Clean this, cut that, in with the embalming fluid, out with any leftover juices. It’s presented matter-of-factly, the natural conclusion of life, but…everything about funerals is made up. Humans are absurd.
Go out to the ceremony. Pay respects, like it’s Call of Duty. Do it again. A Mortician’s Tale is a sufficient educational tool. It’s an eye-opening peek into the business of death. Its value depends entirely on how much you want that peek.
+ Asks and (when appropriate) answers good questions about how bodies are treated after death. + Succinct. Makes its point and completes its narrative arc in about an hour. + Doesn't shy away from differing viewpoints and difficult subjects, while keeping its upsetting imagery as tasteful as possible. (It is a little silly that they're so blunt about cutting people open, gluing eyes shut, and filling mouths with cotton balls while also keeping all the action above above the waist and covering women's chests with towels, but this is an overview of the process; not a training guide. Modesty and taste were the right choice.) + Simple mouse controls. Clear, linear tasks. No video game skills necessary.
– Surely paragraphs of e-mail text aren't the only way to convey exposition and information. – In a game meant to engender empathy and understanding, I'm not sure the process of preparing bodies should be this fast, easy, and repetitive. Charlie never interacts directly interacts with another person, except when eavesdropping on grieving families at funeral receptions. – Text overlaps other text and spills out of speech bubbles. – Big plot spoiler: The funeral home is in financial trouble from the start, unable to compete with corporate funeral interests. A big corporation buys the place and makes it terrible. I dig the anti-corporate message and the blunt reminders that business will try to screw you in times of grief, but the resolution is so goofy. Charlie, on her first job, where she's not always paid because the place isn't making any money, quits her job after only a few months and starts her own funeral home, and it's awesome, and everyone loves it. I don't know much about burying people, but I'm pretty sure it's not like finding a couple friends and starting an indie game studio.

The Ultimate Guide to Cold Calling in the German Market
Reaching your target audience and increasing your sales in today's competitive market can be a daunting task. One highly effective strategy that remains evergreen is cold calling. We will guide you into the intricacies of cold calls in the German market, focusing on doing so from the United States. So, if you want to set up a business in the Dach market, this blog will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the German-speaking market and outperform the competition.
Understanding the German Market
Before we dive into the art of cold calling, it's essential to understand the German market's unique characteristics. Germany is not only the economic powerhouse of Europe but also a nation that values precision, efficiency, and professionalism. To succeed in this market, you must tailor your approach accordingly.
German-Speaking Cold Calls
The foundation of a successful cold-calling campaign in the German market is mastering the art of making German-speaking cold calls. It is a skill that requires a deep understanding of language, culture, and business etiquette. Ensure that your call agents are proficient in the German language and can converse fluently, avoiding any misunderstandings or miscommunications.
The Cold Calling Process
Now, let's break down the cold calling process for targeting the German market effectively.
Preparing for the Call
Research is Key: Before making that call, conduct thorough research on your prospect. Understand the business, industry, pain points, and needs. It will help you tailor your pitch accordingly and make a compelling case.
Craft a Powerful Script: Develop a script that combines a friendly and professional tone. It should be concise, addressing the prospect's specific needs and highlighting the unique value your product or service brings.
Making the Call
Personalize Your Approach: When the cold calls in the German market begin, address the prospect by their name and introduce yourself professionally. A warm and personalized approach can make a significant difference.
Highlight Value: Quickly get to the point by explaining the value you bring. Emphasize how your offering can solve their problems or fulfil their needs. Be concise and convincing.
Overcome Objections: Be prepared to handle objections effectively. German clients are known for being direct and thorough in their inquiries. Address their concerns with confidence and provide relevant information.
Post-Call Follow-up
Send Relevant Material: After the call, e-mail follow-up material that reinforces the value proposition and provides additional information. It helps keep the prospect engaged and informed.
Persistence is Key: Don't be discouraged by initial rejections. The German market appreciates perseverance and dedication. Follow up with your leads diligently.
Legal Considerations
When conducting cold calling for Germany in the USA, it's essential to know the legal regulations governing telemarketing and cold calling in both countries. Always comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in Germany.
Measuring Success
The success of your cold-calling efforts can be tracked through various key performance indicators (KPIs):
Conversion Rate: Measure how many prospects convert into customers.
Response Rate: Track the number of prospects who respond to your initial outreach.
Sales Growth: Monitor your sales growth in the German market over time.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from your German customers to continually improve your approach.
Conclusion
In the competitive sales world, mastering cold calls in the German market can be a game-changer. With the right strategy, cultural understanding, and persistence, you can excel in this unique business environment. While the process may appear protracted, most of you are willing to receive business leads from Dach despite not speaking German. We have requested the local police station to track it down for punishment without any leniency or agreement. We will continue to implement the existing blacklist system and legal measures to respond to infringement of artists’ privacy, and those who violate it will be excluded from all fan participation and activities without prior notice. i m p l i c i t ⏤katsuki b.
p a i r i n g : bakugou x f.reader
s u m m a r y : ever since you were young, you were forced to meet with the person dubbed as your finance, Katsuki Bakugou, a Baron’s son who had quite the temper but peaks your interest in every way possible
l e n g t h : 1.9k
g e n r e : olden days au ; fantasy au ; arranged marriage au ; Bakugou is a tsundere ; and we love him for it ; reader is an amazing bean that can keep up with him ; kirishima is your brother ; best brother ever ; rumours are toxic ; never base your opinions on someone solely on rumours ; you attract a stalker ; it’s not your fault ; he just as a twisted yandere mind ; Katsuki is your hero ; he makes your heart flutter ; and he makes your knees weak ; i really want someone to protect me and say what he said at the end of this
w a r n i n g s : swearing from our lovable explosion murder king ; acts of stalker/yandere ; sword fighting
a / n : i didn’t plan on posting this but mother nature decided to pay me a visit today so i basically lazed around in my bed groaning in pain and half starving bc it was too painful to get out at times for food. instead i started writing this imagine again that i had began months ago. this is inspired by Ranma 1/2, which is an anime that i loved watching when i was much younger, it’s not well edited because i’m kinda dizzy rn but i hope you enjoy it!
— first of all, before either you or Katsuki were born, the arrangement for your marriage to each other was already settled by your parents, hence why you were immediately introduced when you were children
— neither of you knew what marriage or engagement meant but you both associated it with seeing each other
— it wasn’t something Katsuki liked but you didn’t quite mind it, he always gave you really interesting reactions that you quickly came to like
— as the two of you grew up together, you always tried your best to get close to him but Katsuki was adamant at pushing you away and keeping you at arms length at all times
— despite all that, you wanted to catch his attention, which meant that you took interest in all the things that he found interesting too. that included: sword fighting, horse riding, duelling ; spicy foods ; battle tactics ; magic etc
— Katsuki always tried to ignore you but secretly appreciated how skilled you had become over the years. you were still nothing compared to him but you were able to battle against a majority of qualified knights and still be the last one standing
— he only scoffed at you because your talents were wasted; you’re too kindhearted to ever use your honed skills properly - it irritates him that other women push you to conform to etiquette, tea parties and high society when you were better than that
— you’re better than shallow conversations about the latest fashion, or the art of sipping tea, calligraphy and painting because he knows how much you train and how much effort you put into your education outside of such insignificant things
— Katsuki knows that you can handle yourself better than any other nobleman he knows of, he’s seen you help your father with his business and vigorously train with your dukedom’s knights
— what’s the point of all that effort if you weren’t going to show anything for it?
— because of that Katsuki always acted like he hated having you as his fiancée despite your optimism about him, as well as your patience and understanding of his unique way of expressing himself
— because the two of you are forced to spend a lot of time together by your parents, you’ve has been able to understand Katsuki and his mannerisms better than anyone else as your mother has always taught you to be openminded - she’s never been like the other noble ladies of society, hence why your father married her
— now, you were following in her footsteps. there’s been much gossip about your unladylike behaviour but you didn’t care, all you needed were your parents’ love and the love of Katsuki. he still needed some more time to come around but you’re positive you’ll get to him soon enough
— you’re positive there’s a different gleam in his eyes whenever he looks towards you now. it had always been one of hatred when you were much younger but his expressions frequently soften around you nowadays.
— no matter how subtle it may be, you always notice
— many rumours circulated about you the first time you had shown your skills openly amongst the knighthood. it had first started with your knights who praised you highly but, as soon as those whisperings reached outside the dukedom, many noble ladies started to gossip about your misdemeanour.
— surprisingly, those rumours were shut down in under a week and you didn’t know why; usually such good gossip material stayed for months and only faded with the years so it was peculiar to have it die down so quickly
— what was suspicious was that, as soon as your rumours died down, stories about Katsuki surged forward.
— when you conversed with other people, they would say how horrible they feel for you having to marry such an aggressive and dislikable fiancee. they would then over-exaggerate all the belligerent and misunderstood characteristics of Bakugou, even making up disgusting rumours that painted him to be more villainous than he actually was.
— “how shameful,” you spat with disgust, glowering down at the noble ladies frozen in their seats, “how dare you openly gossip about my fiancee right in front of me, the nerve! you should know better than to act like such children. if you have nothing better to do then i suggest you leave the kirishima estate immediately and never expect to be invited back,”
— they tried to beg you for forgiveness, seeing as your father held such power in high society, being one of the four noble dukes of the kingdom serving directly under the king as they all had noble blood.
— nobody expected your father to marry you to a Baron’s son. Katsuki didn’t have a higher title than you but your fathers had gone to war together and remained loyal friends ever since, Baron Bakugou went on to acquire his title of Braon after his service in the war but many people still looked down on him from his commoner origins. to think that such educated ladies of high society would use that as leverage to gossip however they wished.
— word of your actions on behalf of Bakugou spread quickly and the two of you became a couple that shouldn’t be trifled with.
— after that day, you always defend Katsuki and never miss the opportunity to express how much you admire him and care for him even if he doesn’t tend to reciprocate it
— you do this when Katsuki’s friends make an appearance, they consisted of your brother, Eijiro, Denki of house Kaminari (son of Marquis Kaminari) and Hanta of house Sero (son of Marquis Sero).
— they usually don’t visit the estate but this time they decided to utilise the knights training grounds for extra duelling practice and happened to catch you just as you were walking out, having finished your own training
— as soon as introductions and polite greetings were exchanged, came the jokes and jives.
— “I wouldn’t blame you if you eloped with someone else on your wedding day, Lady (Y/N), knowing this guy’s attitude,” Denki snickers as he points his thumb at your fiancé, who growled lowly in return.
— “i wouldn’t dare do something like that because, even if this is an arranged marriage, Katsuki will be the only man for me” Katsuki didn’t expect you to be so forward and couldn’t help the blush that coated his cheeks from your response
— Denki whistled in a mix of astonishment and amusement, “Katsuki’s a lucky guy!”
— “he looks really happy to hear you say that too, sis,” Eijiro teased as Hanta grinned from beside him.
— “shut up! we came here to train so let's train already, you dumbasses!”
— the days go by and life is good; the quicker your wedding day approaches the kinder and gentler Katsuki treats you. it wasn’t until the kindness you practiced with everyone you met, no matter their status, became something more in the twisted mind of an unknown individual that you encountered within city streets, while out shopping
— one act of kindness made the stranger crave for your touch and sought you out in the most deviant method. he sent constant letters multiple times a day and even mailed one with his most intimate item of clothing, not only that but he always stood at the gates of your estate, waiting for it to be opened just to slip in and try to meet you again
— of course, he didn’t get far because of the security brought on by your dukedom’s talented knights stopped him at every devious attempt. each incident was reported directly to your brother, who was training to inherit the duchy as soon as your father retired
— Eijiro was having none of it and devised the best plan of action he could, knowing that his image as the heir of the dukedom needed to be thought of so that his people wouldn’t be against him when he took over his capable father’s place. he resisted the urge for an immediate confrontation to plan with you, about how you wanted to defuse the situation
— however, as soon as word got to Bakugou, he ran over on foot to confront the man at your estate, just as Eijiro came down with a squadron of knights and you at his side
— lost in his own world, your stalker immediately reached out for you the instant he caught sight of your figure. on his face, he had a twisted smile and manic eyes, his breathing became heavy as if to savour the same air you breathed not too far away from him. it was frighting and chilling to see such an unhinged man. he was so deranged, he didn’t mind the swords and pointed glares directed at him by all that were present and Katsuki, who was fast approaching from behind
— “Get. Away. From. Her!” Katsuki shouted in anger as he drew his sword and slashed at the young man, making you jump back with a gasp.
— “Bakugou!” Kirishima warned as he pulled you into his chest for protection from the clashing of swords
— “Katsuki, be careful!” you cried. confronting someone with such an unstable mind could go horribly wrong and no matter how skilled your fiancee was, you couldn’t help but worry
— Even though this was the first time Katsuki ever showed his feelings for you in such a dramatic gesture, the worry you had for him consumed your joy as his opponent drew out his own sword and started lashing out with worse coordination than your junior knights.
— what he lacked with technique, however, he made up for in agility as well as his own unpredictability. it made it hard for Katsuki to predict the path of his opponent’s sword so for a time, he was constantly dodging his blade. it didn’t take long, however, for the game of endurance and stamina to come into play and slow down his opponent enough for him to fight back with more accuracy.
— “you revolting rat!” Katsuki growled swinging his sword with might only to grind his teeth when his sword is narrowly dodged. not one to give up, however, he goes in once again and finally lands a hit that forces your stalker to crumble to his knees, “you try and pull that shit with (Y/N) again and I’ll be doing more than just beating you to the ground,” it was an obvious win for the blonde.
— “And what would that be?” your stalker still had fight in him that came off as more irritating than anything else Bakugou had ever encountered in his life of servitude as a royal knight and baron’s son.
— just to prove his point, whatever it may be, Katsuki goes to stand beside you and pull you into his chest with his large hand at your waist
— “landing your ugly, disgusting ass in a fucking coffin!” the venom in his voice was evident and it made you shudder, curling up into his chest for comfort, not knowing that the next words he’d shout would have your knees weaker than any training could ever do, “(Y/N) is MY Fiancee! you touch her and I’ll kill you!”

Email Etiquette Tips
One of the most popular modern communication methods is electronic mail (electronic mail); the ability to send messages from one person to a recipient through a computer. This medium has been widely abused and misused, and the biggest responsibility is the lack of information that should be avoided when using email. Some things that people do while using this feature will push most recipients to the wall. There are hundreds of dos and don'ts, so in this article I have outlined some key issues related to using email. I have used email for over ten years. This is one of the best ways to communicate, but like any other facility, it can be easily abused and misused. Misuse has always been considered to occur when the purpose of the facility is not clear. Email will accompany us for a while, so it is necessary for users to practice etiquette and make everyone who uses it like it. Email Tips: 1. It is very frustrating to open the email quickly and reply to the sent email without getting a reply . People will start to wonder if these emails were really approved or just delayed. Responding to email does not require confirmation that you have read all attachments, etc. You can reply simply to convey the information you have received, and you will read more details later. It gives the sender peace of mind. Although I recommend that you open email quickly, handle suspicious topics and attachments carefully to prevent your machine from being infected with viruses. 2. Know what you want to convey Long emails will never attract readers' attention. Get to the main points faster to ensure that people read and understand your point of view in the fewest words. I am not advocating that you start using jargon and shorthand in emails. People have just been busy due to increased demands in the workplace and in life. Your subject must match the content of the body of the message and the attachment. Avoid fooling people with attractive themes and texts, but the attachments do not meet expectations. Always be sure to organize your email and verify that you have said everything you want to say. It's annoying to type four times for the same subject and add more information to each email at the same time. If people notice a trend, they will often wait for the fourth edition of your email. Be clear in your email whether it is for someone's information or for your actions. 3. Organize and Manage Your Email When you're organized, your email becomes more efficient, making it an exciting experience. When I open the mailbox, the first thing I do is select all spam or spam and mark it as spam immediately. I also created folders to store emails of different categories. To automate the archiving process, I created email rules to help put emails in different folders without my interference. I think emails that are of no value will be deleted immediately to make way for usefulness. You will definitely find that doing so allows you to process hundreds of emails without getting tired. To avoid forgetting to track emails, I often mark emails as unread so that they continue to attract my attention. It helps me keep the loop because I can't stand unread emails for too long. I was surprised when I saw people with 400 unread messages. Important messages were hidden between less useful emails, so deadlines were missed, appointments were postponed, etc. 4. Be careful how you call yourself. Who is a carbon copy (cc) of your message and who is a blind carbon copy (bcc), which means that they received a copy of the email and the other recipients don’t know. When distributing newsletters or sending emails to hundreds of people, always place the address in a Bcc. Unsolicited emails are sent across the web because people unnecessarily reveal the addresses of other people. This can be annoying. Similarly, if you receive an email with a copy to 5 other people, use the reply option to send a reply to the sender instead of replying to all. Reply All will send your reply to everyone who receives the email. Use Reply All when absolutely necessary. 5. The format and accuracy of e-mail is important. It is important to note that e-mail is only a substitute for the usual handwritten letters in the past. People used to be very cautious about the format of the letter. Now, even with tools and utilities that can be used to properly format emails, check spelling, grammar, etc., people still send malicious and regular emails to recipients. Always check your spelling to make sure you are communicating what you originally wanted to say. Converse communication is easy. Scanning emails with your eyes alone will not help you eliminate the unavoidable mistakes in your mind. Sometimes leaving the email and coming back a few minutes later will reveal the entire error to you. Don't write all screaming capital letters or lazy lowercase letters, because both convey an attitude. Avoid using multiple colors in emails. This is not about decoration and background, but about information. Avoid emojis as much as possible, especially in business-related emails. Fonts that seem funny can be annoying because they make people spend more time reading emails. Avoid them.

Sending Emails Without Annoying the Receiver
E-mail communication is one of the most important aspects of a business relationship. How many of you spend more than half of the workday reading or sending emails? I know what I'm doing. Gone are the days when we only communicated with each other by phone or letter. It took nearly a week to reach the recipient. Today, just by clicking on the background, we can send messages, attachments and greetings to almost anyone around the world. That's great! The problem with this practical and practical communication technique is that not everyone knows how to use it properly, or sometimes due to the rush of work, they forget to practice some important e-mail etiquette rules to create concise and clear-written e-mails. And email "emphasis." Remember the last time you sent an email, after reaching the bottom of send, did you find the wrong person or a bunch of errors? Of course I know. I was writing an email to a potential client who was living in Miami, Florida at the time, and reading the email of a good friend who had marital problems. In short, emails became messy, and I eventually forwarded my friends' emails to my customers. I can correct the misunderstanding, but wow! What a pity. Speaking of spoiled! According to emailreplies.com, many companies send replies via email delays or don’t send replies, or the replies they send do not actually answer your questions. If your business can handle email professionally, then understanding the rules of email etiquette will give your business a significant competitive advantage. In addition, by understanding these rules, you can understand what you can say or cannot say or do in emails, which will, to some extent, help protect your company from uncomfortable liability issues and your own unemployment . There are many different etiquette rules in the professional field, some of which vary according to the type of business or company structure. Next, I will share with you the six most important e-mail etiquette rules that apply to almost all professional environments: 1) Mail composition-make sure the structure of your e-mail is suitable for the specific situation. When sending business e-mails, be sure to follow the standard writing protocol. Avoid confusing abbreviations, emojis, or other distracting slang (such as LOL, TTYL, BTW, etc.) in professional emails. 2) Message length: Try to keep your message short and direct. Sending a long message puts you at risk of losing the attention of the recipient in the first two paragraphs. 3) Excessive use of e-mail: Do not use e-mail to avoid personal contact with the recipient. When it comes to important matters, face-to-face communication is still considered the best form of personal/professional communication. 4) Email is not private: Do not write anything in the email that may bother you in the future. Emails sent from work email accounts are considered commercial property and can be retrieved, filtered and inspected without your consent. 5) Message tone: Don't forget that you can't hear the tone in the email. Make sure you keep the tone of an email professional without irony. 6) Contact: Never assume that the recipient knows who you are or how to contact you. Including your contact information at the end of the message will be an alternative way for recipients to contact you when necessary. Practicing these simple rules will help you improve your email writing skills and give you and your company a positive professional image.

This will speed up the decision making process. Openness of Emotions During a business meeting, Polish people may not hide their emotions, especially if they are irritated, frustrated or angry. Foreign visitors should be aware that it is a normal to demonstrate such openness and should not be startled or offended by it. Initial Meetings Avoid jokes at a first meeting and focus your presentation on background information, facts and technical details. The initial visit tends to be fairly short, because Polish businesses want to know what the purpose of the visit is and what type of relationship their counterparts are hoping to develop before deciding to proceed. They may even ask for pricing information up front. Reminder of Appointment It is important to call the Polish business that you are visiting upon your arrival in the country, to confirm your meeting. Generally, you will want to remind them a day before your scheduled appointment. Meeting Times The most productive times for business meetings are in the mornings between 10am and 12pm, and the afternoons between 2pm and 4pm. The best months are September through to May. Avoid June, July, and August, where possible, so you do not run into conflicts with your contact’s summer holidays. 15 Culture’s Impact on Trades of Poland Fundamental Principles of Business Polish business culture bears traces of the country's Soviet-era past and history of foreign influence, and as such some professionals may be suspicious of foreign business associates. However, the business culture has been in a process of transformation ever since Poland adopted capitalism and the younger generation has embraced values and a work ethic not too far from that found in Europe. Personal Relationship Personal relationships are important in Poland, especially as a way to establish trust. Initial meetings usually help show your Polish counterparts that you are an honest and trustworthy business partner. First Meeting Polish business contacts may be wary of foreign professionals they do not know well. It is advisable to make initial contact through a third party who can help establish a trusting relationship. Unlike other countries where business may be conducted by telephone or by e-mail, in Poland it is preferable to meet interlocutors face-to-face and discuss things in person. Time Management Punctuality is taken quite seriously and foreigners are expected to show up on time to meetings, even if Polish professionals may be late. It is important to plan meetings in advance and confirm appointments upon arrival in Poland and the day before the 16 meeting. While meetings may have a set agenda, they often extend beyond the scheduled time. Gift Policy Gift giving is somewhat common after an initial meeting, deal closings and successful negotiations. A corporate gift or a souvenir from your country are appropriate as long as they are not overly expensive. Business Cards There is no specific protocol surrounding the exchange of business cards. Cards are usually exchanged at the end of a first meeting and should ideally be translated into Polish on one side Dress Code Work attire can be formal and conservative. A stylish and dark colored suit is appropriate for men and business suits or dresses/trousers and blouses are appropriate for women in corporate settings. Both genders are expected to dress smartly and be well-groomed. It is not uncommon for female employees to wear high heels and quite a lot of make-up. Business attire can be less formal in smaller cities and companies.

How to write web content
Most businesses have understood the importance of content on their websites which is why good content writing has become extremely popular and crucial for the success of the business. One of the primary difference between the success and failure of a brand is strong and weak content. More than 1.5 billion websites streaming on the internet right now and more than 3.2 billion Google searches are being done every single day.
To stand out in such a crowded please requires extraordinary content which can help you separate from the rest. The content should be original, informative, should address concern of the reader, if any, should be readable easily and should be free from any grammatical errors. A good content can fetch you a long term revenue and provide excellent return on investments. This is the reason why having excellent content is one of the primary keys to the success of a brand.
Following are few of the tips to write better content.
1. Extensive keyword research
The first thing that you need to understand is what are you writing about and then you can add search engine optimization to make it a success. Simple keyword research will help you know what topics your target audience is searching on Google and find them relevant. This keyword research will help your content to stand out from the competitors and will also help to highlight your strengths and front of the customers. Good keyword research will help you to understand the keywords that are required in order to pull the traffic on your website and along with it, the return on investment is very good on it. All you need to do is that extra time researching about keywords.
2. Keyword density
Now that you have a good keyword to start with it doesn't mean that adding extra keywords your content will make it more valuable or readable or even search friendly. A content that has more density of keywords looks a little untrustworthy in the eyes of the customers as well as for Google. The conversion rate may possibly go down and readers will start to see this as a low quality page. When the customers open your web page browse through it and leave it immediately within a specified time it is called as bouncing of customers. Adding extra keywords is also increase the bounce rate and search engines will push down your webpage over time. Because the smartness of the search engines has increased these days adding keywords and making it grammatically incorrect just because the customers are searching for it will not rank your page. Having the right density of keywords is important in order to rank the article. Although every website out there has different standard, usually, including keywords 1 – 2% of total word count is optimum for your article. It doesn’t make it too less and also doesn’t seem exaggerated and forcefully crammed up.
3. Use call to action buttons
You should have a goal before starting the website. The goal should involve action from the readers rather than simply browsing through your website. The ultimate outcome of excellent content should be the action from the readers and for that to happen you need to have a powerful CTA button. A call to action is the action requested by the website to the customer. Downloading an article or subscribing to a newsletter or sharing the content on the social media, commenting on article are few examples of call to actions that customers can take. Consider yourself as a reader of the website and think what would make you click the call to action button and use the same project by creating the content on your website. Use of the ‘call to action’ button by customers increases the credibility of the content as well as improves the visibility of the website on search engines.
4. Write right.
Many debates are going on the internet about the use of a couple of words like email or e-mail. The difference is very subtle and many websites for a long time supported the word e-mail, like the visitors but then both of them gave up and now the accepted word is email and not e-mail. Similarly, there was a debate about the word internet being used as lowercase or uppercase. Many people consider the word internet as a proper noun. The fact remains that whatever your language is, you should modify your content for the audience and not for you. If something feels right for the audience then it is right even though it may not feel right according to you. There are many guides available on the internet which can help you with writing the right words thereby avoiding minor mistakes which could drown your ranking in the sea of websites. You do not have to extremely accurate grammatically but your content should be of the level of an average high school student. Too many jargons or too much of grammatical errors can reduce ranking of your website.
5. Mention references by hyperlinking
When you mention the content of another website on your website then you should ensure to hyperlink it back to that website. It is considered as a good internet etiquette and you would enjoy the same courtesy back from the other website. It is important to cite your resources even if the web traffic is directed to another website. You can use other tools such as open the link in another window if you are concerned about keeping the traffic on your website. Citations also help to get backlinks to you which is the right thing to do. More often than not websites see the link and your effort and will thank you with the reciprocal link.
6. Feeling is important
There are many factors which play together in order to make the content viral and promotion is one of the huge contributing factors to this. Along with promotion the brand identity all the time of the content or share that play a role in order to make your content viral. But there is one common thing in every viral content which is an emotional impact. The audience should feel and emotionally connect with the content and only then they will click on call to action. It is human nature and tendency to share what we like and if some article makes you feel good there are chances that people share it in order to make their friends and relatives feel the same. Always think about the fact that what could be better about the story and how could you give more emotional impact to this content.
7. Content plus action
It is very important to have an excellent choice of words in order to create an impact on the reader. The web article should be direct and should appeal to the reader. For example a common tip that is given on writing web content is not to use the passive voice. Passive voice happens when you use subject and object in the same sentence. For example, "Germany attacked many European countries during World war" and "Many European countries were attacked by Germany." The latter sounds less exciting because active voice invokes emotions immediately in the minds of the reader. In that case, it feels as if the subject was added by chance as the writer had forgotten to mention the subject. In the former, the subject is at the forefront and is involved in the action which creates an impact in the mind of the reader. The web content writer should be aware of exciting verbs in order to create a long-lasting impact in the minds of the readers. For example try writing "movie was dazzling" rather than "movie was fantastic" or "The new iPhone 11 is breathtakingly beautiful" rather than "The new iPhone 11 is excellent." in some cases these small word changes may, in fact, reduce your word count but it will definitely make your content more engaging and exciting for the readers.
8. Break it and make it smaller
When writing for the web you should be aware that their attention span of readers is very less. They may have more attention while reading a book but that attention span reduces to less than 10% while reading the content on the web. This is the reason why keep your paragraph smaller. A paragraph of 8 or 9 lines would be good but a paragraph of 5 or 6 lines is even better. Make it a point to keep the paragraph short even if the idea is not complete. You can take it ahead in the next paragraph and can always use the following paragraphs and explain it. Keeping the paragraphs short also adds the feeling that the content is being read faster because the audience keeps on scrolling. Use paragraphs if its an essay and use bullets if its an informational website. (Refer to Point 18 below)
9. Link updating
Internal links are a very important aspect of content and almost every content writer will know that. Using links to link other pages clear website gives an increase in the SEO and The reader will get useful info which increases the page views as well as the time on the site. Once in a while, you need to make it a point to visit your older posts in order to update the things that you have already posted. This will help to increase your search result and will make your page even more useful to the readers and also make your content fresh which will help it to rank even higher on search engines. Although it may sound a lot of work like finding a needle in a haystack it is very important to do it once in a while.
10. Use professional SEO tools
Google spreadsheet is more than enough to do a professional SEO keyword analysis along with some free tools. But usually there is a lot of data and taking through that data will make it very easy to get lost. Some SEO tools have too much data than necessary without providing the necessary tools for you to get through it. Other SEO tools break down everything according to their own system which may not give up data in order to draw your conclusions. One such as you tool is a CM brush which has given a lot of data and it is also easier to export it and analyze it by the use of another program. All the important and other text about the website are displayed to you which will add value to your keywords and also you will gain a deep insight on the performance of your website.
11. Best SEO practices
Using a keyboard multiple times is not enough but this keyword is to be used in any related phrases like meta description, or headers, or even in the alt-tag images of your website. There are many tools which can help you with the SEO if you are using WordPress than the tools called Yoast can help you for SEO. It provides a detailed content analysis of your website and also solves problems like missing keywords which could be included in the meta description and also helps you focus on minor issues like low keyword density. Use of professional tools initially, if you are just starting up with a website may seem expensive so you can always use the free tools but as you progress, you need to have paid tools for better performance of your content.
12. Reader attachment
Your content should be engaging right from the first line. A good introduction is very difficult to write you can skip it initially, write the remaining content and then write the introduction when you are ready. Once you have the entire content ready, only then post it online. If you have the introduction that is not very engaging but the main content is good, then there are very fewer chances of the reader percolating down to the main content because the introduction itself will wear him out and as mentioned earlier, the patience of readers online is very less. You should understand that your website is not literature and visitors are not there for your language but they are there to get information or to solve a problem or buy a product. If you don't show it from the first line that your content will solve their problem or provide them information then get ready to increase your bouncing rates. Write something that will make the readers care about the content they are reading.
13. Vivid descriptions
Visual description some more impact than verbal descriptions. If you don't have the vocabulary to paint a picture in the minds of the reader, then put a picture on the website. Images - as long as they are not copyrighted - are a great source of providing more information in fewer words or rather no words at all. If the website content demands you writing the description then make sure that you write a description. For example, if you have a blog about literature then obviously writing pointwise information will not make sense but rather providing a detailed description by using articulate vocabulary is what will be engaging for the reader. Describe where description is needed but not where it is not needed and make sure you know the difference. A news website is not expected to have too many jargons or articulate words, rather it should have crisp usage of words with facts and numbers, on the other hand, a blog of fictional stories should have heavy and articulate words and long descriptions. On the other hand, an e commerce website should have least number of words with maximum description in order to attract the customer attention.
14. Confirm and then write
Make sure that you double check everything that you post including grammar spelling or words especially facts. If you don't pay attention then someone may catch your mistake and write it down in the comment box visible for all the other for those with impact negatively for your content as well as for your website. You can always include an extension of many grammar applications which will help you with learning as well as improve your grammar while you write content. There are many good blogs and online courses about creating good content and paying attention to the grammatical aspects of it. If you are posting news on your website or writing about something that happened recently make sure to differentiate your opinions from the fact. Posting or writing about wrong facts can cost you millions of dollars if someone puts a lawsuit on your content. If there is something you are not sure about then make sure to look it up on Google, confirm it, reconfirm the confirmation from a few more reliable websites and only then write it. It may take some time to do that but it will save a lot of money in future as well as increase credibility of your website.
15. Understand your readers/audience
it is a very basic and simple thing before you start writing the content to understand the target audience that you are intending to target. answer the question who are you trying to reach before drafting the first content. Segment your audiences primary audience and the secondary audience who will be influenced by the primary audience. Ask yourself the question of how will they find your site online. for example, if you are creating a blog then categorize your blog into a form of literature. You can write non-fictional articles or fictional articles or stories or simply keep a journal of your day-to-day activities online. in any of those cases, you need to define who are the readers will be attracted to your content and what will be they needing more. you need to answer the question of what is different in your website which will compare the audience to come there and read your content. this is why before you start writing the content think from the perspective of your audience who will be here for you to write it.
16. Slash jargons
the internet is for everyone and not simply technical experts this is why you have to make sure that your information is understandable by a specialist as well as a layman. using slightly difficult words will show your knowledge but using jargons everywhere will simply categorize you as a pretentious writer and will turn off many of your readers. Consider the following sentence:
‘This year's iPhone 12 is packed with 4 gigs of RAM and telephoto, wide and ultra wide lens which contribute to a really cool camera having smallest aperture size any other iPhone has had.’
A lot of information is provided in the sentence but some of it might not be comprehended by a regular reader because of the technical terms.
Now consider the revision of the same sentence
‘This year's iPhone 12 is immensely powerful and smooth with a combination of three state of the art lenses which work as one. The photos have a stunning quality which no other iPhone before this had.’
This information is more for everyday users rather than techniques which will be very attractive and readable by everyone. using too much of jargons is a turn off for many readers as well as the website may not rank in search engines for regular keywords. Unless a topic is extremely technical and nice, you should ideally aim for a middle school reading level or possibly even lower.
17. Social sharing is caring and earning
Good content will have a lot of value over time on different social media accounts. content which is shared and link on many websites which have high traffic and at the same time Google with rank it at the top even if the information may be old and not updated. This implies that the strategy of "write it and forget it" does not work well with content marketing. you need to regularly monitor how the content is performing as compared to other content on your website as well as similar content on other websites and need to form a strategy to revamp the content in order to bring new visitors. As a general rule of thumb, the longer and informative the content is the better results it will get but sometimes a short piece of content will also surprise you by going viral and it will start ranking for the keywords that you are not even thinking of targeting. Get content endorsements by different influencers on social media. This will help to improve your visibility and also bring more user traffic on your website. Sometimes, if the content is really good, then influencers themselves share making your content viral but at other times, you may require a paid promotion.
18. Make points
Apart from putting up important information in a quickly readable position by the user make sure that the text is easy to read. Make sure to include numerical points or bullet instead of one long paragraph. Make sure to include a blank space surrounding the paragraph for the images on your website. It may seem like a waste of space but actually, it is a best friend of a web designer. A lot of white space makes the text more readable and more enjoyable to read. It is also crucial that you divide up your content into different sections with different descriptive headers. rather than writing an essay on climate change you can put different headers describing what is climate change, what are the scenarios and impacts of climate change and the solutions to reduce the effects of climate change. Making bullets, headings and sub headings will make your content more readable and scannable by the user at a quick glance. The more ease the user has, the more your content will be appreciated.
19. Never self edit
You should always have someone for editing your work because you would be responsible for only writing the content. you can edit your own web content for some time but at least do not do it on the same day was the writing is still fresh. Instead, forget it and come back on a different day at least two hours later so that the mind can find the gaps in your work. But make sure the person editing your work knows about the content that you have written. There might be cases where your vision might get lost while editing because the editor was not able to comprehend your vision. Make sure to communicate your Idea or goal or expected the outcome of the article to the editor before passing on the article.
20. Read a Lot!
Only reading will help you to write a lot. The point here is not to write quantity but also along with quantity equal quality. Read different books and magazines which talk about content writing and SEO, take professional courses which will help you to carve your content better on any website. Read good blogs and websites which will help you to get better ideas. Understand the current market scenario as weather your customer base and read what the competition is doing so that you can modify it and adapt for your website and your content. the more you read the more you will write, is what the quote says. Make sure you read quality as well as quantity.

LESSON 1: INTRODUCTION TO ICT
ICT– Information and Communication-
It deals with the use of different communication technologies such as mobile phones, telephone, Internet to locate, save, send and edit information
Is a study of computers as data processing tools. It introduces students to the fundamental of using computer systems in an internet environment.
ICT in the Philippines
Philippines is dub as the ‘’ICT Hub of Asia” because of huge growth of ICT-related jobs, one of which is BPO, Business Process Outsourcing, or call centers.
ICT Department in the Philippines is responsible for the planning, development and promotion of the country’s information and communications technology (ICT) agenda in support of national development.
Computer– an electronic device for storing and processing data, typically in binary form, according to instructions given to it in a variable program. Internet– is the global system of interconnected computer networks that use the internet protocol suite (TCIP/IP) to link billions of devices worldwide.
Means of connecting a computer to any other computer anywhere in the world via dedicated routers and servers.
Sometimes called simply ‘’the Net’’, is a worldwide system of computer networks- a network of networks in which the users at any one computer can get information from any other computer.
World Wide Web
An information system on the internet that allows documents to be connected to other documents by hypertext links, enabling the user to search for information by moving from one document to another.
Is an information space where documents and other web resources are identified by URLs, interlinked by hypertext links, and can be accessed via the Internet.
Invented by Tim-Berners Lee
Web Pages
Web page is a hypertext document connected to the World Wide Web. It is a document that is suitable for the World Wide Web.
The different online platforms of World Wide Web:
Web 1.0 – refers to the first stage in the World Wide Web, which was entirely made up of the Web pages connected by hyperlinks.
Web 2.0 – is the evolution of Web 1.0 by adding dynamic pages. The user is able to see a website differently than others.
– Allows users to interact with the page; instead of just reading the page, the user may be able to comment or create user account.
Web 3.0 – this platform is all about semantic web.
– Aims to have machines (or servers) understand the user’s preferences to be able to deliver web content.
Static Web Page- is known as a flat page or stationary age in the sense that the page is ‘’as is’’ and cannot be manipulated by the user. The content is also the same for all users that is referred to as Web 1.0
Dynamic Web Pages– web 2.0 is the evolution of web 1.0 by adding dynamic web pages. The user is able to see website differently than others e.g. social networking sites, wikis, video sharing sites.
FEATURES OF WEB 2.0
Folksonomy- allows user to categorize and classify information using freely chosen keywords e.g. tagging by FB, Twitter, use tags that start with the sign #, referred to as hashtag.
Rich User Experience – content is dynamic and is responsive to user’s input
User Participation- The owner of the website is not the only one who is able to put content. Others are able to place a content of their own by means of comments, reviews and evaluation e.g. Lazada, Amazon.
Long Tail– services that are offered on demand rather than on a one-time purchase. This is synonymous to subscribing to a data plan that charges you for the amount of time you spent in the internet.
Software as a services- users will be subscribe to a software only when needed rather than purchasing them e.g. Google docs used to create and edit word processing and spread sheet.
Mass Participation– diverse information sharing through universal web access. Web 2.0’s content is based on people from various cultures.
TRENDS IN ICT
Convergence– is the synergy of technological advancements to work on a similar goal or task. For example, besides using your personal computer to create word documents, you can now use your smartphone. 2. Social Media– is a website, application, or online channel that enables web users web users to create , co-create, discuss modify, and exchange user generated content.
Six types of Social Media:
a)Social Networks – These are sites that allows you to connect with other people with the same interests or background. Once the user creates his/her account, he/she can set up a profile, add people, share content, etc
Example: Facebook and Google+
b)Bookmarking Sites – Sites that allow you to store and manage links to various website and resources. Most of the sites allow you to create a tag to others.
Stumble Upon, Pinterest
c) Social News – Sites that allow users to post their own news items or links to other news sources. The users can also comment on the post and comments may also be rank.
Ex. Reddit and Digg
d) Media Sharing – sites that allow you to upload and share media content like images, music and video.
Ex. Flickr, YouTube and Instagram e) Microblogging – focus on short updates from the user. Those that subscribed to the user will be able to receive these updates. Ex. Twitter and Plurk
f) Blogs and Forums – allow user to post their content. Other users are able to comment on the said topic. Ex. Blogger, WordPress and Tumblr
Mobile Technologies– The popularity of smartphones and tablets has taken a major rise over the years. This is largely because of the devices capability to do the tasks that were originally found in PCs. Several of these devices are capable of using a high-speed internet. Today the latest model devices use 4G Networking (LTE), which is currently the fastest.
MOBILE OS
iOS – use in apple devices such as iPhone and iPad
Android – an open source OS developed by Google. Being open source means mobile phone companies use this OS for free.
Blackberry OS – use in blackberry devices
Windows phone OS – A closed source and proprietary operating system developed by Microsoft.
Symbian – the original smartphone OS. Used by Nokia devices
WebOS- originally used in smartphone; now in smart TVs.
Windows Mobile – developed by Microsoft for smartphones and pocket PCs
Assistive Media– is a non- profit service designed to help people who have visual and reading impairments. A database of audio recordings is used to read to the user.
e.g. Yahoo!, Gmail, HotmailCloud computing-distributed computing on internet or delivery of computing service over the internet.
-Instead of running an e-mail program on your computer, you log in to a Web
e-mail account remotely. The software and storage for your account doesn’t exist
on your computer – it’s on the service’s computer cloud.
It has three components
Client computers – clients are the device that the end user interact with cloud.
Distributed Servers – Often servers are in geographically different places, but server acts as if they are working next to each other.
Datacenters – It is collection of servers where application is placed and is accessed via Internet.
TYPES OF CLOUDS
PUBLIC CLOUD allows systems and services to be easily accessible to the general public. Public cloud may be less secured because of its openness, e.g. e-mail
PRIVATE CLOUD allows systems and services to be accessible within an organization. It offers increased security because of its private nature.
COMMUNITY CLOUD allows systems and services to be accessible by group of organizations.
HYBRID CLOUD is a mixture of public and private cloud. However, the critical activities are performed using private cloud while the non-critical activities are performed using public cloud.
LESSON 2: ONLINE SAFETY, SECURITY AND RULES OF NETIQUETTE
INTERNET SAFETY- it refers to the online security or safety of people and their information when using internet. NETIQUETTE- is network etiquette, the do’s and don’ts of online communication.
TEN RULES OF NETIQUETTE
Rule No. 1: Remember the human
You need to remember that you are talking to a real person when you are online.
The internet brings people together who would otherwise never meet.
Remember this saying when sending an email: Would I say this to the person’s face.
Rule No. 2: Adhere to the same standards online that you follow in real life.
You need to behave the same way online that you do in real life.
You need to remember that you can get caught doing things you should not be doing online just like you can in real life.
You are still talking to a real person with feelings even though you can’t see them.
Rule no. 3: Know where you are in cyberspace.
Always take a look around when you enter a new domain when surfing the web.
Get a sense of what the discussion group is about before you join it.
Rule no. 4: Respect other people’s time and bandwidth.
Remember people have other things to do besides read your email. You are not the center of their world.
Keep your post and emails to minimum by saying what you want to say.
Remember everyone won’t answer your questions.
Rule no. 5: Make yourself look good online.
Be polite and pleasant to everyone.
Always check your spelling and grammar before posting.
· Know what you are talking about and make sense saying it.
Rule no. 6: Share expert knowledge
Ask questions online
Share what you know online.
Post the answers to your questions online because someone may have the same question you do.
Rule no. 7: Help keep flame wars under control
Netiquette does not forgive flaming.
Netiquette does however forbid people who are flaming to hurt discussion groups by putting the group down.
Rule no. 8: Respect other people’s privacy.
Do not read other people’s mail without their permission.
Going through other people’s things could cost you, your job or you could even go to jail.
Not respecting other people’s privacy is a bad netiquette.
Rule no. 9: Don’t abuse your power.
Do not take advantage of other people just because you have more knowledge or power than them.
Treat others as you would want them to treat you if the roles were reversed.
Rule no. 10: Be forgiving of other people’s mistake.
Do not point out mistakes to people online.
Remember that you were once the new kid on the block.
You still need to have a good manners even though you are online and cannot see the person face to face.

Use quotation marks to search as a phrase and keep the words linked together
Common words are ignored (That, to, which, a, the …)
+ and – can be used to include or exclude a word
Boolean
AND – enter words connect with AND- it will include sites where both words and found
Uses: joining different topics (i.e. global warming AND California)
OR – requires at least one of the terms is found.
Uses: join similar or synonymous topics (i.e. global warming OR greenhouse effect)
NOT – searches for the first term and excludes sites that have the second term.
(i.e. Washington NOT school)
Question
a question may be entered in the search field of search engine
Advanced Features are offered on many engines by going to an “Advanced search” page and making selections. Effective in narrowing search returns to a specific topic or phrase.
LESSON 3: Advanced Word Processing Skills
Lesson Discussion
In the professional world, sending out information to convey important information is vital. Because of ICT, things are now sent much faster than the traditional newsletters or postal mail. You can now send much faster than the traditional newsletters or postal mail. You can now use the Internet to send out information you need to share. What if we could still do things much faster – an automated way of creating and sending uniform letters with different recipients? Would that not be more convenient?
I. Mail Merge and Label Generation
A. Mail Merge
One of the important reasons in using computers per se is its ability to do recurring tasks automatically. But this ability has to be honed by learning the characteristics and features of the software you use with your computer. After all, no matter how good or advance your computer and software may be, it can only be as good as the person using it.
In this particular part of our lesson, we will learn one of the most powerful and commonly used features of Microsoft Word called Mail Merge. As the name suggests, this feature allows you to create documents and combine or merge them with another document or data file. It is commonly used when sending out advertising materials to various recipients.
The simplest solution for the scenario above is to create a document and just copy and paste it several times then just replace the details depending on whom you send it to. But what if you have hundreds or thousands of recipients? Would not that take too many hours? What if you have a small database of information where you can automatically generate those letters?
Two Components of Mail Merge
1. Form Document
The first component of our mail merged document is the form document. It is generally the document that contains the main body of the message we want to convey or send. The main body of the message is the part of the form document that remains the same no matter whom you send it to from among your list.
Also included in the form document is what we call place holders, also referred to as data fields or merge fields. This marks the position on your form document where individual data or information will be inserted. From our sample document, the place holders are denoted or marked by the text with double-headed arrows (<< >>) on each side and with a gray background. On a printed standard form, this will be the underlined spaces that you will see and use as a guide to where you need to write the information that you need to fill out. In its simplest form, a form document is literally a “form” that you fill out with individual information. A common example of a form document is your regular tax form or application form.
2. List or Data File
The second component of our mail merged document is the list or data file. This is where the individual information or data that needs to be plugged in (merged) to the form document is placed and maintained. One of the best things about the mail merge feature is that it allows data file to be created fro within the Microsoft Word application itself, or it gets data from a file created in Microsoft Excel or other data formats. In this way, fields that needed to be filled up on the form document can easily be maintained without accidentally altering the form or main document. You can also easily add, remove, modify, or extract your data more efficiently by using other data management applications like Excel or Access and import them in Word during the mail merge process.
B. Label Generation
Included in the mail merge feature on Microsoft Word is the Label Generator. It just makes sense that after you print out your form letters, you will need to send it to individual recipients in an envelope with the matching address printed directly on the envelope or on a mailing label to stick on. By using virtually the same process as a standard mail merge, Microsoft Word will print individual addresses to a standard form that it has already pre-formatted. Simply put, it creates a blank form document that simulates either a blank label or envelope of pre-defined size and will use the data file that you selected to print the information, typically individual addresses. So even in generating labels, the two essential components of creating a merged document are present: the form document and the data file. Only in this case, you did not have to type or create the form document yourself because it was already created and pre-formatted in Microsoft Word. All you need to do is select the correct or appropriate size for the label or envelope and select the data file that contains the addresses (data) to be printed. You can also preview your merged labels before printing if you want to.
II. Integrating Images and External Materials
Integrating or inserting pictures in your document is fun and it improves the impression of your document. A common use of inserting a picture on a document is when you are creating your resume. Though seemingly simple to do, your knowledge on the different kinds of materials that you can insert or integrate in a Word document and its characteristics can help you create a more efficient, richer document not only in content but also in physical form. A better understanding of the physical form of your document as well as the different materials you would integrate in it would allow you to be more efficient and versatile in using Microsoft Word.
A. Kinds of Materials
There are various kinds of materials Microsoft Word is capable of integrating to make the documents richer, more impressive, and more informative.
1. Pictures
Generally, these are electronic or digital pictures or photographs you have saved in any local storage device. There are three commonly used types of picture files. You can identify them by the extension on their file names.
a. .JPG/JPEG
This is pronounced as “jay-peg“ and is the short form of .jpeg or Joint Photographic Experts Group. Like all the rest of the image file extensions, it identifies the kind of data compression process that it uses to make it more compatible and portable through the Internet. This type of image file can support 16.7 million colors that is why it is suitable for use when working with full color photographic images. Unfortunately, it does not support transparency and therefore, images of this file type can be difficult to integrate in terms of blending with other materials or elements in your document. But if you are looking for the best quality image to integrate with your document then this is the image file type for you. .JPG does not work well on lettering, line drawings, or simple graphics. .JPG images are relatively small in file size.
b. .GIF
This stands for Graphics Interchange Format. This type of image file is capable of displaying transparencies. Therefore, it is good for blending with other materials or elements in your document. It is also capable of displaying simple animation. Apparently, this may not be too useful on a printed document but if you are sending documents electronically or through email, or even post documents into a website, then this could be quite impressive. The downside is that it can only support up to 256 colors so it is good mostly on logos and art decors with very limited, and generally solid colors. .GIF is much better for logos, drawings, small text, black and white images, or low-resolution files.
Example of a .gif format picture.
c. .PNG
This is pronounced as “ping“. It stands for Portable Network Graphics. It was built around the capabilities of .GIF. Its development was basically for the purpose of transporting images on the Internet at faster rates. It is also good with transparencies but unlike .GIFs, it does not support animation but it can display up to 16 million colors, so image quality for this image file type is also remarkably improved. .PNG allows the control of the transparency level or opacity of images.
Example of .png format picture.
2. Clip Art
This is generally a .GIF type; line art drawings or images used as generic representation for ideas and objects that you might want to integrate in your document. Microsoft Word has a library of clip arts that is built in or can be downloaded and used freely. There are still other clip arts that you can either purchase or freely download and use that come from third-party providers.
Clip Art Icon in Microsoft Office 2010.
3. Shapes
These are printable objects or materials that you can integrate in your document to enhance its appearance or allow you to have some tools to use for composing and representing ideas or messages. If you are designing the layout for a poster or other graphic material for advertising, you might find this useful.
Shapes Icon under the Insert ribbon tab.
4. Smart Art
Generally, these are predefined sets of different shapes grouped together to form ideas that are organizational or structural in nature. If you want to graphically represent an organization, process, relationships, or flow for infographic documents, then you will find this easy and handy to use.
Smart Art
5. Chart
Another type of material that you can integrate in your Word document that allows you to represent data characteristics and trends. This is quite useful when you are preparing reports that correlate and present data in a graphical manner. You can create charts that can be integrate in your document either directly in Microsoft Word or imported from external files like Microsoft Excel.
Chart – Used to illustrate and compare data.
6. Screenshot
Sometimes, creating reports or manuals for training or procedures will require the integration of a more realistic image of what you are discussing on your report or manual. Nothing can get you a more realistic image than a screenshot. Microsoft Word even provides a snipping tool for your screen shots so you can select and display only the part that you exactly like to capture on your screen.
III. Image Placement
Layout of text wrapping options.
A. In Line with Text
This is the default setting for images that are inserted or integrated in your document. It treats your image like a text font with the bottom side totally aligned with the text line. This setting is usually used when you need to place your image at the beginning of a paragraph. When placed between texts in a paragraph or a sentence, it distorts the overall appearance and arrangement of the texts in the paragraph because it will take up the space it needs vertically, pushing whole lines of texts upward.
B. Square
This setting allows the image you inserted to be placed anywhere with the paragraph with the text going around the image in a square pattern like frame.
C. Tight
This is almost the same as the Square setting, but here the text “hug” or conforms to the general shape of the image. This allows you to get a more creative effect on your document. This setting can mostly be achieved if you are using an image that supports transparency like a .GIF or .PNG file.
D. Through
This setting allows the text on your document to flow even tighter taking the contours and shape of the image. Again, this can be best used with .GIF or .PNG type of image.
E. Top and Bottom
This setting pushes the texts away vertically to the top and/or the bottom of the image so that the image occupies a whole text line on its own.
F. Behind Text
This allows your image to be dragged and placed anywhere on your document but with all the texts floating in front of it. It effectively makes your image look like a background.
G. In Front of Text
As it suggests, this setting allows your image to be placed right on top of the text as if your image was dropped right on it. That means whatever part of the text you placed the image on, it will be covered by the image.
IV. Key Terms
Mail Merge – a feature that allows you to create documents and combine or merge them with another document or data file.
Form Document – the document that contains the main body of the message we want to convey or send.
Data File – includes the individual information or data or the recipient’s information.
Merge Field/Place Holder – marks the position on your form document where individual data or information will be inserted.
.JPG – file extension for the Joint Photographic Experts Group picture file.
.PNG – file extension for Portable Network Graphics image file.
.GIF – file extension for the Graphics Interchange Format image file.
Clipart – line art drawings or images used as a generic representation for ideas and objects.
Smart Art – predefined sets of different shapes grouped together to form ideas that are organizational or structural in nature.
Text Wrap – adjusts how the image behaves around other objects or text.
LESSON 4: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills
What is a Spreadsheet Software? • allows users to organize data in rows an columns and perform calculations on the data • These rows and columns collectively are called worksheet.
3. Examples of Spreadsheet Software: • LibreOffice Calc • OpenOffice.org Calc • Google Sheets • Apple iWork Numbers • Kingsoft Office Spreadsheets • StarOffice Calc • Microsoft Excel
4. MICROSOFT EXCEL
5. To open Microsoft Excel, Press “Windows Logo” + R then type “excel” then enter.
6. Key Terms in MS Excel: • Row – horizontal line of entries in a table • Column – vertical line of entries in a table • Cell – the place where info. is held in a spreadsheet

LESSON 5: Advanced Presentation Skills
Powerpoint is a highly innovative and versatile program that can ensure a successful communication whether you’re presenting in front of potential investors, a lecture theatre or simply in front of your colleagues. The following are the five features you should be using-if youy aren’t already. Learn everything about these tips: they will improve your presentation skills and allow you to communicate your message successfully. The five features of powerpoint was
1)adding smart art
2)Inserting Shapes
3)Inserting and Image
4)Slide Transitions
5)Adding Animations
Creating an Effective Presentation
1.
Minimize
: Keep slides counts to a minimum to maintain a clear message and to keep the audience attentive. Remember that the presentation is just a visual aid. Most information should still come from the reporter.2.
Clarity
: Avoid being to fancy by using font style that is easy to read. Make sure that it is also big enough to be read by the audience. Once you start making your presentation, consider how big the screen is during your report.3.
Simplicity
: Use bullets or short sentences. Summarize the information on the screen to have your audience focus on what the speaker is saying than on reading the slide. Limit the content to six lines and seven words per line. This is known as the 6 x 7 rule.4.
Visual
: Use graphics to help in your presentation but not too many to distract the audience. In addition, instead of using table of data, use charts and graphs.5.
Consistency
: Make your design uniform. Avoid having different font styles and backgrounds.6.
Contrast
: Use a light font on dark background or vice versa. This is done so that it is easier to read. In most instances, it is easier to read on screen if the background is dark. This is due to the brightness of the screen. LESSON 6: Imaging and Design for Online Environment
PHOTO EDITING
Photo editing encompasses the processes of altering images, whether they are digital photographs, traditional photo chemical photographs, or illustrations. Traditional analog image editing is known as photo retouching, using tools such as an airbrush to modify photographs, or editing illustrations with any traditional art medium.
Graphic software programs
Which can be broadly grouped into vector graphics editors, raster graphics editors, and 3D modelers are the primary tools with which a user may manipulate, enhance, and transform images. Many image editing programs are also used to render or create computer art from scratch.
BASIC OF IMAGE EDITING
RASTER IMAGESare stored in a computer in the form of a grid of picture elements or pixels.
VECTOR IMAGESsuch as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape and etc. are used to create and modify vector images, which are stored as descriptions of lines, Bezier curves and text instead of pixels.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RASTER AND VECTOR IMAGES
RASTER IMAGESuse many colored pixels or individual building blocks to form a complete image JPEGs, GIFs and PNGs are common raster image types. Almost all of the photos found on the web and in print catalogs are raster images.
VECTOR IMAGES alternatively, allow for more flexibility. Constructed using mathematical formulas rather than individual colored blocks, vector file types such as EPS, AI and PDF are excellent for creating graphics that frequently require resizing. 3. 3D MODELING (OR MODELLING) is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any three dimensional surface of an object via specialized software. The product is called a 3D model. It can be displayed as a two-dimensional image through a process called 3D rendering or used in a computer simulation or physical phenomena. The model can also be physically created using 3D printing devices.
IMAGE FORMATS
Ø JPEG is a commonly used method of lossy compression for digital images, particularly for those images produced by a digital photography.
Ø PNG (PORTABLE NETWORK GRAPHICS) is a raster graphics file format that supports lossless data compression.
Ø GIF a lossless format for image files that supports both animated and static images.
Ø BMP is a raster graphics image used to store bitmap digital images
Ø EPS used in vector-based images in Adobe Illustrator.
Ø SVG is an XML-based vector image format for two-dimensional graphics w/ support for interactivity and animation
Ø .3ds is one of the file formats used by the Autodesk 3Ds Max 3D Modelling, animation and rendering software.
Ø .fbx is an exchange format, in particular for interoperability between Autodesk products and other digital content creation software
FEATURES OF IMAGE EDITORS
SELECTION One of the prerequisites for many of the app mentioned below is a method of selecting part(s) of an image, thus applying a change selectively without affecting the entire picture
Ø MARQUEE TOOL for selecting rectangular or other regular polygon-shaped regions
Ø LASSO TOOL for freehand selection of a region
Ø MAGIC WAND TOOL selects objects or regions in the image defined by proximity of color or luminance
LAYERS which are analogous to sheets of transparent acetate, stacked on top of each other, each capable of being individually positioned, altered and blended with the layers below, w/o affecting any of the elements on the other layers. IMAGE SIZE resize images in a process often called image scaling, making them larger, or smaller. High image resolution cameras can produce large images which are often reduced in size for Internet use.
CROPPING creates a new image by selecting a desired rectangular portion from the image being cropped. The unwanted part of the image is discarded. Image cropping does not reduce the resolution of the area cropped.
CLONING uses the current brush to copy from an image or pattern. It has many uses: one of the most important is to repair problem areas in digital photos.
IMAGE ORIENTATION – Image editors are capable of altering an image to be rotated in any direction and to any degree. Mirror images can be created and images can be horizontally flipped or vertically flopped. Rotated image usually require cropping afterwards, in order to remove the resulting gaps at the image edges.
PERSPECTIVE – is the art of drawing solid objects on a two- dimensional surface so as to give the right impression of their height, width, depth and position in relation to each other when viewed from a particular point.
SHARPENING AND SOFTENING– Sharpening makes images clearer. Too much sharpening causes grains on the surface of the image. Softening makes images softer that removes some of the highly visible flaws. Too much causes the image to blur.
SATURATION- is an expression for the relative bandwidth of the visible output from a light source. As saturation increase, colors appear more “pure.’’ As saturation decreases, colors appear more ‘’ washed-out.’’
CONTRAST AND BRIGHTENING
Contrast of images and brighten or darken the image. Underexposed images can be often be improved by using this feature.
Brightening lightens the image so the photo brightens up. Brightness is a relative expression of the intensity of the energy output of a visible light source.
Adjusting contrast means adjusting brightness because they work together to make a better image.
PHOTO MANIPULATION
Photo manipulation involves transforming or altering a photograph using various methods and techniques to achieve desired results. Some photo manipulations are considered skillful artwork while others are frowned upon as unethical practices, especially when used to deceive the public, such as hat used for political propaganda , or to make a product or person look better.
DIFFERENCES PHOTO EDITING – signifies the regular process used to enhance photos and to create them ‘’Actual editing simple process’’. Also includes some of the regular programs used for editing and expose how to use them. PHOTO MANIPULATION – includes all simple editing techniques and have some manipulation techniques like erasing, adding objects , adding some graphical effects, background correction, creating incredible effect, change elements in an image, adding styles , eliminating blemishes from a person’s face and changing the features of a person’s body.
b.) Infographics
also known as data visualization, information design, and communication design
It is any graphic that display and explains information, whether that be data or words. When we use the term ‘’infographics’’, we’re using it as a general term used to describe data presented in a visual way.
Infographics are important because they change the way people find and experience stories. Infographics are being used to augment editorial content on the web, it create a new way of seeing the world of data, and they help communicate complex ideas in a clear and beautiful way.

LESSON 7: Online Platforms for ICT Content Development
1.Facebook
Posted on
February 13, 2017
Marketplace – allows members to post, read and respond to classified ads.
Groups – allows members who have common interests to find each other and interact.
Events – allows members to publicize an event, invite guests and track who plans to attend.
Pages – allows members to create and promote a public page built around a specific topic.
Presence technology – allows members to see which contacts are online and chat.
Within each member’s personal profile, there are several key networking components. The most popular is arguably the Wall, which is essentially a virtual bulletin board. Messages left on a member’s Wall can be text, video or photos. Another popular component is the virtual Photo Album. Photos can be uploaded from the desktop or directly from a smartphone camera. There is no limitation on quantity, but Facebook staff will remove inappropriate or copyrighted images. An interactive album feature allows the member’s contacts (who are called generically called “friends”) to comment on each other’s photos and identify (tag) people in the photos. Another popular profile component is status updates, a microbloggingfeature that allows members to broadcast short Twitter-like announcements to their friends. All interactions are published in a news feed, which is distributed in real-time to the member’s friends.
Facebook offers a range of privacy options to its members. A member can make all his communications visible to everyone, he can block specific connections or he can keep all his communications private. Members can choose whether or not to be searchable, decide which parts of their profile are public, decide what not to put in their news feed and determine exactly who can see their posts. For those members who wish to use Facebook to communicate privately, there is a message feature, which closely resembles email.
2. Instagram
Instagram is an online mobile photo-sharing site that allows its users to share pictures and videos either publicly or privately on the app, as well as through a variety of other social networking platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Flickr. Originally, a distinctive feature was that it confined photos to a square shape, similar to Kodak Instamatic and Polaroid SX-70 images, in contrast to the 4:3 aspect ratio typically used by mobile device cameras. In August 2015, version 7.5 was released, allowing users to upload media captured in any aspect ratio. Users can also apply digital filters to their images. Videos on Instagram debuted in June 2013, allowing prerecorded square standard definition resolution clips of up to 15 seconds to be shared; later improvements added support for widescreenresolutions of up to 1080p and longer recording times for either prerecorded (up to one minute) or disappearing live (up to one hour) videos.
Instagram was created by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, and launched in October 2010 as a free mobile app. The service rapidly gained popularity, with over 100 million active users as of April 2012[10][11] and over 300 million as of December 2014.[12] Instagram is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.[13]Support for the app is available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Windows 10 devices and Android handsets, while third-party Instagram apps are available for BlackBerry 10 and Nokia-Symbian Devices.
3. Twitter
Twitter is an online news and social networking service where users post and interact with messages, “tweets,” restricted to 140 characters. Registered users can post tweets, but those who are unregistered can only read them. Users access Twitter through its website interface, SMS or a mobile device app.[10] Twitter Inc. is based in San Francisco, California, United States, and has more than 25 offices around the world.
Twitter is about learning and adding value
It is also about adding value to others by giving or sharing something valuable to them so that they are able to learn something. That is why I usually tweet about stuff that I read, learned or have good value. I have learned so much from the others that is why I love twitter. It is also about helping others, I disagree with many‘experts’ that say you should only follow ‘influential’ users because I don’t judge someone that way, and because I believe the people at Twitter don’t believe in them either. I also disagree that you should only share your own stuff otherwise you will dilute your brand. Sure it makes sense but 24/7 sharing your own blog post and following influential people?
BLOGGING SITES
Weebly
Weebly is one of the easiest website builders in the market. They allow you to drag and drop content into a website, so it’s very intuitive to use (click here to see our opinion on Weebly).
By using Weebly’s website building elements, you can literally drag them into your website and have a website built relatively quickly, and painlessly. The beauty of this system is that you can pretty much drag the elements to wherever you want – so it’s not very restrictive on where and how you place your website content.
Weebly’s elements include pictures, paragraphs, videos, buttons, maps, contact forms – basically all the basics for website building.
2. Tumblr
Tumblr is a popular microblogging platform designed for creative self-expression. It is considered a mindful alternative to Facebook and other social media websites where users blog on a myriad of topics.
You can link your Tumblr account to other social networks you use and you can feed your traditional blog or other RSS feed to your Tumblelog. You can also create static pages such as your own Questions page that people are automatically taken to when they ask you a question. If you want to make your Tumblelog look more lie a traditional website, you can do it by adding pages. You can make your Tumblelog private or just make specific posts private as needed, and you can schedule posts to publish in the future.
Tumblr is perfect for people who don’t need a full blog to publish lengthy posts. It’s also great for people who prefer to publish quick multimedia posts, particularly from their mobile devices. Tumblr is also a great choice for people who want to join a larger community. If a blog is too much or too big for you, but Twitter is too small or too little for you and Instagram isn’t versatile enough for you, then Tumblr might be just right for you.
It’s also easy to invite other people to contribute to your Tumblelog.
If you want to track your stats, you can add any analytics tracking code to your Tumblelog. Some users will even burn a feed with Feedburner, create custom themes, and use their own domain names
3. Pinterest
Pinterest is a free website that requires registration to use.Users can upload, save, sort, and manage images—known as pins—and other media content (e.g., videos) through collections known as pinboards. Pinterest acts as a personalized media platform. Users can browse the content of others in their feed. Users can then save individual pins to one of their own boards using the “Pin It” button, with pinboards typically organized by a central topic or theme. Users can personalize their experience by pinning items, creating boards, and interacting with other members. The end result is that the “pin feed” of each user displays unique, personalized results.
Content can also be found outside of Pinterest and similarly uploaded to a board via the “Pin It” button, which can be downloaded to the bookmark bar on a web browser, or be implemented by a webmaster directly on the website. They also have the option of sending a pin to other Pinterest users and email accounts through the “Send” button. Some websites include red and white “pin it” buttons on items, which allow Pinterest users to pin them directly.
Initially, there were several ways to register a new Pinterest account. Potential users could either receive an invitation from an already registered friend, or they could request an invitation directly from the Pinterest website that could take some time to receive. An account can also be created and accessed by linking Pinterest to a Facebook or Twitter profile. When a user re-posts or re-pins an image to their own board, they have the option of notifying their Facebook and Twitter followers. This feature can be managed on the settings page.
On the main Pinterest page, a “pin feed” appears, displaying the chronological activity from the Pinterest boards that a user follows.
A “board” is where the user’s pins are located. Users can have several boards for various items such as quotes, travel or, most popularly, weddings. A “pin” is an image that has either been uploaded or linked from a website. Once users create boards and add pins, other users can now repin, meaning they can pin one user’s image to their board as well. Once the user has set up their account and boards, they can browse, comment, and like other pins. Users might be discouraged by repeated images and difficult-to-follow direct linking features. Pinterest has also added the option of making boards “secret” so that the user can pin to and view boards that only the user can see when logged into their own account.
Pinterest does not generate its own content; rather, it draws from many resources around the web and compiles them in one convenient location for users.

EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGY
EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION THROUGH SUCCESS
Based, Of the previous lessons that I have learned about this subject; Is how does The world continue to innovate and lived with the modern technology that serves as a necessity for every human activity. Technology brings us together even from a distance. This subject avails us to gather more information typically to students like me who find reading tons of books just to come up with specific information. Empowerment Technologies as associated with Technology, lead the way to the Internet that gives aid in making our lives easier and convenient, therefore every one of us acknowledges the Internet as a reliable source for more knowledge to develop and accomplish more things that a person is unable or difficult to do. Along with it, I understand more that links in with the use of different devices such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, and many more devices making our lives more sufficient and less time-consuming.
HISTORY OF THE COMPUTER
In our first lesson, I’ve learned about the history of the computer. On how does computer started and how it changes, innovate in a span of years. In addition to that, it also taught me about basic computer understanding like how does it start and how does it work. From this subject I’ve also learned about the different search engines that will be very helpful for us to gather the information that is relevant and advance. Not just that, E-Tech also enhances and expanded my vocabulary and one’s own spatial and critical thinking. These words that I have learned from this subject are of course are all related to technology. For example, those abbreviated words that are difficult for me to understand and to determine. With the help of this subject, I became more knowledgeable about what is the use of typical; devices. For instance, the word “bug”, before I’m not familiar with any terminologies related to “bug” but the insect only word is the thing that crosses my mind, but on the computer, bugs may have subtle effects or cause the program to crash or freeze the computer. The difference between USB and Flash drive also became clearer to me.
ONLINE SAFETY, SECURITY, ETHICS, AND ETIQUETTE
Surfing the internet is fun, but we have to be aware and set some limits to keep ourselves safe from any harm and malicious content that is not appropriate for our age. We have to be cautious about every detail that we are going to add to the internet because these details cause a vulnerable risk that apparently might affect your way of living. Following these given precautionary measures will not just keep us safe from strangers but it can also ensure the security of the devices that we’re using. I also remember one time when our teacher is discussing this lesson she asked us about our experience with social media flaming and so on. So I shared my experience to the class that one time when I’m scrolling to Facebook a stranger took a screenshot of my account with a caption “Noob Ignorant bitch who shared my shared post without reacting, Malayo ka ba sa kabihasnan sizst?!” and I was like okay HAHAHAHHAHA but I really got mad when I opened my Facebook account that she’s using my Facebook account as an example of stupidity. So, I confront her, but she blocked me but because I’m fuming mad and I can’t help it I find ways to reach out to her parents and I told them what does their daughter is doing with social media.
This subject also scopes up about the tips to be safe online for instance:
· Do not accept terms and conditions, read it.
· Do not share your password with anyone
· Do not talk to strangers whether it is online or face-to-face.
· Avoid downloading anything from untrusted website.
MICROSOFT WORD
Microsoft Word is everything. Microsoft also come with different applications for different uses these are: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Access, and SharePoint. Microsoft is a very useful tool application for me, especially for document-making and editing. As a student especially a Senior High student Microsoft Word is not just important it is also reliable as it helps me to compile everything I needed to pass with particularly with my paper works and home works. I have learned using mail merge wherein I can send the same document to several addresses at once, yet if you’re going to try it you still need to customize it yourself. Imagine living in this particular time without Microsoft Word imagining the idea, it would be difficult.
MANIPULATING TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND IMAGES TO CREATE ICT CONTENT INTENDED TO ONLINE ENVIRONMENT
Comes in range with different elements to come up with a graphical design. There are many photo editing applications to make some changes and to enhance photo quality. In this lesson that showcases how does designs is widely accommodating with business posters and logo to captivate the attention of the people.
MAKING INFOGRAPHICS USING CANVA
Have you seen a compilation of certain information in one look in a form of the graphical and most creative way? Here come infographics that come up in different ways of interpreting data in many forms. This is helpful to understand a topic utilizing Human visual ability from patterns. Yes, seems like infographics is another way of communication to present information in a trendy way.
We couldn’t deny the fact that technology becomes part of our life, it brought us a better life of understanding communicating and innovating, and learning. We encounter Technology whenever we go. Technology is a reliable instrument we’re using especially during this difficult time. Technology helps us especially a student like me to work efficiently with my studies, submitting my requirements, and to have more ideas to adapt and fill the gap with the very demanding occurrence of our lives. With technology, our lives become more flexible with the use of our gadgets and internet connection, for example, my father, with the use of technology he doesn’t have to go into their office just to send his forms of schedule he just logs in from a website and fills the forms for his attendance and schedules.
Technology is also good for our economy and for those business sectors to advertise their products and services. It also helps them to expand their profitability and to provide a better management with their competitors, with this subject there are a lot of things we could learn that we can benefit from, it only depends on us if we will let technology become a useful tool or the technology to use us.
“Technology will not Replace great teacher but Technology in the hand of Great teachers can be transformational” ~George Couros~

3 Steps To A Happy Relationship
I have spent a lot of time with couples who have difficulty communicating in their relationships. One of the first questions he asked was, "Is it always difficult to talk to each other?" The answer is not always. But over time, the inability to connect via oral communication has diminished. It is interesting to note that I am more likely to see this in couples under the age of 40. I believe this is true because this population group grew up with a mobile device attached to their hips and hands and never had to rely on basic interpersonal skills. And there are three areas that often give us troubles when trying to communicate. Also Read: https://blogginggyan.wordpress.com/2020/07/25/keys-to-be-successful-in-business-marketing/
The first area of concern is etiquette. In many cases etiquette and basic etiquette are absent in my younger couples. This can be true at any age, the crowd of people 40 and older lacks the art of gentleness (please let me know I'm not doing normal. Now I only see these couples).
I have written a long story about it. In careful communication with our spouse, we do not respond to texts, e-mails and call calls. I know its faults from time to time. But both me and my wife are very good at expressing their needs in this conversation. It was on this day, when we turned to water, that I started talking about my next financial responsibilities. In seconds he asked if we could talk about it now. The water point was to enjoy the sunset and the wildlife. After a while the conversation stopped and we were able to enjoy our evening and talk about more meaningful things.
By showing them respect and fulfilling their wishes, we were able to connect with each other and with the source. He requested He was not rude. I did not leave him. We had a wonderful evening. Courtesy paved the way.
Another area that attracts couples to open my doors is their struggles. Eventually, when two or more people get together, misunderstandings and confusion arise. However, if you are "fighting all over", this can be a door that leads to greater intimacy. Let me try to make it easy. See the section above etiquette and etiquette. It is very important that at the beginning of a difficult conversation, you are fully present and investing in the process.
I am calling couples in the midst of heavy discussion, turning off the television, and doing everything else to avoid intimacy. Because that is what is important. Be sensitive and resistant to change. There are many tools that can help simplify the logic. It would be helpful to do some research and make it available (and agreed) before the fight. In these situations, it is better to be active than reactive.
The last thing I want to mention is the "sorry" section. Therefore many people have apologized. We do not say anything. Or we don't mean it. You know the old saying that the best excuse has changed behavior. But before we get to that point, it starts with these words coming back from our lips. Forgive me. And do you know that not every pardon is an admission of guilt? You can feel sorry for hurting someone. You may regret that someone misunderstood what you said. It is most important to say this. Provides clarity. Make adjustments. Be open, be weak and move on. This is a very straightforward process. Read Also: https://blogginggyan.wordpress.com/2020/07/25/keys-to-be-successful-in-business-marketing/
By following these three steps, you should have a good way of communicating and achieving intimacy in your relationship. If you are polite, you will usually be welcomed with kindness in return. If you have discussions that are acceptable to both in the face of heated debate, then you have reduced the intensity by at least a third. And sorry to say sorry and I'm sensitive. When we are closed, the best we can hope for is a relationship of little progress and superficial communication. And if you are still reading this. I doubt you want more of your relationship.
