My position as well as other Russians is that, Lama Zopa Rimpoche continues practising the stilling of a Foundation who belings to the Geluk Community and isn't a personal possession of his own, with the complicity of AKA Justin, and other droppers like Osel Hita and is posible a legal and argumental process to gain Nepalese control over their institutions together or separately. We encorage the Russian Government to support the Telo Rinpoche opinion on the case of the Institution of Roerich, as well to finance an umbrela rectory section in Buriatya for the World Buddhist Association of Chang III, Bangladesh, with approval of Telo Rinpoche, snd support to recieve students and any other activities appearing in mind.
