During my visit to the one of orphanage and homeless school called @lovingheartsuganda In Kabale district, Lake Bunyonyi and I had yoga with them then I told them the benefits of yoga in to their life's if they take it has their daily basis activities. Yoga can develop your physical and mental strength. Another side effect of yoga is that it will help you develop some truly incredible mental and physical strength. The whole point of yoga is to work on your body’s strength so that you can sit for longer in meditation, and the physical investment in the stretches and positions ensures that you’ll experience plenty of physical strength benefits as a result. The breathing exercises can improve your lung capacity, and lunges and stretches can increase your core strength as well as every muscle you can think of; meanwhile, the exercises force you to focus on the moment, and during meditation, to clear your mind, which helps alleviate stress and improve your mental health. So I need to thank @AtukundaDidan for inviting me to share with the kids and he also runs the Safari company called #Mambogorrilassafari so check out for cheap traveling. #traveling #kidsyoga #travelwithyoga #bunyonyiviewresort #meditation #yogastudio #meditationspace #yogastrength #yogapuravida #yogaforeveryone #yogatransformation #yogainspiration #yogamovement #yogajourney #slumyoga #IndianHighCommission #inspiremeafricainitiative (at Bunyonyi view Resort) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3gko5gBZAu/?igshid=18igm4ekpfinb

Is Uganda Gorilla Tracking Providing Travelers The Best Wonders Of Adventure?
What Makes Uganda Different from any other traveler destination in the world? Is it Uganda Gorilla Tracking or else? You should have the answer to this question before you plan your next vacation to this land, as Churchill said “the Pearl of Africa”. Uganda is the unbeaten hotspot in the world for its many hidden wonders like the significant River Nile, the very powerful waterfall Murchison, the highest Mountain Range the Mt. Rwenzori, the Virunga Volcanoes, Lake Bunyonyi, sandy tropical beaches, Mountain Gorillas, impressive Chimpanzees and after all the friendly local people. Uganda has a lot to offer to all the people who come to visit this wonderful country.
Relax under a tree during the Uganda Gorilla Tracking on the sandy beaches along the equator and pleasure in weather with temperatures around 22 degrees Celsius throughout the year while you are on a trip of Gorilla Trekking in Uganda; this is the perfect weather for a holiday even in 2 rainy seasons. There isn’t any other African safari country on the continent just as Uganda a country that even stunned the ancient explorers. They were thrilled by its splendor, its natural wonders, and amazing people. Uganda’s scenic wonders- savannahs, wildlife, lakes and rivers; and the personal interaction with the local people of Uganda appealed so much to Winston Churchill that he described it as the “Pearl of Africa” even before tracking of gorillas and chimps.
Where should you go for Uganda Gorilla Tracking? Gorillas thrive in the tropical and subtropical forests that run along the equatorial belt. Gorillas live in Central Africa, near the equator. This is the only area where they find their necessary resources to meet their needs. One of the most interesting fact about Gorillas is they rarely drink water directly from a river or lake, as they obtain it from their vegetable foods. This unique species is on the verge of extinction. Human activities are the major reasons why the number of gorillas continuously decreasing year by year. Bush meat trade, which means poachers hunt gorillas and sell their meat locally and overseas, is the biggest problem. Scientists estimate that gorillas in the wild are bound to disappear in the next 10 to 20 years if this illegal activity is not stopped. Save this species, that matches 99% with the human DNA.
Don’t try to go for Uganda Gorilla Tracking without an experienced guide like us. We Gatatu Safaris have been operating Gorilla Trekking since years and have acquired a lot of experience in trekking Gorillas. Gorillas always keep on moving from place to place. Only the experienced guides can chase them and find them nesting under the bush. There are instances that, travelers with inexperienced guides have searched days together to trek Gorillas, but failed. Hence choose the right one before your trip. We are the most reliable local agency having a worldwide reputation in arranging different Safaris within every budget you like. Our strong network with the hotel and resort owners would help you finding the best accommodation where you can chill in peace after the hectic Gorilla Trekking.
