@chadhargrove1 ・・・ Ah, the Bulgarian Split Squat... Dare I say it, but it could be the best leg exercise out there. By all means, disagree, but it's a tough one to top. Edit: SHIT I SPELT PARALLEL WRONG. Big time glutes and quads, single leg hip stability, and hip mobility due to the seperation the hips through, differentiating it from the typical squat. Amazing for anyone that walks or runs. Athletes or regular people. It'll rev up your metabolism too. Just remember to control on the way down and if it's too hard -- and it may well be -- start off learning to split squat first. Prepare for the burn and give it a shot. Sets as low as 5 and high as however crazy you are.
