Still trying to hold on to these little baby abs during this bulk. —————————————— My best advice is to try everything- all different types of workouts. See what works for YOU so that the process is enjoyable and the results are long-term. I do a lot of unilateral work for both lower and upper body. (Lunges, split squats, step ups and one-arm exercises whenever I can). Isolation work does my body right, and when I’m not going slow and steady with the weights, I’m jumping on shit. I love it. It makes it fun. I never get bored. The results will come a lot faster when you learn to enjoy the journey.
