watching Buffy TVS 6x01 for the first time. i swear to god if you don’t let that poor girl stay dead. i cannot imagine a more selfish thing to do than raise your friend who chose to die just because what??? you can? you miss her? like i get it but dead means dead. all my homies hate willow in 6x01.

btvs 5x19–5x22 is a perfect 4-episode run of television and btvs 6x01–6x04 is a perfect 4-episode run of television. buffy fans were eating good in 2001

we don't talk enough about how the 6x01 Buffybot line about marzipan is actually a subtle reference to the Goncharov theme on the power of repression. how the Buffybot saying it showcases that Buffy herself knew she was dooming her romance with Faith because she was repressing her true desires. and the making-the-bed-together dream sequence in 4x15 is obviously a callback to the Goncharov car chase!
