Buffy would kill the love of her life to save the world, but she could never hurt her sister. Cool. I'm normal about that.
#SIBLING RELATIONSHIPS THAT MAKE ME CHEW GLASS#I LOVE IT WHEN SOMEONE'S SIBLING IS THE ONE THEY LOVE MOST#the end of season two is incredible for a lot of reasons#but i especially enjoy that buffy was willing to stab angel if it was necessary to save the world#she was in a trolly problem and she flipped the lever#then in season five it's a similar situation (kill one person to save everyone)#but when it's dawn she can't be the pragmatic one#buffy would sacrifice every ounce of her own happiness to save others#but never dawn#also i'm not trying to say that buffy doesn't love angel#i think (especially in season two) he's one of the most important people to her#and that's what makes her choice to kill him so significant#she isn't thinking with her heart#she can't#she's the slayer#buffy the vampire slayer#btvs#buffy summers#dawn summers#angel btvs#bangel
