Three years ago today I finally got to see this with my own eyes when @raynakingstonauthor, @babers_stinson, and myself arrived in Budapest after a very long train ride from Bucharest. It was an overnight stop for us that didn’t last long enough. We all found Budapest to be breathtakingly beautiful and majestic. I will never forget the instant tears in my eyes as the cab driver approached this bridge. I had always dreamed of seeing it close up then I got to ride across the Danube I’m a cab over his bridge out of all seven in the city. The short time is that city was much too short for us and I look forward to the day out now growing family can visit it properly!
