Happy birthday Toga, sweetheart! You're like a daughter or a sister to me and I love you, you rabid gremlin you. I wish I could hold you right now in a bear hug. ;-; I'd buy you the Hello Kitty bandaids I know you like and possibly every teddy bear at the store. You're growing up to be a stunning young woman and I'm proud of you.

However, I can't help but feel like I failed? More so–I just wish we could give you more. You have so much potential. When you disguised yourself as that Shiketsu girl and you told us about your day at the provisional license thing and what you got to do...I just want that for you. A life as a hero. A life where you aren't feared or looked down upon. It's probably too late for an old man like me but you? You still have your whole life ahead of you.

I love you, kiddo. I know you can do anything you put that brilliant mind to. Give them hell Toga.
