#ahhh now i see it#tis not merely trying to replace emotional pain#sometimes it's just trying to replace other more unwelcome and problematic physical issues#in case anyone reads through the lines here#no#im absolutely fine and safe and unharmed just it would be nice if i had some other physical distraction from nausea#bu tnope i am not even doing the innocent litlte things like wrenching fingers out of joint (and they never stay that way either anyway) i#am being a v good chile#and i am peacefully and annoyedly taking meself off to hopefully sleep it off#hahaha whch is foolish of me bc its kinda a fact of life at this point#disregard me rambling#catkin rambles
