Two more B-1B bombers are deployed in Spain

The two recent B-1B bombers arrived in Morón for the latest deployment of the bomber task force in Europe.

Two U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancers bombers landed this week at Morón Air Base, Spain, totaling four USAF bombers at the station and completing the arrival of the Bomber Task Force (BTF) 24-2 on Tuesday (03/26).

The bombers transited to Europe passing through the Barents Sea. Throughout the missions, the four U.S. aircraft operated in international airspace and in full compliance with international law.

"Our ability to maneuver through the Arctic and position advanced strategic bombers in Europe is critical to ensuring our Allies and partners our commitment to regional security and stability," said General James Hecker, commander of the U.S. Air Forces in Europe - Africa Air Forces and NATO Allied Air Command. “The global security environment requires a forward-looking approach and we will continue to face this challenge through strategic planning and innovative operations,” he added.

This mission shows the continuous and dynamic operations of the US in the European and Arctic regions, adapting to the evolving security environment alongside the Allies and partners.

The BTF 24-2 is a routine part of the Large-Scale Global Exercise 2024, a generic term that incorporates dozens of separate U.S. military exercises and activities, under multiple combatant commands, that allow the U.S. Joint Force to train with Allies and partners and improve shared understanding, trust and interoperability in security challenges around the world.

The bombers and support personnel will carry out a series of missions to train alongside the Allies and partners during the deployment. Through these missions, USAFE-AFAFRICA allows the dynamic use of forces in the European theater, providing strategic predictability and guarantee to the Allies and partners, while contributing to deterrence, introducing greater operational unpredictability for potential opponents.

Fuck sorry no okay I thought of something more for my Hosie Jujutsu Kaisen AU

ok ok ok so Mikaelson family are like infamous. So I think in this AU, it would make sense if they're part of the Big Three Families (like Gojo clan, Kamo clan, Zen'in clan).

The other family that would be part of the BTF would I think be the Gemini Coven (I think I'll leave them as that name instead of like idfk listen I only watched LGCS and TO bear with me here I'm so sorry) as that is the only logical thing in my mind (also, I have decided that everyone in the Gemini Coven's Domain Expansion is called Prison World--because again, iirc they're the only ones on the show that can create a prison world so it would make sense--but like each of their Prison World Domain would be different/represents the person themselves. So like Josie's Domain Expansion: Prison World would maybe have something to do with school library/studying to reflect her character from LGCS or IDK I didn't think THAT far ahead other than everyone in the Gemini Coven's Domain Expansion is called Prison World)

For the third family that's part of the Big Three Families, I think it'd be interesting if it was Malivore.

We didn't get a lot about Malivore in LGCS other than he's just a goopy goop that wipes out a creature's existence if they fall into him. So I think if I were to just make Malivore into just. A guy or more like, a powerful family (I've already made some Malivore lore for my Hosie Omegaverse fic that I haven't touched in a while) would help me figure out a better way to write this apparent Hosie JJK AU fic that I've decided I will now hyperfixate on. And it would be nice to rope in other characters and figure their story out and their relationship to the main premise of why I'm writing out this long-ass ramble about a niche AU/crossover lmao (like maybe Landon and Rafael get accepted into Jujutsu High after they experienced some deep shit with curses--kinda similar to how they got brought to Salvatore school. Landon, like in the show, doesn't know he's actually from the Malivore family and discovers this along the way with Hope and the twins and Super Squad and oh man if this supposed one-shot AU fic becomes a series I will punt myself into the sun)

And I think it would help me figure out even MORE on how to turn this AU into a Hosie thing.

Originally I was wondering--because of age--Hope would be a 3rd year while Josie and Lizzie would be 1st years, but I wanted Hope and the twins to be more of like a team. I don't know I'll try and figure this bit out. But I think maybe they knew each other when they were younger and ofc Josie has a crush on Hope since childhood because of how cool and pretty Hope is and as they grew up, that childhood crush turns into like full on Josie is pining mad hard for Hope.

Oh yeah, so, Hope would 100% without a doubt be a Special-Grade Sorcerer to reflect her Tribrid status. it just makes sense.

The twins, because I've decided that they do have curse energy but it's so fucking faint that it feels as though they don't... Maybe they'd be 1st or 2nd-Grade Sorcerers. I'll have to go back and read up on the different Grades (or maybe use this as an excuse to rewatch JJK teehee)

Anyways, sorry, back to the Hosie wow I'm sorry I am rambling anyway

So yeah, I think it's a "they fell first but they fell harder" thing. Though I do want to bring in the canon fact that Hope had a crush on Josie in her teens into this AU somehow. I mean maybe she still does. Maybe Josie continues to crush on Hope and sees how amazing of a sorcerer she is and wants to get stronger as a sorcerer so she can feel worthy to stand beside Hope and fight alongside her.

Hope probably develops a crush on Josie when Josie comforts Hope and is there for her when something happened to the Mikaelson family--or more specifically Hope's parents, leaving her an orphan. Hope appreciates Josie's warmth and kindness and maybe notices her more now (kinda also like in the show, ESPECIALLY the "quiet things heard" episode. like Hope being hyperaware and perceptive with/about Josie in that quiet way and secretly looking out for her is hella cute).

The brain bees are ruminating. I'm gonna have to really plan this out properly if I'm going to make this AU work

hopefully this will just be a one-shot fanfic but you know what. wouldn' be surprised if I end up making a whole multi-chapter fic for this.

I also don’t believe in the brand candies but Zenith launched pilot series watch amidst the BTF promotion and also gave XZ to promote this watch. This is not a co-incidence anymore.

The name and tag lines they used it seemed that they are promoting Born to Fly like other brands endorsed by WYB did.

I can’t understand, how is Zenith getting benefitted by this? Because I doubt any XZ solo fan will ever buy this watch.

I figured I should address this because so many people contacted me about it. A few of them are shown above.

As most of you probably already know, I don't tend to go in for brand candies. I'm not going to go into why here. I've talked about it a lot in the past.

However, I'm not going to pretend that I don't sometimes scratch my head along with the rest of you when something like this comes along. It's just so 👀.

There's a lot for turtles to clown over with this post:

It's packed to the rafters with turtle references, so it's understandable that BXG would be clowning about the post.

What do I think? Well, I can't say that I believe or buy that these are intentional candies, although I understand people's excitement. It's true that the timing - with DD's Born To Fly film being promoted right now - is very 👀. But that doesn't mean it's intentional.

This PILOT watch is a new release, so it only follows that it's going to be promoted by Zenith on all their social media. GG is their spokesperson, so of course new men's watches released by them are going to be promoted by him.

While we could clown that someone might create an ad that appeals to turtles or references turtle-ish things, we can't clown that the brand would create or release a watch for that purpose, or release a watch to reference the projects of someone who isn't even on their endorsement roster. That's just a bridge too far, I'm afraid.

Any ad referencing pilots is going to talk about the sky and probably feature the sky in its imagery. And the star is Zenith's motif, so those references will frequently appear as well.

So I honestly don't think Zenith is intentionally appealing to turtles with this ad.

I also don't believe that this 'candy' is something that would prevent solos from wanting to buy the watch. We need to be cautious about over-interpreting our own candies to where we think they are obvious to everyone. This is all pretty obscure stuff only turtles are likely making any note of.

However, I can say that the universe sure likes to clown turtles. It's because GG and DD are meant for each other, obviously! The universe is just trying to show turtles some appreciation. 😅

As always, I'm a bit of a wet blanket with the brand candies. Sorry, folks. But this is just my own opinion. If you enjoy this candy, please continue to.

Saturday Film Night: On Track For The Eighties (1980)

Between 1959 and 1980, British Transport Films produced a series of films documenting the many new developments - new services, techniques or equipment - which had taken place since British Railways unveiled their modernization plan in 1955.

This film - the thirteenth and final in the series - looked at some of the innovations which were to take British Rail into the 1980s. These included stronger collaborations with customers, a progress report on the St Pancras-Bedford electrification scheme, new methods of permanent way construction and maintenance, and even an overview of some of BR's seagoing interests.

On Track For The Eighties turned out to be one of the last major productions undertaken by BTF, before its dissolution in 1982 - although BR carried on using the name for its own internal films and videos until about 1986.

Been a long time

Wow. I haven’t been on this account in so long. And so much has happened in the last three years. I missed you all! But as for not posting any chapters of BTF, I deeply apologize! I just got sm things happening in my life for a while and sm has happened to me, that I eventually forgot about this account but more importantly, this story that I once loved and cherished while the SU fandom was so hyped up back then! But now, I have returned and decided to make a few announcements on this day!

Will BTF come back?

Well, yes, yes it will come back. I still have a lot of sorting to do for the story and not to mention, I need to properly post the chapters the right way (not to mention redo the writing bc my writing sucks ass excuse the language). While I did say that I forgot about the series and a lot has happened to me the past three years, I was still thinking of how to properly do the story and how every single character will grow. Basically, I may have to do A LOT of research for this series, but I know it’ll be worth it. So, have patience, and stay tune for more content!

Now, by now, I might’ve abandoned my old Wattpad account that has the story and might’ve made a new one that has a story of two published and still in the works. BUT not only I still have access to my Fanfiction.net account so that one is still good, but I will get back into the old Wattpad account and just keep it alive (or if you guys request it down below, you can ask to put the two stories on my old Wattpad account and put them in my new one)! Now, I also have Instagram, and I have two accounts that I use! One purely for this series and the other is just for my art! I will post links and I’ll post two more links to both of my Wattpad accounts so you can also see my other stories I have published!

So, I humbly thank you all for loving my work and I know I’m not popular or that creative, but I grew up with Steven Universe and to keep it short, I think this ship that I grew to love and cherish has made me do this series to begin with and anything, made me an artist too. I’ve met so many people on here and other platforms that were once friends and now acquaintances, but I’ll never forget those memories and even when SU was still hyped up. I’ll make a better series for the show than what they did in Future and while that was a good ending for Steven, I feel like there would something much better for it. First serially produced Grey Wolf is almost complete

At the Leonardo Helicopters production site in Philadelphia, the final touches are being made on the first MH-139A "Grey Wolf" for the U.S. Air Force.

The start of series production of the first batch, consisting of thirteen helicopters, took place in March. The MH-139A is a co-production between Boeing and Leonardo.

The helicopter is derived from Leonardo's popular civilian AW139. Boeing and Leonardo jointly participated in a U.S. bid to find a successor to eighty UH-1N Huey helicopters operated by the U.S. Air Force Global Attack Command. In 2018, the two manufacturers were informed that the choice fell on the MH-139A.

The new Grey Wolf helicopter was certified in 2022 and is scheduled to be delivered for operation in 2024.

Combining its experience in integrating specialized military equipment with Leonardo's proven design, Boeing expands its commercial derivative aircraft business and provides the U.S. Air Force with a highly capable product with the best value.

Sam was abusing dream, I'm pretty sure everything he said in a post about her. She is guilty of, I'm glad there no longer together I remember her being really unhinged. Taylor was very crazy. I don't openly talk about it because these people are near and dear to their hearts. I mean they were in love. Sorry, for going incognito sometimes I just have to stop and think about things. I don't think twitter is a good place to share opinions. I just want to warn people. I had a friend that was both sexually taken advantage of by Billie eilish and pitbull. I know that sounds bizarre he was also sold on the Mexican drug cartel with his dad. I love his new series the qsmp I think it really has potential sometimes words don't come out the best for me and their frustrating on their own. At one point, I was questioning in my life having a boyfriend if I was gay or not. Which I'm not. My crazy grandfather probably thought it was a good idea to go though surgery so I could become a guy. Basically, sold on the black market for gay people. I mean, I can't recall if the pictures are me in a way it doesn't matter, but in a way it really does, because I care deeply about my friends I know I don't express it enough but I do. I did infact break her foot through a soup connection. I think, dreams heart is broken from sam. I remember taking her a few times to pick up her meds. Her absolutely flipping out on me. I also think Sapnap may be a gay ally. Possibly even gay himself, he seems almost like a predator to me. Keep in mind, these are the genuine memories I can recall to this day. I've known btf and Keemstar for a very long time. Colossal for a few months. We use to smoke cigarettes together and tell stories. At one time I hated my appearance so much I wanted to change it. So, I would wear eye contacts. I'm not sure if I ever dyed my hair or had tattoos.
