So with Grumpbeard being the Bugsnax universe's version of Blackbeard, I thought it would be fun to make a bsnax version of the Gentleman Pirate, Stede Bonnet, considering he and Blackbeard had various interactions as their times as pirates.

So I present you Sneed Pommet the Gentlegrump Pirate!

There's some details about the beginning and end of Sneed's story that I wanted to differ from the real life Stede. One difference being that Sneed ran off to become a pirate as a means to get out of an arrange marriage, rather than already being married and having a family when he did.

But most of the middle where he met, worked with and was later betrayed by Blackbeard, I wanted to stay more or less the same. (I highly recommend Internet Historian's video on The Gentleman Pirate if you want to learn more about Stede's life)

After Grumpbeard stranded Sneed's crew on a sandbar and stripped Sneed's ship bare; Sneed scraped up everything left he could, rallied his crew, and chased Grumpbeard to Snaktooth Island. Unfortunately for Sneed, he never got to see Grumpbeard again. Instead he was attacked by a Mega Maki and forced to retreat with a fraction of his crew.

After that Sneed retired from pirating and changed his name to Tamoz Royaljam. He ended up settling down as a fisherman and marrying Berry Allwarble.
