The Division Bench of Kerala High Court Bench comprising, Hon’ble Mr. Chief Justice S.V.N. Bhatti J and Mr. Justice Basant Balaji J on Friday last restored the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a direction to be issued to the State government to consider and take a decision regarding enactment and implementation of 'The Kerala Prevention of Eradication of Inhuman Evil Practices, Sorcery and Black Magic Bill, 2019'.

The Court had earlier dismissed the PIL for default as no counsel for the petitioner, Kerala Yukthi Vadhi Sangham, had appeared before the Court.

Kerala Yukthi Vadi Sangham initiated the petition in the wake of two horrific human sacrifice in the state, in which two women were slaughtered and their remains dismembered.

Submission of the petitioner:

The petitioner averred that the State was continuously witnessing several incidents of crimes in connection with superstitious beliefs. "It has come types of assaults in connection with the superstitious belief of black magic and witchcraft. For the purposes of God's grace, financial gains, getting jobs, resolving family problems, the birth of children, and for several other desires, some people are practicing black magic and witchcraft of which people belong to the downtrodden, and the children and women are mostly the victims", the petition stated.

Facts:

We are in the 21st Century still “human sacrifice” for material gain is going on. One such case has come to light that which goes back to the year 2022 in the backdrop of Elanthoor in Pathanamthitta district of Kerala.

Two women Roslin and Padmam, selling lottery tickets for their livelihood went missing. Rosly, 49-year-old woman was the first victim of the conniving trio Bhagaval Singh, Laila and Shafi. Roslin went missing since June 6, 2022 and Padmam went missing since September 26, 2022.

Shafi was the main conspirator in the case. Shafi came in contact with Husband wife Bhagwal Singh & Laila through Face Book where he posed himself as Rasheed and lured the couple that he can make them financially rich through human sacrifices.

As per the remand report, Laila killed Rosly by beheading her while Padmam was stabbed by Shafi. The bodies were later cut into several pieces and were buried into the pits in the backyaed of the house of Bhagwal Sigh and Laila.

The ghastly incident came to light when a missing case was registered by Kadawanthara Police by the family of Padman which had led to the revelation of killing of Rosly as well. The PIL is pending before Kerala High Court.

I hate muses who do this because it's deliberately stepping over the ic/ooc line. Under no circumstances should any character who does not know they won't be brutally murdered or worse be willing to step up to Captain Brutalmurder and moon them.

The only reason a character who is not aware of the OOC protections in place should do this is if the character’s a fucking idiot, believes Captain Brutalmurder is not really Captain Brutalmurder, or is grossly overconfident in their ability to defend themselves.

◤(un)popular opinion; i’m not really a fan of muses who pull the ‘i’m not afraid of you, lol’ card with dangerous or powerful muses when they are being threatening ( or even if they appear humble or cute but are full of power ). if it wasn’t for being called god modding, i’m 700% sure these more powerful muses would have, could have, should have killed another muse if they persistently irritate them. especially if the offending character is a run of the mill human. unless your muse has dealt with similar monsters/menacing personalities/dangerous situations - try not to antagonize deadly muses to the point of obvious rage knowing the writer can’t really write them killing your muse even though that is completely in their nature to do so.

All I can say is....wow..if you don't believe in the afterlife or paranormal activity AT ALL, please make a trip to this house. Day visit, or overnight, they will make you believe in ghosts. After last night, I won't ever drive through Villisca, Iowa, to get to my destination. I will find a way around that town lol. We drove past a man at the beginning of our visit there, driving a tractor down the street, Josh waved. Michael waved. That man's blue eyes were frozen, no blink whatsoever, looking straight ahead, as if he wasn't even Alive. I enjoyed myself in the sense that I was able to connect with those children, but the ax murderer was so pissed. I felt a wave of anger and sadness. I felt like these were my kids. I apologize for crying on live, but then i don't give a shit. I felt for those kids. I am an empath. I am in touch with the otherside, emotionally and physically. I knew what I was in for. I wanted to let everyone know we are alive. We had to leave. When the ghosts prove to Josh, the hardest man to convince of anything paranormal that they exist, lol, well, that's all I am going to say.
