I was talking to a coworker and he mentioned something referring to me but was trying to not let on that it was about me and slipped up by using pronouns and all I could think was “ugh wrong pronouns dude” even though I’m literally not out to anyone at work

#like that’s my first thought not oh shit he’s okay with me getting a promotion #no it’s wrong pronouns #bruh I swear my brain is an enigma #but maybe that’s because it’s not surprising to me in the least #like I find it so funny I struggle a lot with social interaction and yet I was able to figure this shit out before I’ve been told anything..#…multiple times #so either a they’re not being nearly as subtle as they think #b I’m less socially inept than I realize #or c I’m bright enough to notice certain patterns of behavior and scheduling and shit #I’d I’m being honest it might be all three but idk
