It drove amazing and the heater actually works. However, the heater valve is original and it started leaking. 1965 Meyer Manxter 2+2

Developed by Bruce Meyer in 1964, the Meyer Manxter 2+2 used the floor pan and powertrain from a Beetle under an in-house developed fiberglass body.  Meyer’s expertise in this field made for a vehicle quite a bit more advanced than any other buggies seen before this. Further adding to the Manxter’s appeal was its simplicity, agility and highly adjustable nature. About 7000 were made between 1964 and 1971 but the simplicity of the design meant that the market was filled with imitators, eventually hurting Meyer’s business.
