Brooke knew anyone in their situation would be freaking out. There was a killer on the loose and they were faced with either telling the cops and something bad happening or not telling the cops and something equally bad happening. “If we go to the police they’ll go after one of us again and the last time that happened I lost Jake.” She didn’t want to recall those memories, for they hurt way more than she wanted to talk about.  “We have to stay calm and try and beat them at their own game. Maybe call Emma and let her know what’s going on? I think she deserves a heads up if the killer is going after us all again.”
