First time for everything

Hello Tumblr world, I'm ashamed to say this is my first post after creating this account a year ago , but hey as he title says first time for everything ! As I go through an all too recent break up, I struggle to find comfort in the things around me , so here I am venting to the strangers of the Internet world and hoping some positive feedback follows. As I sit here writing i find a whole cluster of thoughts I don't know how to organize in my head "where did we go wrong?" "How did I miss the signs?" "why wasn't I good enough to make it work?", but all these thoughts are in vain for it was not me , it takes two to make a relationship and the moment one gives up doesn't matter how hard you fight -one can not keep it all together. I sadly was dumped by text message after being with him for quite some time and I find myself questioning everything I did and where I could've changed. Although my heart is breaking I would like to take this time to conquer the pain and share some wisdom I've learnt in all this with whom ever is willing to listen ( or anyone who has read this far). Just because your heart breaks doesn't mean you've died , you just need to pick yourself up and keep moving .the world will always keep moving around you and even if you feel like the pain will never cease , it will not last forever , you are stronger than you know , braver than you know , and can stand on your own two feet ... Maybe this is the advice I so badly need to hear but if this gets across to one more lonely heart I hope it gives you something to think about and your heart mends .
