Thorn amongst the roses Thursdays Throwback to my first wreath making workshop with the talented and patient @flowersbyroxierose With her methodology of making a wreath. I finished mine in such a short span of time. With her help of course along the way. With materials ready like the frame, cutters, wires and of course the fresh plants. Just a simple brief and we went about with our creations. Each of us had a different way we wanted it to turn out. I love mine, simple and hints of mild colours when you look deeper. Tutu kueh Tuesdays Here's another local business that I've tried, tested and thoroughly enjoyed! @chubtutusg brings to us the traditional tutu kush, revamped! With the standard coconut or peanut. They've added other local favourites like gula melaka and kaya. Not to mention their durian filling. And seasonal flavours like today's nutella. I like that it's not as dry as the normal ones. Makan Mondays Throwback to our 2nd visit to @jewelchangiairport Where I scouted a day before of restaurants and their queue. @tonito_jewelchangi had caught my eyes and there was a tiny window where the queue was relatively shorter. Thankful Thursdays Throwback to a makan session with a fellow Church goer. She is actually a choir member from the Mass in Mandarin on the same evening of the sunset Mass in English.
