it just comes off.. overly hip hop / rap... instead of rock n roll.. .. it's a certain TYPE of personality... that seems to be popular in black (and other races). FOR SOME REASON IT HAS BECOME VERY .. OFTEN... THAT BLACKS.. ARE CHIRPING.. AND ITS NOT OKAY.. ITS RACISM.. TO WHITES... ETC.
