Intruders Pop Up Graffiti Art Exhibition | Azerox & Brim Tats Cru 🇨🇳

I was pleased to be able to take a trip to Guangzhou  in China's Guangdong province to attend the 'Intruders' anniversary which this year was a graffiti pop up exhibition by the artists Azerox who originally comes from Sheffield in the United Kingdom and Brim from the famous New York collective Tats Cru. 

Due to travel restrictions Brim could not make it however he attended by video. The event was organised by Lee GZ from Tattoo 13 Studio's who also put on a great spread with some tasty cold cuts supplied by the newly opened Lee's Diner. 

There was local celebrities passing through including rappers, footballers and actors. The event was very successful and numerous pieces were sold to art collectors. 

 Intruders is a high end custom clothing chain with over 20 stores worldwide including Portugal, Singapore and Indonesia. This Chinese store is located in Zhujiang New Town in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou.

This is The Houston Bowery Wall, a Mural located on Houston St. This mural was created by TATS CRU, a group of Bronx-based graffiti artists turned professional muralists. The current members of TATS CRU are Bio, BG183, Nicer, HOW, and NOSM. TATS CRU were founded by Brim, Bio, BG183 and Nicer. They are The Mural King’s. The Houston Bowery Wall is an art initiative in New York City that invites artists bring a renaissance back for one of the highest regarded mural walls in the United States. Keith Haring made this wall infamous by painting an original mural as a gift to the community in the late 1970's. With ownership of the wall, the Goldman family felt a sense of responsibility to bring art and beauty to the public on a grand scale. With each rebirth, the program will broaden it’s reach to include both established and emerging street artists from throughout the United States and the world who want to share their message of hope, possibility and inspiration to both young and old.
