REVIEW: Tony Moly ➡ Panda’s Dream Brightening Eye Base

COST: ₱350 ➡ Got mine online (link below)

PACKAGING: ➡ CUTE! (I should probably remove this category. Lol) ➡ It comes in a transparent box so you can immediately be tempted to buy the cute panda in it.

DETAILS: ➡ I thought this was a cream you can put on to gradually decrease your eyebags later on. So, I just wanted to let you all know that it isn’t. (I’m so dumb to think it is, cause it actually says BASE.) ➡ You can use it before applying makeup, with or without a concealer…I prefer to use a concealer though.

OVERALL: 2/5 ➡ I’m not a fan of a makeup base. I tried using a concealer on top of this, and I still think a concealer alone would do the trick. You can however try this out and let me know how to properly use it since I’m a huge noob when it comes to cosmetics. The cute panda tricked me into buying it!
