700 g salmon 400 g tomatoes oliveoil 1-2 Pepperoni capern, A eatingspoon a bound of green onion Salt, pepper, herbs de prevance Cut the salmon in thick slices. Cut the tomatoes in half and then in slices. Pepper and salt the tomatoes and salmon. Put the tomatoes and salmons rotationally in a brickfashion in a fatted baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200° . Cut the capern, pepperoni and green onion in small pieces, very small. strew the cut capern, pepperoni and green onions over the tomatoes and salmon. Strew two to three spoons of herbs teh prevance over the dish. Put six big spoons of oliveoil over the dish. Put the dish for 15-20 minutes in the oven. Serve it with either bread or cooked potatoes or pasta.
