Four years ago we received the news that Brian Histands remains were discovered in South Mountain, ending the three year long search effort to find Brian. We have started a fundraising effort in Brian’s name to generate donations towards the second phase of the @middletownskatepark which was Brian’s local park. If we raise enough money a bowl will be built in Brian’s memory. You can find the link to the Go Fund Me page in our bio. Brian Histand fought to get BMX in the Middletown Skatepark. Now that the park is being revamped there is a looming threat that BMX will no longer be allowed. The time has come for the community that Brian loved and fought for, to fight for him.
