Big BreadQuest update today!

4/231 is Lavash! Another new one for me, but I have to say it does a very good job of keeping my wrap wrapped and not breaking everywhere! And if you're looking at the number and saying 'hey, weren't there 233 breads last time?' you are correct! In the time between me printing out a physical list of breads and me looking at the wikipedia article yesterday, two 'breads' were removed. I might do a bonus bread at the end to make up for it, but we'll see!

5/231 is Crepes! I've had them before, still love them.

6/231 is Bollilo! I've had these before too, and they are excellent rolls for stuffing with cheese.

Big BreadQuest Update!

44/231 is Beer Bread! I love beer bread, my mom has a great recipe, but the stuff I got at an Irish restaurant was pretty dang good and came with a bangin' seafood chowder, so an overall win!

45/231 is Roti! Pretty dang good, I think I really just like Indian flatbreads, at this point.

46/231 is Green Onion Pancakes! If anyone is ever in Ankeny, Iowa, go to Hawker's Kitchen and get some of their shrimp pancakes because *damn*. I nearly had to fight my mom for these and it was so worth it. I also had beef bulgogi and taro bingsu for the first time and I loved them both.

47/231 is Crumpet! Eat hot with butter. 10/10 breakfast, I love the texture.

48/231 is Pandesal! I had mine as a dinner bread with loose meat, but I think I'd prefer this at breakfast, so that's what I'll be trying tomorrow.

I have four more breads in my kitchen, waiting for me to get to them, including one bread that says it's a breadstick but I'm not 100% convinced isn't a form of ka'ak, so more research is needed.

21/231 is Pumpernickel! Once in a while I get a craving for it, but it's still not one of my favorite breads. Very good with butter, though.

22/231 is Cornbread! An absolute classic, and I prefer it with honey and butter.

23/231 is Baguette! I used this as an excuse to try some garlic and herb cheese and it was *fantastic*.

And with this, I'm 10% of the way through BreadQuest!
