alice in borderlands oc : shimada mirai ( mirai being her first name ), 25

mirai was known among her friends as being part of the "power couple" with her boyfriend, tanaka kazuo, being in medical school. he was in his residency after medical school and she had just recently started working as a nurse after finishing up her masters. they were always the picture perfect couple meant for greatness until both of them are swept into the games on their way to a long anticipated date after an explosion that rocks shibuya. mirai is under the assumption that she will be okay by his side, until the games start to reveal his true self. kazuo quickly reveals that he will cut anyone down to get through the games even if it wasn't entirely necessary. with little regard for life, he thrives on a power high that scares mirai. it's in a game of loyalty that she indirectly lies to her partner resulting in his death. guilt wracks through her, but there's a relief that comes from knowing that she needn't tread through the games in fear of betrayal anymore. she's a wildly resourceful player and is much more resilient than her soft demeanour would make her out to be. her fatal flaw is she refuses to leave the injured and insists on helping them get back to a stable condition.

the night from hell group verse oc : sarika mehta, 22

sarika was every parent's dream student. known for being top of most of her classes, she was the teacher's pet and always eager to do her best. school came easily to her but it was competition that drove her forward. sarika had a cut throat personality that simmered under her niceties, but for the most part of highschool that stayed under wraps. in her last year of highschool, following much teasing from her friends, she's pushed to let loose and live her life a little. this leads her to making friends with an interesting and rowdy bunch of teenagers keen on playing pranks and causing more chaos than she had anticipated. when they target their year's valedictorian, paige, she's more than eager to help. jealousy for not earning the title drives her forward and she happily aids in the prank that results in paige's last sighting. when paige is later found dead, sarika vows to never speak of her involvement in the prank. she goes into college with the plan of becoming a politician. she majors in law and continues honing the piano skills her parents had drilled into her as a child. when a text lights up her phone, threatening to reveal what they had done to paige, sarika panics. fear of smearing her name before even kick starting her career, she joins the rest in the cabin for a night to remember.

elysian group verse oc : aster monet, 27

aster grows up an angry girl and a poisonous tongue becomes her defensive mechanism. in a house where her parents unhappiness fostered prickly children, she takes on the world like it means to offend her if she doesn't attack first. she's always been known as the mean friend of her group and it doesn't seem like that's bound to change. it's one dying promise that turns her attitude upside down. it was meant to be nothing but fun, that one party. where her and her best friend, taliyah, had said they would do shots until the sun came up. little did aster know that her friend had dabbled in more than just alcohol. and when she insisted on not feeling well, aster kept pushing. in her classic show of tough love, she egged taliyah until she gave in and before long things spiralled out of control. sitting at the edge of the hospital bed, aster found out that taliyah had taken dangerous amounts of codeine prior. just before passing, she made aster promise her one thing: that she would try to take the world with more kindness, including to herself. aster took her promise to heart and with a guilt ridden conscience, moved into a new apartment complex for a new start. still the type of girl to insult with a smile or backhanded compliment, she busied herself in her architecture masters. that was until the lockdowns ensued and the alarms blared...

info found here. but tl;dr is literally just pirate queen set in me and macy's original lore. very charming but sly, ruthless when she needs to be and insanely protective of her crew. does not care at all about what's going on with the noxir and innox, but is just there to make her money and protect those who protect her.

droyi coire oc : dolkar namgay, 35

dolkar was a girl born and raised in the capital, doneros. she lost her parents at the age of six and ten and most people believed it to be an accident. in fact, it was far from it. at six, dolkar had discovered her abilities and that she was noxir. the noxir traits had lain dormant in their family for generations, and was believed to have disappeared from their lineage as a whole. until dolkar had reached for her father's neck one day causing him to gasp for his breathe and have his throat close up. their family's abilities were both a blessing and a curse. the hands of death himself. dolkar's mother had her wear protective gloves since the incident. it wasn't until much later that her mother had realized that dolkar had figured out her powers by the age of five, having experimented on the mice she caught in their house. so when she pressed her bare palm to her mother's chest causing a heart attack, she was left an orphan. she was taken into an orphanage and shuffled between foster homes. no one seemed to learn of her noxir status but death followed the girl and she became more of an omen than a child to love. so dolkar grew up in the orphanage and when she found her freedom, she took to the streets. her abilities went to her head and dolkar developped what seemed like a god complex about her abilities. she momentarily joined an extremist faction of the renegades only to disappear when they became public enemy number one. she now lives in secret among the innox and is known among the noxir as the harbinger of death. a woman with no true motives besides her own power play.

jolene walsh   (   1st row,   left   )   :   based on the song jolene but dolly parton but a much more anti-villlainized version of the song.   jolene is your classic dream girl,  the star of every romantic comedy you could think of.   a vet student,  who charms everyone with her heart of gold and hopeless romantic antics.   with a terrible tendency to grab a bottle when things go south,  she’s made decisions she regrets:  such as sleeping with a man who she hadn’t realized was married until after the fact.   always striving to put a smile on everyone’s face,  she’s a bundle of joy and sunshine personified.

luciana pereira   (   1st row,   middle   )   :   inspired by the novel seven husbands of evelyn hugo,  the oa,  and the treatment of poc in hollywood.  luciana is a girl with a dream,  and a rising starlet who had to forego her identity as a bold brazilian woman to fit into what hollywood wanted her to be.   known as lucy,  an attempt to make her name more hollywood friendly,  she often got shafted for cliche side roles.   just as her fame had begun to climb,  she finds herself the victim of tragedy.   and for seven minutes,  luciana is pronounced dead.   however,  a freak phenomenon brings her back to life,  but she finds herself not whole.   luciana can now see the dead,  and the hollywood’s elegant sweetheart’s sanity begins to spiral.

riddhi chauhan   (   1st row,   right   )   :   it seems like she’s destined for a life of horror and shock.   when riddhi’s parents separate,  her mother’s mental health declines.   it declines to the point that riddhi is taken under the wing of her aunt and when all seems like it’s beginning to go well,   she receives the shock of her life.   riddhi’s mother has been arrested and charged with first degree murder for the murder of her ex husbands new family.   what riddhi doesn’t know is her mother’s sudden snap and murder of her father’s newly built family comes from the persistent brainwashing of a religious cult for women who believed it was their right to rid the world of sinners,  specifically adulterers and men who had wronged their partners.   when her father leaves her a cryptic note left by her mother,  riddhi finds herself elbow deep in solving a mystery she doesn’t know runs deeper than she could’ve imagined      

niran sitwat (som)   (   2nd row,   left   )   :   som was a boy that grew up with little answers to his many questions and the strange occurrences that happened around him.   time seemed to move differently around him and with it came lapses of seeming memory loss.   the doctors couldn’t explain it and neither could his parents.   their lives continue on like any dysfunctional family,  an obedient child with a bit of a rowdy streak raised by parents whose marriage was seconds away from falling apart.   it all does fall apart when som’s mother goes missing.   the police were no help in their search,  and over the years som and his father’s relationship grew more strained.   it’s the street fights that som often got into that changed his life entirely.   he’s recruited by a secret organization at seventeen.   an organization that explains that he has supernatural abilities that allow him to manipulate time.  they offer him a job and he easily falls into his role in recruiting other super powered individuals and keeping an eye on their activities 

camila reyes   (   2nd row,   middle   )   :   part of an affiliated 90s friend group.   camila grows up in a bustling house,  constantly surrounded by her multi generational household.   aunts,  uncles,  grandparents swarming around her.   it’s what makes her so adept at conversation and what accounts for her chatterbox personality.   when she scores herself a scholarship that forces her to move away from home,   she’s heartbroken.   it hurts her to leave her family,  but with new adventures in mind,  she takes it on with a positive outlook.   it’s during orientation that she meets her group of friends,  and they affectionately get nicknamed “the circus” due to their goofy and silly attitudes.   a strange bunch of friends,  but ones she cares dearly about.  as an environmental science major,  she’s quick to spew out random facts about any particularly colourful piece of nature around her.   easily excited and easily distracted,  she’s a bundle of energy in a small packet.   always ready for anything that sounds like it’ll be fun,  and unable to keep her mouth shut for an extended period of time

buster ashton jones   (   2nd row,   right   )   :   he grows up with a silver spoon in his mouth,  the youngest of two other brothers.   with pockets loaded with his parents money,  he coasts through life for the most part and has little worries on his mind.   when his brother’s eventually move out of the house,  his parents’ attention finally turns to their youngest whose aspirations lay only in streaming his inability to game.   they force him to kick himself in gear during his last year of highschool and he reluctantly enrolls in political science in university.   all for the sake of working in the fbi and being able to access the top secrets of area 51.   with nothing but conspiracies in his mind,  he’s the epitome of head empty and just vibes.   a terrible gamer who thinks his twitch channel is only seconds away from blowing up,   a boy with big and highly unrealistic dreams,  and a terrible flirt who believes he has mad game.   when i say this muse is a whole meme,  i’m telling you.... he is.   basic background,  but head empty himbo vibes 

zahra hosseini   (   3rd row,   left   )   :   zahra grows up a nosy little girl in a big family,  and it’s only natural that she knows everything that goes on around her.  she informally becomes the keeper of secrets in both her family and her friend group,  somehow always able to get the juiciest scoop.  her curiosity grows and grows as does she,  and she begins her highschool’s newspaper club.   it’s in highschool that tragedy strikes in their town,  and the case of a slasher killer in her hometown shakes them to the core.   however,  always too curious for her own good,  zahra begins to dig into the case herself.   sooner than later,  she has more information than the police have been able to find,  and she presents them with an opportunity to lure the killer out.   an incompetent police station agrees to her plan,  and zahra is used as bait.   thankfully,  her plan is a success and they catch the monster before any harm to come to her,  but the trauma is something she swallows and stifles quickly in order to continue her life as it was.   she writes an article about her time as bait and the killer’s arrest and it goes viral.  this helps ease her enrollment into journalism in university and is the stepping stone to her career as a journalist.   always on the move,  she’s known as the woman who will go to any length to get her story

renata de leon   (   3rd row,   middle   )   :   renata is the only child of a wealthy couple who had struggled to conceive for years.   although overjoyed,  her parents soon realize that juggling successful businesses and a child is more work than they had expected.   it leads to renata being left alone with nannies and other staff in their large house for most of her years.   she’s enrolled in the best private schools,  and she does well enough to satisfy her parents.   her parents expectations for her are high and the more pressure that’s put on her shoulders,  the less she wants to do.   her parents soon realize that although her studies are going well,  renata particularly excelled and enjoyed sports.   so they get her on every team they can think of,  and slowly even that begins to feel like a chore for the otherwise active girl.   she does what she can for her parents,  and thinks she’s finally free from their whims when she begins university.   but before long,  her parents have her paired with a fencing instructor and renata realizes that she is in fact absolute shit at fencing.   and she loves it.   for once her parents expectations aren’t sky high and she can take it slow.    idk what to say,  but ren’s a very idgaf muse,  very dry,  kind of bratty,  and yeah 

valquiria frietas   (   3rd row,   right   )   :   nah bro i wrote such a long ass bio for her i’m too lazy to write more now.   but essentially she’s basically the personification of pestilence one of the four horsemen of death.   she’s a really old witch who’s been cursed alongside her other three friends,  and kicked out of their coven for enacting revenge and decimating a whole town during the salem witch trials.   after a long spree of vengeance the witches have settled in a small town and opened up an apothecary as they wait for the effects of their curse to dwindle over the years again.   val is too old to care about mortals,  but finds them entertaining for sure.   always up for a little mischief and trouble,  can’t seem to shake the desire to get her witching on

i like to think that someone’s morning alarm tells you so much about them,   so what is your muse’s morning alarm like ?   aklla’s alarm is just one piercing tone that persists for three seconds and then goes into dead silence again whereas gwen’s is probably something similar to the mario theme song

hear me out,   valquiria’s bio   is so mf long, but she’s finally done. <3   my tired witch baby,  once a child of god,  now turned entirely away from it all,  and so wholeheartedly tired after so many years of being mad.

i need to write up her bio but miss   valquiria   is essentially a vengeful witch dealing with a pesky curse,  the result of which has her settling into a quaint little town with her three friends.   the four of them have gained the title of the four horsewomen due to the terrors they enacted on various towns.   currently,  they run a little apothecary and are just tired,  angry,  and mainly tired.

basically did her own digging and then convinced them to let her play bait so they could follow her to the killer’s location

gave her a whole bucketload of trauma that she doesn’t address and instead covers up going from one case to the other
